  • Operations and project management activities and business processes.
  • Support functions including Human Capital, Finance & Strategy, Legal, Business Support Services (HSE, Business Services, Information Technology, and Industrial Cities) and CEO's Office.
  • Upstream and downstream subsidiaries, Joint Ventures and PSAs.

Experience & Skills:

  • Has a minimum of 15 years industry experience including at least 5 in a middle management role in internal audit.
  • Has in depth understanding of the Oil and Gas Industry with strong analytical skills required to identify and to resolve key business control and compliance issues
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to successfully engage auditee management in discussions on key issues and the need for change
  • Internal Audit professional with experience and expertise in corporate governance, risk management and business control practices preferably from major international oil companies Ability to manage/cope with changes in technology and a good understanding of data analytics

Education:

  • Has a university degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Post graduate professional qualifications or membership of a relevant professional body is preferred

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

  • The Senior DCSV is the senior epresentative at the wellsite, with overall responsibility for ensuring that all wellsite activities are conducted in a safe, technically competent, efficient and environmentally responsible manner.
  • Responsible for management of all personnel and operations at the wellsite, including rig-move, rig-up/down, drilling, completion, work-over, coiled tubing, testing and decommissioning operations.
  • The purpose of this and all Well Delivery roles is to Safely Deliver Quality wells

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 15 years of international experience in drilling and completions supervision Extensive experience with land rig operations, horizontal drilling, sandscreen completions and workover operations
  • Experience and understanding of cementing operations, stress caging drilling fluid systems, well integrity issues, extended reach drilling and well decommissioning would be advantageous
  • Bachelors' degree or higher in Engineering
  • Valid Well Control Certificate (Supervisor Level 4 - Surface) required. Advanced well control training beneficial.
  • Management of Major Emergencies or similar Emergency Response Training preferred

PURPOSE & SCOPE

  • Present position is for an Estimator role in 'Engineering Department' and the incumbent shall be responsible for
  • estimate preparation during all phases of engineering development viz. Select phase to the final FEED package
  • having estimates for EPC works. Accordingly, the candidate is expected to possess necessary experience and
  • skills for Class 5 to Class 1 estimation techniques depending on the maturity level of project definition.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of in-house cost database from executed projects, budgetary quotes, and other relevant data
  • Review of FEED design / Tender documents
  • Organise / take part in Estimation initiation & review meetings
  • All in-house co-ordination for preparation of estimates (Select and FEED phase as well as bid phase) including
  • Responsible for review/preparation of OME (Order of magnitude estimate) before onward submissions.
  • Ensure that commercial submissions to tenders are fully complied with all necessary details.
  • Responsible to verify detailed MTOs (quantity take-off) from FEED / tender documentation.
  • Ensure the Indirect Cost Estimate is correctly prepared
  • Proactively work with the Procurement Group to ensure Vendors RFQ Technical and Commercial Bid
  • Assist Engineering Manager with the preparation of a list of clarifications and qualifications to the proposal.
  • Assist in other various departmental development work Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Past experience of similar nature in oil & gas Contracting Organisation in Concept, FEED, EPCI and T&I business

Education Qualifications, Accreditation, Training

  • A recognized BS, MS degree, Diploma in Engineering or Quantity Surveying in a related field is preferred.
  • AACE or equivalent accreditation via Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or other qualification should be
  • stated but not a requirement.
  • Minimum 10 years post qualification industry experience
  • Proven skills in developing internal cost database
  • Leadership in HSE culture and behaviour across line of business

IT Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Aspen Capital Cost Estimator and/or similar software platforms
