Risk Management Consultant - Houston

Petroplan is currently accepting applications to for a Risk Management Consultant to join a market leading Oil & Gas company located here in Houston, TX. Prospective candidates will be for the daily oversight and administration of insurance claims, including operational property, construction, workers compensation, auto liability and other claims as identified by the Risk Manager.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with the Human Resources, Occupational Health and Safety, Legal and any other pertinent departments regarding risk management matters
  • Analyzes premium invoices and insurance documentation for accuracy and allocation of insurance costs and responds to internal and external requests regarding insurance, including the review of and contract language to ensure proper risk management has been considered and compliance where required
  • Assists in reviewing insurance policy wordings to ensure required and appropriate coverage is obtained
  • Assists with the monitoring and administration of the insurance program budget


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chaining or related degree
  • 5 years experience in Risk Management within Oil & Gas.
  • Knowledge and experience within the LNG industry and related fields
  • Must be eligible to work in the US

Material Supply Analyst - Houston

Petroplan is currently accepting applications to for a Material Supply Analyst to join a market leading Oil & Gas company located here in Houston, TX. Prospective candidates will be responsible for providing input on supply issues, advising on expediting and availability issues, working with numerous departments / managers.
Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm new order releases and confirm changes from expedite/defer/cancel actions
  • Ensure SAP reflects the current information for projected material availability by maintaining changed delivery dates
  • Provide feedback on supplier performance to Procurement/Category Management for supplier management


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chaining or related degree
  • 3 years experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain within Oil & Gas.
  • Experience in SAP Modules including Materials Management, MRP, PO and RFQ
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, macro etc.)
  • Must be eligible to work in the US

Topsides Cost Controller - Ingleside

Currently accepting applications for Topside Cost Controller to join a world known Oil & Gas operator. This position is contract until late 2020 and will be located in Ingleside, TX. Prospective candidates must have previous / current experience in cost control of major upstream projects, specifically on a major Topside Project.
Job Duties:

  • Cost reporting for Projects
  • Forecast budget and cost reporting
  • Monitor milestone of projects


Requirements:

  • 10 years of relevant Cost Control experience in a Project Environment
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prefer to have a PE License
  • Project Management Professional License - PMP or equivalent
  • Knolwedge in SAP, MS Word, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work well with several departments
