Cost Control Specialist IV - Houston

Currently accepting applications for Cost Control Specialist IV to join a world known Oil & Gas comapny. This position is contract until late 2020 and will be located in Houston, TX. Prospective candidates must have previous / current experience in cost control of major capital projects.
Job Duties:

  • Prepare yearly budgets
  • Review financial postings and documents
  • Monitor monthly department cost tracing, reporting and analysis.


Requirements:

  • 10 years of relevant Cost Control experience
  • 2 years of Capital Project experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in either Finance, Engineering, or Technical Field
  • PMP Certification
  • Working experience within SAP and Ecosys
  • Strong analytical skills including Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well with several departments

Customer Service Specialist - Houston

Petroplan is currently accepting applications for a Customer Service Specialist to join a market leading Oil Field Service company. This opportunity will be located in Houston, TX, M-F, possible weekends, and will be contract. Prospective candidates will be responsible for scheduling shipments in and out of plants, Warehouses and Customer Locations.
Responsibilities:
  • Directs the movement of material for global multi-PSL operations.
  • Utilizes knowledge of products and processes to service customer needs.
  • Serves as a liaison for communication with field personnel, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, etc. to fill customer requirements.


Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience within Manufacturing or Supply chain (Customer Service / Planning)
  • Oil & Gas experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • SAP and advanced Excel experiences are a MUST
