Business Development Manager - Fuel/Fleet Management Systems

This is your opportunity to join an industry leader in Fuel and Fleet Management Systems as a Business Development Manager, selling top-tier solutions to the Oil and Gas industry. The compensation package includes a strong base salary and a generous uncapped commission structure. This is a direct hire position located in the greater Houston area.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Identify and develop new business through active presence in the Oil and Gas industry, predominately in the Houston area
* Maintain communication with current and prospective clients to update them on the latest technological developments
* Create custom solutions for clients for their Fuel and/or Fleet Management needs
* Create and deliver sales presentations
* Maintains awareness of industry trends
* Performs other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

* 4 year degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline
* Must have at least 5 years of Fuel and/or Fleet Management systems sales experience
* Must have experience selling into the Oil and Gas industry
* Must be a self-starter with a strong hunter mentality
* Must be eligible to work in US; CLIENT WILL NOT SPONSOR

Our client is a rapidly expanding, global equipment manufacturer who is looking to expand their Permian team by bringing on an experienced Sales Representative.


Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Completion of no less of a High School Diploma, with an Associate Degree preferred.
  • Must have previous Outside Sales Experience
  • Experience with Artificial Lifts is a requirement - Rod Pumps preferred
  • Responsible for selling company products and services through both business development and account management
  • Developing strong customer relationships
  • Achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction

This is your opportunity to join an industry leader in the Oilfield Services industry as a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be a true hunter with Oilfield Services sales experience. This is a direct hire position targeting the Permian region. May be based in Houston or the Permian.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and develop new business through active presence in territory
  • Maintain constant communication with current and prospective clients to update them on the latest equipment and services
  • Create custom solutions for the needs of clients through active listening
  • Create and deliver sales presentations
  • Maintains awareness on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned


The ideal candidate will have:

  • B.S. in Engineering, Business or related discipline
  • Must have at least 3 years of Oilfield sales experience; Proppants and/or Frac Sand is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Must be eligible to work in US
