Quality Documentation Assistant - Houston

Petroplan is currently accepting applications for a Quality Documentation Assistant to join a market leading Oil Field Service company. This position is contract, Monday - Friday, and located in Houston, TX. Prospective candidates will be responsible for the coordination of final documentation projects, dealing with internal departments to expedite the completion of documentation, as well as third parties (ABS, DNV, vendors).
Responsibilities:

  • Create, compile, and produce applicable documentation
  • Communicate with Internal Departments and Vendors.
  • Create hard copies and electronic copies of the applicable department documentation.
  • Ship applicable documentation if necessary.


Requirements:

  • High School diploma or Associates Degree
  • Must possess a strong knowledge of Quality processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of documentation processes and standards
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Customer Service Specialist - Houston

Petroplan is currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Specialist to join a market leading Oil Field Service company. This opportunity will be located in Houston, TX, M-F, possible weekends, and will be contract. Prospective candidates must have SAP and advance Excel (v-look ups) experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Directs the movement of material for global multi-PSL operations.
  • Utilizes knowledge of products and processes to service customer needs.
  • Serves as a liaison for communication with field personnel, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, etc. to fill customer requirements.



Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience within Manufacturing or Supply chain (Customer Service / Planning)
  • Oil & Gas experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • SAP and advanced Excel experiences are a MUST

This is a great opportunity that is direct hire. Prospective candidates will be responsible for developing, coordinating and overseeing implementation of several programs world wide.
Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with company executive management and senior leaders to influence, drive and optimize the company's Sustainable Development Guiding Principles by identifying opportunities across the organization for improving key ESG indicators.
  • Collaborate with leaders of functional groups (e.g. Human Resources, Investor Relations, Supply Chain, HSE Service Quality and Continuous Improvement, Business Development, Legal) to incorporate company sustainability goals into their operation and planning initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science or Engineering, Social Science, Supply Chain, Business Management or Finance.
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands on experience working with metrics, measurements, data collection, analysis, reporting etc.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
