My client is now looking for the next member to join our MIS (Management Information Systems) team in Houston.

Position Core Responsibilities
  • Work with team to develop strategic set of analytics applications
  • Participate in full development life cycle from definition to design to delivery
  • Work directly with end users to drive our requirements and delivery value add features
  • Meet aggressive deadlines with focus on quality and performance
  • Collaboration with global team including participation in daily scrum meetings, peer reviews and design sessions
  • Deliver testable and maintainable code for globally distributed systems



Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 years' experience working with C# and related .NET technologies within global enterprise solutions
  • 2 years' experience in front end development with React
  • Awareness of continuous integration and delivery concepts/technologies
  • Experience with RDBMS and SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders to progress design and satisfy requests
  • Experience working in an agile scrum development model
  • Understanding of commodities trading concepts including market data is desired
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Requisition Title: HSE Lead
The HSE Lead will be accountable for the implementation overall Rebuild Project health, safety, environment goals and ensuring compliance with OSHA and Wisconsin regulations. The HSE Lead will ensure that HSE orientation and training for all areas are completed and up to date, ensure compliance to all relevant HSE requirements, ensure that safety meetings are held, and safety trends identified. The HSE Lead is accountable for proper segregation and disposal of Rebuild Project waste in accordance with all regulatory and site requirements.
Primary Functions:

  • Accountable for conducting site HSE orientation and training for all areas. 20%
  • Accountable to ensure that the Rebuild Project Health and Safety Plan and the Contaminated Piping, Equipment and Material Disposal Plan are adhered to. 20%
  • Accountable for attending contractor safety meetings. 10%
  • Responsible for the HSE compliance of contractors and CMT personnel. 10%
  • Responsible for monitoring safe work practices of contractors. 10%
  • Responsible for investigating HSE related violations and incidents. 10%
  • Responsible for inspecting the site and ensuring clean up procedures, waste disposal and sanitation practices are in accordance with statutory regulations. 10%
  • Responsible for communicating with Operations in the daily safeguarding of the facilities and personnel, including developing and monitoring of safe work practices of Rebuild Project contractors. 10%



Required Experience/Certifications:

  • Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or equivalent
  • A minimum of 20 years of safety experience where safety is at least 50%, preventative, professional level with breadth and depth of safety duties on capital projects
  • Proven track record of success as an effective leader and safety professional
  • Strong technical competency in developing, promoting and delivering safety educational materials
  • Proven practical knowledge of safety and occupational health methods, practices, principles and procedures
  • A thorough understanding of site, local, state, federal and international health, safety and environmental regulations, policies, and standards including OSHA, EPA.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Effective negotiation skills are preferred
  • Strong non-authoritative leadership skills - ability to influence others
  • Proven leadership and team building skills
  • Proven innovation skills


Desirable Experience/Certifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Appropriate Trade designation / certification (Pipefitter, Millwright, etc.)
  • Journeyman designation as a minimum
  • Recognized participation in safety organizations such as ASHI, ASSE, NASP, NSC, etc.
  • Consensus builder; team player; mentor; credible at all levels - both internally and externally preferred
  • Effective risk management, analytical and planning skills are assets


The standard working hours are 50 hours per week; 10-hour days Monday to Friday at the site with business travel to Houston rarely if at all. The position is expected to continue until Q4 2021.
This position begins immediately.

QA/QC Mechanical Inspector - Pipe Yard Modules
Position Summary:
The QA/QC Mechanical Inspector will oversee pipe and module fabrication and provide Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with all procedures, applicable codes, standards, and Project Standards. The QA/QC Mechanical Inspector will be the Owners Inspector and will be required to work with the EPCM to verify that all the examinations and testing have been completed and to inspect the piping to the extent necessary to be satisfied that it conforms to all the applicable requirements of the code and engineering design.
Responsibilities
* Review fabricator's inspection plans to verify compliance with Owner requirements.
* Reviews PQR, WPS and welder qualifications with EPCM contractor
* Approve Non-conformance dispositions, identify any corrective actions to prevent recurrence and identify trends.
* Monitor fabrication, heat treatment, hardness testing, welding and fit ups.
* Work with the EPCM contractor and fabricator to establish designated lots for nondestructive examination. Monitor lot compliance.
* Perform random material and welding consumable MTR reviews to ensure compliance with appropriate ASME codes.
* Witness hydrostatic testing.
* Review quality RFI requests and forward to QA Manager and Engineering.
* Monitor and oversee the contractor's inspection/testing/ and modular yard installation activities to ensure the contractors' compliance with project quality requirements.
* Perform a modular walkdown with EPMC contractor and fabricator, identify punch list items and verify completion and closure.
* Review manufactures turnover packages.
Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience * BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Certified Technologist, or relevant certifications and experience.
* Preference will be given to candidates who possess AWS CWI API, or ASNT certification. * Should have certificate for ASNT LEVEL ΙΙ RT, UT, PT & VT, or relevant experience. * Proven 10 years working experience in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.
* Knowledge of the Louisiana State Boiler Regulations, Title 55, Chapter 50
* Demonstrate knowledge of the pressure equipment inspection and management process and practices.
* Knowledge in the application of materials, material selection, welding and inspection.
* Knowledge and understanding of ASME Codes such a s Section I, II, VIII, IX, V, and B31.1/31.3. * Knowledge of welding processes and non-destructive examination techniques and limitations (RT, UT, LT, PT, MT, Eddy Current, IRIS, etc.)
* NACE CIP certification is a definite asset.
* API Source Inspector Fixed Equipment (SIFE) certification is a definite asset.
* Basic technical and operational knowledge of the petrochemical industry.
* Knowledge of equipment manufacturing, fabrication, inspection, testing, and installation practices.
* Knowledge of ASME and National Board Data reports.
* Knowledge and experience with reading and interpretation of plant drawings & datasheets: P&ID's, piping and equipment.
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
* Excellent communication skills both written & verbal

Responsibilities

  • Conduct review of key existing contracts within assigned categories to identify business risks and ensure commercial and technical competitiveness within the marketplace.

Position Description

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join the Unconventional Resources Planning & Performance Management Division (UR P&PM).

The UR P&PM division provides finance, accounting, and planning support to Unconventional Resources operational departments encompassing drilling and stimulation, seismic, facility planning, and production operations. In this highly visible role, UR P&PM routinely interacts with representatives from Saudi Aramco Finance, Corporate Planning, Upstream and Supply Planning functions.

Your primary role will involve working closely with internal stakeholders to support operations and ensure financial accountability in accordance with company guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

As the successful candidate you will have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance.

You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

You must possess demonstrated experience in accounting, budgeting, planning, performance management, capital management, expenditure analysis or related finance and accounting functions. Prior experience with shale/unconventional gas operations is strongly preferred.

You must possess working knowledge of applicable International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

You should hold relevant professional certification - CPA, CMA, CA, CGMA, CAPPA, or equivalent. Master Degree is a plus.

You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. SAP knowledge highly desired.

Duties & Responsibilities

You will be required to perform the following duties:

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The position holder is responsible for all R&D and Technology related activities of Group's future compounding business. He/she is managing respective key projects, identifying and assessing new product and technology opportunities, and coordinating and professionally supervising all development projects and technical tasks of the R&D competence network. As key contributor to compounding related strategic business initiatives the compounding senior expert is developing the necessary technology and product strategies, investigating organic and inorganic growth opportunities, and is managing cooperation schemes with academic and industrial partners.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accountable for all compounding related product development and research projects from idea to implementation in-line with business strategy to implement and grow the Group's compounding business line.
  • Leads the Compounding Competence Network within Downstream R&D and coordinates and professionally supervises the activities of R&D engineers assigned to the hub targeting timely, efficient and high-quality execution.
  • Manages strategic and high-complexity projects in collaboration with project owners and internal and external partners to address new customer and market needs.
  • Identifies new compounding related business opportunities and develops new product and technology concepts increasing competitiveness of the Group's product portfolio.
  • Contributes to the conceptualization and implementation of organic business development approaches by defining the technology and product strategy.
  • Provides technical assessments of new technology opportunities including technical due diligence for potential industrial partnerships or acquisition targets as part of strategic business development initiatives.
  • Oversees the technical activities of existing cooperation partners, ensures support and guidance for joint projects; and develops the partnership network including domestic and international research institutes, universities as well as industrial partners
  • Builds advanced know-how and advises internal teams and stakeholders regarding compounding products, technologies, industry specific standards and regulations; and represent the Group's interests in professional forums supporting the Group's compounding value chain development.

Requirements

  • min. 7 years experiences on Polymer/PP Compounding field
  • Capability to determine new compound recipes according to customer's requirements
  • Professional skills about general processing technology in different PP compound application
  • Project management experiences in professional and in managerial roles.
  • Techno-economical evaluation capability (CAPEX/OPEX; benchmarking; due diligence; etc.)
  • Deep knowledge about automotive requirements, standards
