Scheduler IV - Houston

Currently accepting applications for a Scheduler IV to join a market leading Oil & Gas company. This position is a year long contract and located in Houston, TX. Prospective candidates will have to move to the fabrication yard during the project. Also, prospective candidates will be responsible providing detail planning and progress measurements within several divisions on numerous capitol projects.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of Oil & Gas experience
  • Minimum of 10 years experience within project control on major capital projects
  • Minimum of 10 years experience utilizing Oracle Primavera
  • Turnaround experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Project Management related Field
  • Ability to work in the US

Petroplan is currently accepting applications for a Procurement Contracts Specialist to join a market leading Oil Field Service company here in Houston, TX. This position is long term. Prospective candidates MUST have knowledge of operation within procurement.
Responsibilities:
  • processes Purchase Orders against requisitions assigned in SAP
  • Reviews pricing for compliance with the contracts
  • Transmits change orders to contractors for execution
  • Clears Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt issues on Purchase Orders

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience within Procurement's / Contract's area
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of operations within Procurement
  • Ability to work in within the US

Contracts Specialist - Houston

Petroplan is currently accepting applications for a Contract Specialist to join a market leading Oil & Gas company here in Houston, TX. This position is long term. Prospective candidates MUST have previous or current experience in SAP, creating PO's and creating RFP's in Ariba. Prospective candidates will also be helping out with pulling more data from SAP, identifying list of suppliers to be considered and process flows when needed.
Responsibilities:

  • Work with business and suppliers to develop Scopes of Work using existing template from proposals. Ensure properly documented in Ariba
  • Create and negotiate new CWA (Contingent Workforce Agreement) with existing suppliers
  • Assist with Ariba Clean-up effort
  • Create, monitor, amend, renew, and close contracts


Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience within Contract's Department
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Advanced knowledge in the following; SAP, creating PO's, Ariba for creating RFP's and category strategies
  • Ability to work in within the US

Our client is an Oilfield Services Industry leader who are looking to bring on a talented Business Development Manager in the Permian area. The ideal candidate will have sales experience with Frac, Wireline, Coil Tubing, Cementing, Proppant, etc., or selling products or services directly to Operators.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business
  • Create and deliver sales presentations
  • Maintain and develop current accounts
  • Maintains awareness on industry trends and competitor activities

Business Development Manager Qualifications:

  • B.S. in Engineering, Business or related or equivalent working experience
  • Must have at least 10 years of Oilfield sales experience
  • Must be a Hunter!
