The Role

This is a newly created role to join a growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity offering lots of variation and interaction with different parts of the business. Commercial, accounting, IT etc.

Typically duties will include;

  • Gathering functional requirements and translating needs to the IT department.
  • Writing functional specification documents.
  • Preparing User Acceptance Testing scenarios for end users.
  • Research and understanding of the business environment.
  • Keeping up to date with technology trends.

The Successful candidate

  • At least an Associates Degree, Bachelors preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP or a similar application.

IT Security Analyst - Cloud

Long Term Contract - Remote

On behalf of our client I am looking for an experienced Cyber Security Analyst with cloud expertise.

If you have worked on cloud platforms and within a cloud environment whilst carrying out security responsibilities this could be a great role for you!

Responsibilities include:

Candidates will be expected to conduct cloud security analysis of clients' Cloud. platforms/environments based on NIST's Cybersecurity Framework. This can include IaaS, PaaS and SaaS Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, Workday and 0365.

* You may be tasked with the development and delivery of system security and information assurance documentation, consistent with numerous regulatory standards to support system certification and accreditation.

· We seek individuals willing to take initiative and provide value to problem resolution processes by having a deep knowledge of the functions and services in use, capable of creating efficient processes for maintaining security of the company per NIST 800-53 Risk Management Framework and company policy.

· You must be comfortable in solution ideation, co-creation and providing guidance to other teams at the platform and application levels. This may also include interaction with senior policy directors at the Department and Platform level as needed.

· Assists with risk-based security & controls assessment for new and existing systems, networks, Web applications, databases and various operating systems. Recommends new or revised security measures and countermeasures for current security challenges.

· Develop organization wide best practices for IT security & controls in order to protect company's digital assets from unauthorized access.

To be considered you will need;

At least 5 years of experience in info sec/cyber

Educated to Bachelor level or above

We are looking for individuals who understand the Downhole Completion process from beginning to end. They will have a passion for maintaining effective customer relationships and will go above and beyond to promote all innovative technologies that our client has to offer. These individuals are team players with strong work ethics, excellent communication, and writing skills and a desire to meet customers' needs. Established networks of contacts will be highly beneficial in this role.

The successful candidate will be in charge of building and managing the company's long-term relationships with its customers, with the goal being to keep clients or accounts for as long as possible. The Technical Sales Rep will also be in charge of finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, providing exceptional customer service, gathering feedback and developing new growth opportunities. Excellent sales, time management, negotiation and communication skills are essential. Our client is developing and will continue to develop innovate and industry leading technology. The successful candidate will be comfortable in introducing and educating clients on new products and as well as communicating the benefits of the technology.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute client product presentations and sales proposals
  • Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with customers
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion by working with other departments
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistency
  • Forecasts and tracks client account metrics

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering, Business or relevant field
  • 5 years of successful sales experience in completion tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM Software

This is a new role responsible for the development and implementation of a range (and high number) of applications. This role would suit someone who is enjoys working in a fast paced and innovative environment.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems in place in order to identify areas in need of improvement, and overseeing development teams.

Other duties include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Build and integrate information systems to meet the company's needs
  • Oversee integration of systems and data from the Plant control systems, Plant IT systems to Corporate IT systems
  • Provide governance for data and IT solutions implementation
  • Assess the systems architecture currently in place and work with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it
  • Resolve technical problems as they arise
  • Provide supervision and guidance to development, implementation and support vendors
  • Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
  • Inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current technical solutions being implemented
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on product development processes, costs, and budgets



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or commensurate work experience
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design
  • Hands-on experience integrating between Plant IT systems, Plant Historians, SaaS applications, SAP S4 Hana, and cloud environments (Azure or AWS) in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience developing and supporting data analytics, dashboards
  • Hands-on experience implementing simultaneous projects
  • Previous project management experience is advantageous
