Electrical Design Engineer

Job Description

Petroplan are pleased to be recruiting a Electrical Design Engineer on behalf of a leading player in the solar energy sector, specializing in photovoltaic (PV) development. Committed to delivering top-tier solutions, operates across the entire solar PV value chain, spanning development, construction, and ongoing operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Managing Business-to-Business (B2B) PV solar projects in the Italian market and other EU regions is highly advantageous.
• Creating project designs, including layouts, single-line diagrams, and conducting all necessary calculations.
• Securing approvals from Grid Operators and other relevant agencies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Electrical design.
• Strong technical proficiency in PV System Design.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
• Possession of a valid B driving license.
• Chartered status - capable of affixing official signatures to projects.
