Job Description

Key responsibilities and Duties
1. Assist SO in managing special projects in coordination with internal departments, government officials, and external clients.
2. Researches and prepares materials, presentation slides, and business proposals based on special projects and the organization's business plans.
3. Draft and edit various documents and reports including correspondence and presentation slides. Creates and maintains files, reviews drafts and finished documents for accuracy and grammar.
4. Support SO to organize and carry out due diligence exercises involving technical, and commercial/financial to evaluate potential risks and benefits of each project investment.
5. Provide analytical and specialized administrative support and assist with complex details and advanced administrative duties.
6. Assist SO with the preparation of regular reports, financial models, organization KPIs, etc.
7. Undertake ad-hoc assignments or projects and manage appropriately to ensure deliverables are as per the target timeline, with regular progress updates provided to senior management.
8. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by the GCEO office.


Key Requirements
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in renewable energy, power and utilities, environmental studies, or business administration is required.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in relevant field.
3. Required to work closely with GCEO and SO to develop business strategies and execute business plans.
4. Excellence in board paper preparation, business proposals, and presentations. 5. Project Management experience, research, analytical, planning, organizational skills, and detail orientation are required.
6. Experience in business development, market analysis, and strategic planning is crucial.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Being able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
8. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is required.
