Role
Plan and schedule for the contract work scope multi-discipline maintenance activities including required resources so as to ensure the planned activities are aligned with the company overall plan.

Job Skills

  • English language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 4.
  • Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows.
  • Aware of different pipe, gaskets and bolting materials (PEFS and piping class).
  • Familiar with the different welding techniques and its quality requirements.
  • Able to work with Primavera P6 or latest version and Microsoft Project planning software package.
  • Experienced with resource loading and scheduling to produce progress status reports.


Principal Responsibilities

  • Support out-put based maintenance scope .
  • Select and request for the proper materials and equipment for larger works.
  • Develop and submit look ahead plan in weekly basis in order to ensure integration with company look ahead plans.
  • Plan associated activities for all Work Orders/requests well in advance including but not limited to plan and schedule company complex multi-discipline maintenance activities including work scope and required resources, so as to ensure the follow-up for Work Order closure while ensuring adherence to standard procedures.


Qualification Degree or HND in relative discipline or its equivalent.
Experience More than 4 years' experience in planning discipline in the petrochemical/ oil and gas or power generation industry.

Store Man - Warehouse

Role
To support the company warehouse for all routine and non-routine activities.


Principal Responsibilities

  • Use industrial lift trucks, pallet jacks, handling tools, motorised equipment, such as forklifts, to move manufactured goods and materials to and from storage areas, warehouse rack and delivery vehicles.
  • Picking, filling, packing and shipping orders. Apply labels to containers, load filling machines, stack and palletize products
  • Track orders and document work, pack shipping containers and boxes, pull ordered materials from appropriate bins, receive and sequence pulling orders d. Assist/support in stock checks and other day to day routine tasks in the warehouse.
  • Carry out warehouse material receipt and issuance within company Plant (spares, consumables, chemical etc.) and maintain records.
  • Check that material received is in compliance with the requirements and report nonconformance on a timely basis. g. Report all non-conformances to indicate losses or damage of material in the warehouse.
  • Label all materials delivered to company warehouse to ensure storage in proper locations.
  • Follow procedures for preservation of all materials stored in company warehouse and yard.
  • Adhere to procedures for proper documentation for the receipt and issuance of stock.
  • Handle hazardous materials with safety procedures in mind.
  • Operate forklift in safe way and/or supervise forklift operation with another Operator.
  • Check that all dispatch off site materials is well packed before transported to the required destination.


Qualification

  • Diploma in relative discipline or its equivalent.
  • Alternatively, a trade test witnessed by company discipline Engineer.
  • Experience more than 4 years' experience in mechanical maintenance with 2 years in similar role

Instrument technician

Job Title Instrument Technician

Role Provide quality maintenance activities like IPF testing, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of instrumentation equipment as per the plan or otherwise necessary.

Qualification HND or Diploma in relative discipline or its equivalent. Alternatively, a trade test witnessed by COMPANY discipline Engineer.
Experience More than 6 years' experience in the oil and gas or power generation industries with a minimum of 2 years in an Instrument Maintenance Technician position.

Job Skills
a. English Language read, write and speaking to IELTS level 3.
b. Able to work with computers, word, excel, and windows and good understanding of CMMS.
c. Able to understand Work Orders and discuss repair methods with supervision.
d. Able to use all standard instrument test equipment.
e. Can read and understand drawings, PFS, PEFS, Loop diagrams Instrument data sheets
f. Able to recognise flanges, gasket and bolt types, and types of tubing systems including compression fittings and be able to make off accordingly.
g. Have hand skills for bending tubes and fittings
h. Conversant with hazardous area equipment Personality Good interpersonal communication skill, problem solving skills, time management skills and work in harmony with co-workers.

Principal Responsibilities
a. Carry out routine maintenance of pressure, temperature, level and flow loops, including removal and reinstallation.
b. Assist in loop testing, function testing and commissioning of instrumentation loops.
c. Install all types of field instrumentation including the cabling, supports and stands, instrument impulse lines and connections to process with the minimum of supervision.
d. Perform tube bending; tube bending in groups; install instrument stands, instrument air headers, instruments, tube tray; screw pipe.
e. Install all types of field instrumentation including the cabling, supports and stands, instrument impulse lines and connections to process with the minimum of supervision.
f. Acquire PTW certificate and carry out all the responsibilities of PTW Holder.
g. Work extended hours and respond to call out duties as and when required

An experienced IM lead will be responsible for:

  • Manage and develop a team of IM resources to provide quality document control, as-built drawing processing and information (data) management services for our projects;
  • Work with our engineering contractors, their vendors and subcontractors to ensure documents and data will move in time and without quality issues;
  • Integrate drawing management (from reservation/red-blue updates/as-built incorporation) into the IM organization and workstreams;
  • Set up IM standards for data handover so that flawless integration is ensured;
  • Manage end-to-end document and data delivery for all projects up to project completion and handover
  • Optimize the use of our current tools and systems - propose changes or expansion if and where required
  • Establish a set of procedures and ways of working that makes use of your experience to drive, deliver and leave behind a high performing, quality IM team.


Required profile:

  • >10 years experience in project engineering, project management or project information management.
  • Significant experience in IM including document control and data/drawing management.
  • Having worked with engineering contractors and vendors to manage interfaces.
  • Ability to get the job done - patient and able to work with different cultures.
  • Experienced as team lead, able to manage various priorities and keep stakeholders up to date.
