  • Oversees the development of the project scope, schedule, capital cost estimate, execution planning, risks and supporting information related to assigned facility projects.

  • Manages the execution of the design deliverable by a third party engineering firm against the project budget and schedule

  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to procure material via internal tools, For example building packages, pipe, valves and fittings
  • Reviews lessons learned from past projects and incorporates recommendations into future designs
  • Provide technical support to Construction team during construction phases
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers within the team or others based upon technical expertise
  • Support and/or lead department initiatives as required
  • Ensures that development project scope definitions comply with all regulatory, environmental, health and safety requirements through effective management and coordination of internal functional groups
  • Provides support and assistance to peers and more senior staff in order to facilitate business initiatives and legal compliance, e.g., Engineering Projects, Law, Health, Safety and Environment, Operations, etc.
  • Responsible for the successful operations of the assigned area with significant corporate financial impact.
  • Provides leadership to peers.

Overview:
The GIS Analyst will work in close cooperation with Senior GIS staff to support engineering, commercial, management and operations personnel, providing them with the products they require. Project related activities include development of presentation quality maps, site and route assessment, commercial and customer research, spatial data analysis and querying, data editing, and map production.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design/create effective maps, presentation graphics, and other products that can be used to effectively communicate with targeted audiences (i.e. permitting figures, high-level presentation maps and engineering drawings) with a focus on quality and timeliness of work product.
  • Provide development and engineering staff with accurate geographic information to be used in routing and construction estimates for new projects.
  • Maintain and check quality of spatial and tabular natural gas infrastructure databases using various maps and data sources.
  • Research energy industry information.
  • Coordinate with outside companies and organizations to obtain data and geographic information.
  • Interpret relevant data and information from a variety of industry, government and public sources.
  • Create and acquire new geographic datasets.
  • Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).


Experience, Skills & Ability
5 years of experience

  • Working knowledge of ArcMap, Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite; Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop a plus
  • Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
  • Ability to work with multiple parties and clients. Have the ability to create effective maps and presentation graphics for various uses
  • Ability to represent complex data relationships in simple, easy to visualize formats
  • Have strong research skills
  • Have a strong working knowledge of GIS, SCADA, and databases
  • Position requires self-motivation and direction
  • Must be able to know when to consult subject matter experts and go back to supervisor or client for more direction

SUMMARY
The Supervisor, Maintenance Services will be responsible for managing the execution and day-to-day maintenance scaffolding, insulation, asbestos removal, painting, civil jobs, and projects. This position will assure work is completed in an orderly, timely, and cost-effective fashion. When necessary, this position may be required to operate equipment and perform production activities to complete the necessary improvements or project installations. This position will report to the Manager, Central and Contractor Maintenance Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and direct the production of the assigned department to meet production schedules that meet quality requirements
  • Maintain efficiency and utilization throughout department via assigning manpower to address productivity, process, and quality issues where needed
  • Maintain equipment, improve processes, and develop employees in department to meet quality and productivity requirements along with communication expectations
  • Assure company standards are met
  • Maintain departmental adherence to high standards of safety and housekeeping in compliance with company policies and governmental regulations
  • Maintain positive employee and management relations within the guidelines of company policy
  • Hold regular communication and start-up meetings with staff to drive day-to-day tasks and resolutions
  • Drive improvement through recommendations and assist in root-cause analysis, along with driving autonomous maintenance activities

    • Erecting scaffolding
    • Managing general labor
  • Manage owned scaffolding
  • Ability to coordinate with customer, other trades and supply vendors
  • Follow company policies and procedures in regards safety and environmental guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
Education

  • Journeyman level certification as a carpenter/scaffold builder or painter required OR
  • Associate's degree in Engineering or vocational training required

Experience

  • Five years' experience working in a refinery setting required
  • NCCER certification required in a refinery trade
  • Five years' supervisory experience required
  • Five years of previous experience as foreman journeyman or maintenance supervisor required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
  • Industrial insulation, commercial mechanical insulation or other relevant experience required
  • Sheet metal layout knowledge and experience working with sheet metal tools
  • Knowledge and experience with industrial insulation materials and industrial applications required
  • Metal building construction
  • Basic Microsoft applications and SAP knowledge
  • Primavera software knowledge preferred
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Good aptitude and manual dexterity

Responsibilities

  • Conduct review of key existing contracts within assigned categories to identify business risks and ensure commercial and technical competitiveness within the marketplace.

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join the Unconventional Resources Planning & Performance Management Division (UR P&PM).

The UR P&PM division provides finance, accounting, and planning support to Unconventional Resources operational departments encompassing drilling and stimulation, seismic, facility planning, and production operations. In this highly visible role, UR P&PM routinely interacts with representatives from Saudi Aramco Finance, Corporate Planning, Upstream and Supply Planning functions.

Your primary role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to support operations and ensure financial accountability in accordance with company guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance.

You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

You must possess demonstrated experience in accounting, budgeting, planning, performance management, capital management, expenditure analysis or related finance and accounting functions. Prior experience with shale/unconventional gas operations is strongly preferred.

You must possess working knowledge of applicable International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

You should hold relevant professional certification - CPA, CMA, CA, CGMA, CAPPA, or equivalent. Master Degree is a plus.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. SAP knowledge highly desired.

He/she is managing respective key projects, identifying and assessing new product and technology opportunities, and coordinating and professionally supervising all development projects and technical tasks of the R&D competence network. As key contributor to compounding related strategic business initiatives the compounding senior expert is developing the necessary technology and product strategies, investigating organic and inorganic growth opportunities, and is managing cooperation schemes with academic and industrial partners.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for all compounding related product development and research projects from idea to implementation in-line with business strategy to implement and grow the Group's compounding business line.
  • Leads the Compounding Competence Network within Downstream R&D and coordinates and professionally supervises the activities of R&D engineers assigned to the hub targeting timely, efficient and high-quality execution.
  • Manages strategic and high-complexity projects in collaboration with project owners and internal and external partners to address new customer and market needs.
  • Identifies new compounding related business opportunities and develops new product and technology concepts increasing competitiveness of the Group's product portfolio.
  • Contributes to the conceptualization and implementation of organic business development approaches by defining the technology and product strategy.
  • Provides technical assessments of new technology opportunities including technical due diligence for potential industrial partnerships or acquisition targets as part of strategic business development initiatives.
  • Oversees the technical activities of existing cooperation partners, ensures support and guidance for joint projects; and develops the partnership network including domestic and international research institutes, universities as well as industrial partners
  • Builds advanced know-how and advises internal teams and stakeholders regarding compounding products, technologies, industry specific standards and regulations; and represent the Group's interests in professional forums supporting the Group's compounding value chain development.

Requirements

  • min. 7 years experiences on Polymer/PP Compounding field
  • Capability to determine new compound recipes according to customer's requirements
  • Professional skills about general processing technology in different PP compound application
  • Project management experiences in professional and in managerial roles.
  • Techno-economical evaluation capability (CAPEX/OPEX; benchmarking; due diligence; etc.)
  • Deep knowledge about automotive requirements, standards
