Our client is an expanding, US based chemical plant who is looking to grow their Houston office by bringing on an experienced Commercial Manager.

Commercial Manager Job Description:

  • Key responsibilities for this position would include: ensuring that the project is effectively developed, ensuring alignment of commercial agreements and commercial negotiations.
  • Responsible for establishing and managing change management systems to approve and track changes to the project.
  • Responsible for leading the project accounting function and all tasks that are involvement with that.
Commercial Manager Job Requirements:
  • Must have a Bachelors' Degree in Business or a related discipline, with a preference on a CMA certification
  • Must have experience in the petrochemical industry
  • Must have previous experience in leading a team

Accountant Job Description:

  • Key responsibilities for this position would include: performing complex account reconciliations, accounting analysis and journal entries.
  • Responsible for the coordination of financial reports and analysis
  • Creating financial reports

Accountant Job Requirements:

  • No less than 5 years' of experience in Accounting
  • Must be proficient within SAP
  • Must have at minimum a Bachelors' Degree in Accounting
  • Must have previous small operator experience

Financial Reporting Analyst Job Description:

  • Key responsibilities for this position would include: coordinating with financial accounting and external auditors, drafting of various financial statements, and financial budgeting.
  • Responsible for drafting accounting memos for financial statements
  • Maintaining forecasts as well as budget details in both Microsoft Office Suite and their internal system

Financial Reporting Analyst Job Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelors' Degree in Accounting
  • An MBA or CPA is strongly preferred
  • Must have no less than 3 years' of experience in overall Accounting with 2 years' of auditing experience, as well as experience working for a big four
