Fun Culture and environment with social activities About the role: You will be building strong relationships with most areas of the business, and providing commercial support to VP's and Team Leaders. Performing the monthly margin analysis review, cost control and reporting including response to the Office of National Statistics Reviewing Cost Centre reports, posting accruals as necessary and documenting all major variances to budget. Support the sales and overhead budgeting process by identifying revenue and cost drivers and inputting data into the budget templates. Initiating & supporting the development of new processes & procedures. You will gain a good understanding of the different contractor pricing models in operation & ensure that all local tax requirements have been properly accounted for (and are compliant) Preparing GP commission calculations for Recruiters, Team Leaders and Account Managers globally on a monthly and quarterly basis and responding to queries when required Provide Sales Tax support (VAT/GST) to the UK Accountant and any other ad hoc financial, operational and reporting tasks/projects What we are looking for: Qualified in accountancy & experience in financial analysis & planning Intermediate to expert spreadsheet techniques Ability to break down complex financial issues to make them easy to understand Committed, keen and a detail orientated team approach to work Working well under pressure and proven experience in adaptability and organisational & prioritisation skills to deliver exception administrative work Persuasive and persistent skills while being resilient and robust to effectively deal with work demands Petroplan Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
