A new role joining a company who are maturing and growing their cyber security program. This is key role within their plans.

The successful candidate will be leading and supporting security and enterprise architecture activities that guide and and develop the business. In this role you will work with the security group, the architecture group and a variety of other stakeholders to analyze what the business needs and set in place the future state.

Responsibilities
* Provide project control support to the Project Leadership team which may include cost reporting, cost reconciliation, change management, project status reports and various other project related activities
* Review cost estimates for all aspects of the project providing direction to external service providers as required to ensure complete and robust estimates in accordance with project cost coding and management requirements
* Analyze financial information and recognize variances, trends, and irregularities and understand the causes/driver
* Establish and execute controls to proactively support, monitor and communicate budgets, actuals and forecast
* Recast Budgets as required during the execution phase of capital project for proper reporting
* Report and analyze project progress using an earned value basis
* Collect data, inputs, update and produce standard management reports, Actual vs. Budget and /or forecast
* Create and customize project control tools/systems to meet specific project reporting requirements
* Research unexpected items and resolve inaccuracies
* Demonstrate attention to details with a focus on accuracy, completeness and meeting deadlines and commitments
* Work with the Project Team to ensure that the timelines and/or objectives of the project are met
* Ensure ongoing improvement through evaluation of current processes
* Supports the consistency for reporting based on the established WBS Code of Accounts

Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
* Related degree qualification an asset (Construction/Accounting/Finance/ Engineering)
* 8 to 15 years' experience in a similar role of EPC TIC Cost Analyst on major capital projects ( $50 MM)
* Proficient in extracting data into Excel and using graphs, formulas, pivot tables, etc. for reporting and trend analysis
* Knowledge of commercial contracts, how to apply terms to selective material and subcontractor invoice auditing
* Demonstrated ability to analyze data for commitments, direct actuals and forecast cost to go
* Ability to deal with technical and non-technical persons and explain technical concepts and analysis in simple terms
* Ability to communicate with a range of people - both internally across all levels, and external stakeholders
* Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to build positive partnerships
* Ability to multi-task, and manage multiple priorities in a high paced and change-constant environment

Role Summary / Purpose

  • Working as part of a team and managing all business development and operational activities in the assigned country. Position Description

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join the Unconventional Resources Planning & Performance Management Division (UR P&PM).

The UR P&PM division provides finance, accounting, and planning support to Unconventional Resources operational departments encompassing drilling and stimulation, seismic, facility planning, and production operations. In this highly visible role, UR P&PM routinely interacts with representatives from Saudi Aramco Finance, Corporate Planning, Upstream and Supply Planning functions.

Your primary role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to support operations and ensure financial accountability in accordance with company guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance.

You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

You must possess demonstrated experience in accounting, budgeting, planning, performance management, capital management, expenditure analysis or related finance and accounting functions. Prior experience with shale/unconventional gas operations is strongly preferred.

You must possess working knowledge of applicable International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

You should hold relevant professional certification - CPA, CMA, CA, CGMA, CAPPA, or equivalent. Master Degree is a plus.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. SAP knowledge highly desired.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following duties:

Perform analytical and staff accounting functions in the areas of revenue recognition, cost management, budgeting and performance management.

Support monthly close process and related reporting activities.

Position Description

Our Client is long known for its leadership in oil exploration, production, and refining, is seeking an experienced Instrument Engineer to join our growing Unconventional Resources (UR) program.

UR Gas Operations Development operates the surface facilities at UR fields in the North and South of the country. The Engineering Division within this department provides the support to both operating facilities and ongoing projects.

As the successful candidate you will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity. You will be responsible for maintaining and incorporating new cost-effective solutions for designs through the Unconventional Resources Engineering Standards and Design Best Practices.

As a subject-matter expert you will represent UR in dealings with vendors, manufacturers, and/or design firms where expert instrumentation engineering advice is required. You will also be responsible for leading the team to develop full spectrum engineering standards for unconventional resources within the instrument engineering field.

One of your first tasks will be to work with design contractors to review spec sheets and support EPC contract design reviews. You will also be involved in FEED consultations.

Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate, you will have a bachelor's degree in engineering. A master's degree or a Ph.D. in engineering is highly desirable as well as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or registration.

You will have 15 years of professional experience in the field of instrumentation and control engineering, including 5 years as an engineer in charge of technical work in instrument engineering. Experience working with unconventional resources would be an advantage.

You will have achieved industry recognition through activities in professional societies and industrial organizations, such as ASME, ASCE, ASTM, API, NACE, SEI, and others. You will also be familiar with SCADA, DCS, and PCS systems.

As the successful candidate you will be expected to work in remote areas depending on the project you are assigned to.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following:

Provide expert advice and assistance to the UR, outside vendors, manufacturers, and design firms on instrument engineering matters.

Originate and carry out engineering studies to determine potential problems and remedies to existing problems, resolve complex technical problems, and review data sheets for instrumentation.

Inspect installations in factories and in the field.

Troubleshoot complex instrumentation and control system issues in operational facilities.

Develop and maintain the UR engineering standards and design best practices.

Develop and review material takeoffs and data sheets for instrumentation equipment.

Evaluate and introduce best practices and new technologies from all over the world to help the UR to achieve best in class positions.

Review and evaluate the capabilities of vendors and contractors to determine their acceptability to perform major services to UR. Act as the department representative in dealings with vendors and manufacturers.

Work on or with task forces assigned to investigate incidents or solve specific problems.

Perform cost analyses and value engineering studies as appropriate.

Undertake special assignments requiring extensive technical experience and discretion when dealing with outside organizations.

Conduct seminars in the resolution of technical problems with personnel in other engineering organizations.

Write papers for peer-reviewed journals on engineering studies and projects the candidate has overseen.

Act as a professional mentor to less senior specialists and engineers.
