Roles and Responsibilities


In this role, you will take overall responsibility for the development and delivery of the Key Accounts North America. You will be expected to lead and be responsible for your teams' recruitment activities, managing and driving success across the teams whilst working your own market and leading from the front.


Requirements:

  • Experienced Recruitment and Business Development Consultant / Manager with proven experience of sales delivery in a results-focused environment, within the oil and gas sector
  • Have strong experience in recruitment (minimum 5 years), with a proven track record in billing
  • Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the financial drivers of a business to enable improvement in gross profit against each client
  • Be able to demonstrate good experience in developing and maintaining client and candidate relationships, preferably with passive candidates
  • Have a charismatic and can-do attitude, be able to bring solutions and contribute ideas
  • Preferably be educated to degree level or equivalent

To maintain, manage and grow several of Petroplan's existing key client relationships/accounts, develop existing and additional relationships to leverage GP growth through recruitment opportunities and other possible customer solutions which respond to customer needs; seek and suggest possible customer solutions, ensuring authorisation where necessary, to further grow the client relationship, whilst serving as the interface between Petroplan business units, and the client. Obtain an in depth understanding of the client's people/resource strategy, their resource requirements, plan how to meet these demands in accordance with client deadlines and generate increased business activity and gross profit as a result.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Account Manager with proven experience of sales delivery in a results-focused environment, within the oil and gas sector

Role and Responsibilities:

Requirements:

· Google Suite knowledge / certification for AdWords, AdSense, Tag Manager, Analytics, Webmaster Tools
· Adobe suite knowledge - Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
· WordPress / WordPress Page Builder knowledge with CSS / HTML coding
· Mail Chimp (or similar) e-mail marketing automation platform
· Facebook / Twitter advertising platforms
· Social media monitoring experience
· Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word)
· Conversion Optimisation Software experience
· Website management experience
· Experience with both B2B and B2C campaigns and execution - primarily focused on B2C
· Have strong experience working as a Marketing professional in the private sector, with at least 3 years marketing experience

About the role:

  • Support the VP, Global Key Accounts in producing an annual Global Key Account development plan particularly focusing on identification of new business development and key future accounts
  • Ensure analysis is provided regularly to show the development of prospects and future accounts to help maintain focus, drive and accountability
  • Produce reports for the VP, Global Key Accounts on the performance of the sales teams in relation to specific criteria and suggest ways to be more efficient
  • Produce presentations using PowerPoint as required
  • Adding detailed information to vendor portals

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
  • Be great at and have proven experience in analysing data and presenting it in a form easily accessible to others
  • Demonstrate a professional level of written and verbal communication

Our Mobilisation team plays a vital role in ensuring that high quality and standards are maintained when dealing with the mobilisation of contractors to our global client base. The work is complex and requires a logical mind and perceptive approach as well as a patient, can-do attitude.

Role and responsibilities for this position:

  • Managing the new starter induction process for contractors commencing assignments with your allocated clients. This includes handling all mobilisation procedures such as travel, visas, work permits, offshore training, medicals and accommodation. It will involve close liaison with clients and contractors as well as our internal account managers, recruitment consultants and finance/payroll team
  • Key contact for assigned contractors, dealing with queries and complications promptly and efficiently
  • Developing and building on contractor and client relationships together with passing any key information/leads to the relevant account manager.
  • Updating, managing & monitoring contractor information on the internal database (full training will be provided)
  • Ensuring the relevant Accounts Managers and Recruiters are alerted of any relevant information about their contractors including contract amendments, extensions, terminations, payment issues (if they require escalation) and potential leads.
  • Managing the contractor's contract, renewal, amendments, and discussing new terms.
  • Tracking visas/work permits/medical renewals and rotation schedules.
