Job Duties :


Application developer

Design and deliver web application solutions to internal business customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong Object Oriented concepts and 3 years of experience with Microsoft.NET Web application development using Asp.Net MVC, Entity Framework and AngularJS and will have demonstrated leadership in some capacity.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop web applications using ASP.NET, MVC and C#.NET
Design and develop client-side framework using AngularJS and Typescript
Design and develop Relational databases to serve as the backend for transactional systems
Collaborate with the team to create a framework for developing solutions more consistently and efficiently
Work in Agile Scrum environment and apply scrum concepts to develop efficient solution for business.
Assist and mentor team on .NET design patterns, best practices, tools, and frameworks
Assist in customization and integration of third-party systems into the existing suite of software systems
Follow both the coding and UX standards set for the group.
Write technical documentation
Help with builds and releases

Reporting into the Software Development Lead and the Project Lead, the Software Architect will design and architect software systems to ensure they are aligned with business requirements. Additional responsibilities include the ability to:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and peers to design software architectures for robust and sustainable products
  • Oversee the implementation of the architecture design to ensure their correctness
  • Apply your expertise to drive leading-edge software frameworks across projects
  • Participate in creating architectural design and coding standards
  • Work in partnership with the Offshore Development Center to advance an effective and efficient development process
  • Cultivate an environment of teamwork between Architecture & Development, Quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience
  • Solid experience in either a Software Architect or Principle Software Developer role
  • BS with preferred MS degree in Computer Science/Engineering

Petroplan are seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to work for one of our clients, a mid-sized operator within the petro-chem industry. The role will initially be based in Houston but require to transfer to the Project Site in Louisiana (near Baton Rouge) in mid-2019


Job Overview:
Under general supervision, the HSE Specialist solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices. He/She uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes. May provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Has technical responsibility for interpreting complex requirements, evaluating and applying appropriate safety engineering principles, and formulating scopes of work, plans, and methodologies suitable for achieving and maintaining compliance with safety requirements. Provides technical assistance to other safety professionals assigned to projects and other project functions.


Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Implements health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines for the employee and department/site safety.
  • Creates incident reports and performs inspections to ensure conformity in all areas of HSE.
  • Interacts with services personnel, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to research and interpret standards, codes and regulations.
  • Determines prerequisite for and organizes audits of company operated properties.
  • Keeps informed of regulatory requirements and auditing standards.
  • Assists in development and implementation of systems and standards to facilitate the capturing and analysis of HSE statistics.
  • Implements and conducts project safety orientation to employees on site
  • Performs daily safety audits


Skills / Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in related field, to include Construction Management and/or HSE, preferred
  • Minimum 5 years field safety experience
  • Knowledge of safety procedures, engineering systems, principles, and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of national and international safety laws/regulations and regulatory agencies' processes and responsibilities, industry standards/practices for safety and health compliance, and best management practices for minimizing potential safety risks during project execution.
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction systems, methods, and work processes.
  • Knowledge of construction planning, estimating, procedures, and execution.

Job Overview:
The Construction Manager is responsible for the management and direction of the construction activities of the project, establishing and managing the Owner's construction organization and provide direction to Contractors used for the FEED and Construction phases of the project


Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Establishment of an Owner's construction organization to ensure EPC Contractors meets the Clients project and Responsible Care requirements.
  • Participate in the development of the Project scope, and conceptual design for the Project in conjunction with other Project Management Team members. Insure effective implementation of a Constructability review process
  • Participate in the bidding process and the selection of all Contractors and Sub-Contractors required for the completion of the construction aspects of the Project.
  • Manage all aspects of Construction Management within the Project, including Responsible Care & Quality, staffing, budgets, schedules, changes to scope of supply, pre-commissioning, and turnover to commissioning & start up.
  • Review and approve all site construction project specifications and technical standards. Ensuring fulfillment of the approved policies, procedures and standards that will regulate the construction activities of the Project.
  • Work closely with the EPC Construction Management Team on all necessary construction details, procedures, schedules, and resources as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the major EPC contractor and Engineering Consultants.


Skills / Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years within the Petrochemical or related Industry.
  • Must have construction management experience, as well as management experience within operating plants.
  • A strong technical background in plant operations is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of the Responsible Care and Quality concepts.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Experience in Contract Administration and budgeting controls.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • In depth knowledge of standards and procedures and industry best practice.
  • Flexible to operate in both EPC and Owner's side.

The network engineer will be responsible for end to end implementations to support the clients' global operations center and needs to posses the below skills:

  • 7-10 year's experience working with wireless and security technologies
  • CCNP or CCIE certification
  • 10 years experience designing wireless networks for WAN and LAN solutions
  • 10 years IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and routing
  • 10 years experience of design of global call routing on Cisco, VG, CME, CUE, and CCM
