Our Contracts team has a vital role in assuring that quality and high standards are paramount when it comes to dealing with the mobilisation of contractors to our global client base. The team liaises with contractors and clients regularly at the start of a contractor's placement and throughout the assignment. The work is complex and requires a logical mind, perceptive approach and outstanding attention to detail skills.The role includes: Preparing contracts, contract amendments and contract terminations for Petroplan's contractors as well as preparation of reference and support letters as requested Checking accuracy of contracts against client documentation (where possible) and highlighting anomalies to CMCs Keeping a record of outstanding/partially completed contracts to ensure they are completed and sent out in a timely manner Collating Client specific documents and emailing full contract pack to contractors Tracking visas/work permits/medical renewals and rotation schedules. Petroplan are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT team on a permanent basis. The IT Support Analyst will be supporting the organisation's information and communications technology environment. This includes supporting all technology operations and contributing to the recommendations on new technology to the Leadership Team, ensuring adherence to IT policies and assisting with the implementation of IT projects and strategies. Key responsibilities: Acting as the primary contact for the day-to-day operational support of Petroplan's end-user hardware and core software application environment. Taking ownership of support requests and resolving any issues proactively. Monitoring third party support provider performance against contractually agreed SLAs, keeping end-users updated on progress and resolution timescales. Creation and maintenance of user accounts, policy group assignments and hardware device allocations, facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new employees. Monitoring the overall health and efficiency of the end-user hardware estate, maintain and deploy new and existing devices to employees and keep the IT asset register updated. Supporting the business on digital marketing projects and campaigns, helping to promote and develop the Petroplan brand through social media and digital engagement platforms including LinkedIn and the Petroplan.com website. You will ideally have: Experience providing end-user hardware and software support within a Microsoft 365 environment. Experience supporting users in a multiple site environment with an understanding of TCP/IP networking principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. An analytical and structured approach to problem-solving with the ability to identify practical solutions and contribute ideas. Experience working within the recruitment industry with existing knowledge of Bullhorn or a similar recruitment ATS/CRM system would be highly beneficial.
