**Position: Manager, Information Technology - Site Services**

**Company Overview:**
A leading long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas (LNG) with two Louisiana-based export projects, servicing global demand for North American natural gas. The company supports the development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies using proven technology in an innovative plant design configuration. The modular, mid-scale plant design ensures efficiency and operational reliability at significantly lower capital costs compared to traditional designs.

**Role Summary:**
The Manager, Information Technology - Site Services, oversees IT site support personnel and supports troubleshooting devices/systems utilized by the teams supporting LNG plants. This role ensures the IT site support team provides excellent customer service, maintains personal interactions with clients, and promptly answers help desk inquiries. The manager collaborates with other department heads to identify hardware or software needs and ensures projects are delivered on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage site projects for the implementation or development of software components, hardware, or computer application systems.
- Oversee vendors/contractors to ensure they deliver the value and services as contracted.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality.
- Plan team resource needs and work closely with other managers to set clear expectations and roles for team members.
- Participate in process and technology re-engineering.
- Analyze and recommend implementation options.
- Provide business and technical integration across all related site activities.
- Communicate plans, statuses, and issues to the leadership team.
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT standard operation procedures.
- Analyze departmental needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions.
- Preserve assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, or management information systems.
- 10 or more years of professional experience in project management implementing technology solutions at an energy facility or related industry.
- Ability to implement technology projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Strong technical skills directing technical professionals.
- Ability to develop and deliver projects using (where appropriate) leading-edge technology.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
