Our client is a leading, Norwegian headquartered offshore operator who is looking to expand their HR team by bringing on an experienced Regional Human Capital Representative.

Human Capital Representative Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelors' Degree in either Human Resources or a Business related function
  • This region includes: Oceanic, Africa, Europe, Brazil and Gulf of Mexico
  • Must have previous experience with both offshore and onshore entities
  • Responsible for delivering an effective Human Capital process covering full employee life cycle from entry to exit
  • Working closely to deliver effective recruitment, replacement, promotion and onboarding needs of the company
  • Must have previous exploration and production experience
  • Responsible for managing budget for both onshore and offshore in each region
  • Managing and motivating Human Capital teams in each region
  • Must have no less than 5 years' of experience

Curriculum Designer

Petroplan is currently hiring for a Curriculum Designer for a major Oil and Gas Company in Houston, TX with relocation to Saudi Arabia.
The curriculum designer's primary role is to design a curriculum in the areas of leadership, management, and supervisory. This includes most aspects of the human resources development (HRD) function, such as needs assessment, research, design of training sources, instruction, piloting, and evaluation.
Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a human resources discipline. A master's degree is preferred.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in the design of leadership, management, and supervisory curriculum in a corporate environment
  • Deliver training programs focused on leadership, management, and professional development if needed.
  • Experience in designing curriculum, preparing a learning classroom environment, and conducting training.
  • Experience as a curriculum designer of leadership, management, and supervisory workshops and as a workshop facilitator delivering leadership, management, and supervisory knowledge and skill.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization.
  • Prepare training manuals and materials as well as conduct and evaluate courses.
  • Provide consultation to various management levels including executive management on the analysis of developmental needs and implementation of programs to meet them.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design professional level leadership, management, and supervisory workshop materials.
  • Design workshop evaluations, conduct training needs analysis when needed, and learn contenting.
  • Successfully complete and maintain certifications.
  • Continually gain up-to-date knowledge on leadership and professional level soft skills.
  • Collaborate with other learning professionals in the development of new course material.
  • Review curriculum and make recommendations on utilizing state-of-the-art training aids and techniques, including computer-based and interactive training systems.
  • Ensure timely engagement with managerial/administrator level executives to ensure effectiveness and applicability of training and be an effective team member who consistently practices proven characteristics of effective teaming.

Management and Professional Trainer

Petroplan is seeking a Management and Professional Trainer to join the Leadership Development Division (LDD) of the Management and Professional Development Department (M&PDD) for a major Oil and Gas Company in Houston, TX- to work overseas in Saudi Arabia.

The Management and Professional Trainer's primary role is to serve as a facilitator to managers, supervisors, and professional employees in the area of leadership, management, and supervisory training with primary responsibility for conducting higher level management training courses and other training experiences. This includes most aspects of the Human Resource Development function, such as needs assessment, research, design of training sources, instruction, piloting, and evaluation.


Minimum Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in a human resource discipline. A master's degree is preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in the delivery of training programs focused on leadership, management, and professional development. You will have experience in preparing a classroom learning environment and conducting training for 5 to 100 participants.
  • You will also have proven experience as a workshop facilitator delivering leadership, management, and supervisory knowledge and skills. You will be able to prepare a training classroom environment as well as conduct and evaluate courses.
  • You must have a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization and expert ability to effectively manage a classroom environment during training.

  • Conduct leadership, management, and supervisory courses and learning content.
  • Successfully complete and maintain certifications.

We are recruiting for Compensation and Benefits Supervisor position. This will be a permanent staff residential role in Dubai


Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources and / or relevant Compensation and Benefits qualifications essential
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources strongly preferred
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Qualification preferred
  • Compensation and Benefits specific professional qualifications preferred
  • 12 years' experience managing payroll processing through Oracle or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, along with relevant compensation and benefits related experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity required.
  • Proven experience on Hay methodology grading and benchmarking.
  • Upstream oil/gas industry experience a strong advantage.
  • Management or Supervisory experience.
  • GCC/Multinational Company experience required.
  • Detailed understanding of the UAE Labour Law.
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written English communication skills, with the versatility to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
  • Numerical and analytical skills.
  • Cost awareness and accuracy with large volumes of figures and data.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong internal drive and motivation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; advanced MS Excel (spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, vlookup and hlookup functions).
