Job Purpose
Effectively plan all onshore operations work scopes to ensure the optimised and effective use of all resources and alignment of priorities with management objectives and business requirements.
Implement an integrated plan for all major maintenance and operations projects to include materials, equipment , fabrication, contractors, human and other resource planning requirements in accordance with the work packs. The scope is inclusive of works implemented by all onshore operations departments.

Educational Qualification
Degree level or equivalent in planning work controls within the oil and gas operations and construction field.
Previous experience in an oil company or engineering project management contractor in the oil industry.
Previous experience in Brownfield Constructionn and maintenance in an operating plant.
Previous experience in Operations and Maintenance for the operations planning function.
Experience supervising people in similar roles.

Competencies / Skills / Others
Advanced level in using Primavera, Microsoft projects and similar planning systems.
Advance level in using Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as oracle, to generate maintenance schedules.
Strong English language communication skills.
Forward thinking and good planning skills.

Job Purpose
Coordinates and carries out the skilled installation, maintenance and calibration and troubleshooting and repair work, on the site on a variety of electronic, electrical and pneumatic, instrumentation and systems relating to either Process or utilities equipment includes flow, pressure and temperature devices, control valves, fire and gas detection systems, product meters, programmable logic controllers, (PLC's) distributed control systems (DCS's) and supervisor control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. Performs servicing, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and restorative tasks on emergency shutdown systems (ESD), manage and demonstrate servicing, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and restorative tasks on metering systems and equipment.

Maintenance Planner

Job Details
Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Business/Department: Onshore Operations
Reporting to: Planning Supervisor
Schedule: 28-day rotation
Job Purpose
Provide detailed planning for maintenance and small projects. Identify all resources requirement for implementation such as manpower, materials, tools, equipment, 3rd party services, as well as all documentation needed for complete work packs.
Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities)

  1. Check for new unplanned work orders in the system. In conjunction with the discipline Supervisor or Project Engineer, plan work orders with the manpower, service, and material requirements; raise move orders, release orders or purchase requisitions if needed. Once all resources are confirmed, schedule each job in the 28-day plan and the weekly schedule in coordination with area Operations and Maintenance or Project Supervisors.
  2. Responsible for ensuring all planned, corrective and Safety Critical Elements maintenance are assessed and reviewed prior to scheduling, ensuring valid justification for any deviation from the approved plan. Also provide valid justification for any deferment in a timely manner to allow sufficient time for review by the Technical Authority.
  3. Create Purchase Requisitions for non-stock items and move orders for stock items. This should be done at the time of planning the work order. Communicate with the buyers and advise job owners of delivery dates.
  4. Print job cards and hand over to discipline supervisor.
  5. Send requests with the necessary details (drawings and sourcing information's received from the buyers in Main Office) to the Materials Master Data Coordinator to create a new item number. Follow up with the Buyers for procuring both stock and non-stock items.
  6. Follows the 28 Day Plan. Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance Supervisors, and Project Engineers to produce the 7-day schedule.
  7. Responsible for the weekly planning and scheduling for all disciplines and small Operations projects. Participate in the daily planning meetings to review the work packs and Operations acceptance in order to attain good planning compliance.
  8. Coordinate with other Maintenance Planners / Warehouse for any urgent materials requirement.
  9. Participate in Company safety programs.
  10. Perform Emergency Response Role as required by Company.


Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Job Related Competencies

Educational Qualifications:

  • Completion of first year of Secondary (10 years) education
  • 3-year Diploma or apprenticeship in either electrical, mechanical or instrument trade (equivalent to UK, City and Guilds/ National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) or Ordinary National Certificate (ONC)/ Ordinary National Diploma (OND)

Experience Profile:

  • 3-5 years working in an operating oil and gas facility as a maintenance technician, Mechanical, Instrument, or electrical.

Job Purpose
Supervise and Administer the specifications and maintenance of rigging and lifting equipment and other associated lifting activities on the base, ensuring the safe and cost effective performance of load handling activities and lifting staff in support of the offshore facilities.

a) Specification of new lifting gear and equipment

5. Direct technical analyst to order the required lifting equipment within JAOSB.
6. Maintain and ensure lifting gear & equipment are operational and fit for purpose. Oversee and maintain good housekeeping. Conduct pre job safety meeting and ensure all lifting personnel carryout STAR Audits and strive for continuous improvement.
7. Ensure jobs are carried out as per Clients'(DP) Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Standards and Procedures.
8. Provide technical support, if required to JAOSB Operations, and sourcing as required to achieve their goals and objectives.


9. Responsible for the certification and colour coding on all of the lifting equipment and accessories within JAOSB. Maintains updated records on LiveLink for
certification of Cargo Carrying Units (CCU).
10. Coordinate vendor third party engineers to go off-shore for six monthly re-certification and colour coding of lifting equipment and appliances, and yearly crane certifications.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Job Related Competencies
Educational Qualifications:
? 3-year Mechanical Diploma or Apprenticeship in Mechanical Trades.

Experience Profile:
? Minimum ten years' experience in Lifting Operations, including Rigging Lift Management within the Oil and Gas Industry.
? Experience with ORACLE.

Competencies/Skills/Others:

Education

5. Ensure that the phases of the projects comply with the Company's quality
standards and requirements. Establish and carry out project quality audit
programmes.
6. Manage third party inspection agencies, including involvements and
requirements on specific projects.
7. Instigate and attend regular progress and quality meetings with the Project
Managers, Quality Engineers, Inspectors, Surveyors and third parties.
8. Monitor project quality activities to identify any concerns and deal with these in
an appropriate manner. Coordinate and communicate with the project
contractor on project quality issues.
9. Performs internal audits of Dubai Petroleum Management Systems, external
audit of suppliers and fabricators;
10. Ensure that Quality Non-Conformance (QNC) reports are raised in the
Company's e-system and corrective actions swiftly tracked until closure.
11. Investigate QNCs, establish root causes and issue project lessons learned.

· Certification Scheme for Welding and Inspection Personnel (CSWIP) / American Welding Institute (AWS) Welding Inspector.
· Experience
The jobholder should have all of the following as a minimum:
· Minimum 10 years in-service inspection experience offshore;
· Minimum 5 years' experience as OIE, in a regulated offshore oil & gas environment in either North Sea, Europe, USA/Gulf of Mexico or Australia would be an advantage;
· Thorough knowledge of engineering practices and calculation methods, design details, Codes, Static equipment's Standards and Specifications from the American Society for Testing and Materials(ASTM), the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) & the American Petroleum Institute (API);
· Strong knowledge level of inspection procedures, inspection techniques as well as inspection management systems such as Risk Based Inspection;
· Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Facilities Engineer

Petroplan is actively recruiting for an experienced Facilities Engineer to work for a growing and reputable oil and gas company in Montana. The primary focus of this role will be on uptime, focusing on keeping production on from the well including water disposal/injection, separation, well testing, tankage/vapor recovery, CO2 recycle/gas lift compression, etc.
This includes CO2 floods, water floods, and conventional production on all company assets.

A full relocation package will be provided for this position.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assigned to the business unit for planning, scoping, estimating and executing various projects
  • Provide engineering services to the business units, overseeing design and installation during the construction phase
  • Manage capital/LOE project spend and budget as it relates to surface facility work
  • Performing "Lookbacks" on the execution of facility activities and identifying lessons learned
  • Working directly with Operations, Production Engineering and Reservoir Management in activities generated from capital programs
  • Optimize the surface oil, gas and water production facility performance including developing/implementing engineered solutions for issues that may be limiting production, productivity, efficiency and general operability of the asset
  • Troubleshooting oil field production systems and equipment while monitoring pressures, temperatures and rates throughout the system
  • Act as point of contact for Maintenance and Construction Staff in managing the day-to-day operations
  • Develop and coordinate commissioning, start-up


Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in all phases of projects including development, estimating, project management, engineering, and construction of Oil and Gas facilities
  • Exceptional team and interpersonal skills with the ability and desire to work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to prioritize work and focus efforts to deliver value
  • Independent, self-motivated, organized, creative and results-oriented
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey practical concepts and relevant information to all levels of personnel, including executive management


Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in Facility Engineering
  • Experienced with Enhanced Oil Recovery projects
  • Working knowledge of ANSI/ASME, DOT and API codes for the oil & gas industry
  • Experience with and understanding PFD's, P&ID's, Plot Plans, Plan and Section Drawings, and ISO's
  • Experience in all phases of projects including development, estimating, project management, engineering, and construction of Oil and Gas facilities
  • Experience with Wiring Diagrams, Area Classification, and Electrical On-line Drawings
  • Experience with MS Office and Hydraulic Modeling Software
  • B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical or similar preferred)
