We are helping a client with this senior cybsecurity role based in Austin. This is a wonderful, varied and challenging role based in a beautiful part of Texas.

This is a role that involves managing and directing key parts of the cybersecurity department. It's a collaborative role and environment. The security set up is relatively mature but they are always looking to improve the overall security posture of the organisation as a whole.

The focus of the role is on enterprise and operational technology, governance and risk and compliance.

The successful candidate will be leading the administration, execution and delivery of strategic initiatives. Th enhancement of security throughout OT and cybersecurity operations environment is key.

Other key parts of the role:

  • Partnering with enterprise management to provide best practice cybersecurity solutions
  • Identifying emerging technologies in this space
  • Working across different functions to balance innovation with compliance
  • Providing leadership to staff and managing overall performance
  • Providing consultation to the digital group and the OT group

The candidate we are looking for

Over 10 years experience within information security working both operationally and strategically. You will also have had experience interfacign between different functional areas and leading change.

It is also likely our successful candidate has relevant academic and professional qualifications.

Job Description:
As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee organizing the warehouse, running to town, and receiving shipments when they arrive at site.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick up, load and move product.
  • Verify product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries.
  • Drive to and from site depending on needs.
  • Monitor inventory.
  • Provide support to other components of the business as needed.



Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years' experience in a related role
  • Knowledge of Oilfield Consumables
  • Microsoft Office Experience
  • Zoom Boom Ticket (preferred)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license



The Role:

  • 21/7 rotation
  • 12/hr days
  • 3-month contract to start



*Due to being a Fort McMurray position only locals will be considered.

Senior QA/QC Engineer

Petroplan are looking to recruit a Senior QA/QC Engineer to work in Qatar.

This will be based on a 5 day week paying a monthly salary.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline from an internationally recognized University

Membership of a recognised Professional Institution of relevance is preferable.

Minimum twelve (10) years of relevant experience in Infrastructure & Civil or Oil & Gas projects with an EPIC Contractor of which at least last 5 years in similar senior position.

Qualified as Internal/Lead ISO 9000 Auditor. Professional qualifications relevant to quality is desirable. Working knowledge and experience with International codes and standards relevant to quality.

Familiar with development of quality management systems, quality assurance & control relevant to Oil and Gas or Infrastructure and Civil projects during engineering development, procurement, construction & commissioning.

Working knowledge in the manufacturing inspection and certification processes for equipment/ materials in projects and the associated Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices.

Working knowledge in construction, welding & NDE is essential.

Proficient in the English language (both written & spoken).

Leadership skills to motivate and organise Project and Contractors quality & Inspection Teams to achieve a high performance level.

Petroplan are currently seeking a Head of Structural/Civil Engineering to join a multinational EPC in Dubai.

  • Provide technical guidance to Sr. Engineers / Engineers to ensure schedule adherence and quality of engineering documents related to FEED, basic and detailed design in Civil/ Structural discipline.
  • Identify personal development & training plan for the reporting staff.
  • Awareness of Company's QHSE Policy and Integrated Management System. Be aware of and obey the Company QHSE rules and perform the activities required by relevant procedures on these issues.
  • Monitor the project schedules/Quantities/Changes through timely review and comments
  • Review design of steel and concrete structures to various International & Company codes and standards
  • Review design of structure and equipment foundations to static and dynamic loading
  • Monitor and review - Basis of Design, Material Specifications, Material take offs, Scopes of Work, Technical reports, Inter discipline design coordination and supervision
  • Review and approve design calculations for steel and concrete structures
  • Review and approve seismic design and design for extreme wind loads
  • Approve CAD drawings done using, Microstation, Smartplant 3D, AutoCAD, PDMS, PDS, etc.
  • Liaise with other disciplines to accommodate their requirements
  • Liaise with Designers in the preparation of structural and foundation drawings and details
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with quality as per Client/Project/Code specifications & standards.
  • Give effective presentation to customers, suppliers and internally within the organization with other discipline leads and project management team
  • Prepare and supervise preparation of proposal and contract design calculations using standards and / or new methods as required
  • Review vendor drawings/other discipline drawings for adequacy of Civil design input requirements.
  • Have sound technical knowledge in structural analysis and design, foundation design, civil works and geotechnical engineering with considerable exposure to relevant design codes and standards
  • Attend all the company-organised training courses when invited.

Pay rate: 30,000 AED pcm

Field Engineer - Wireline - Midland

Opportunity to join a global Oilfield Service company on a permanent basis. Our client has a need for a Wireline Field Engineer to ensure Logging jobs are being run efficiently and safely in the Permian Basin. The position is remotely located within driving distance of the Midland/Odessa area.
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensures logging operations are run efficiently and safely at the client wellsite
  • Work with wellsite crew to arrange logging operations at rig or production site
  • Provide guidance on logging operations through interpretation of logging data, analysis, and/or troubleshooting
  • Perform services and maintenance on company equipment
  • Train assigned field personnel
  • Perform other duties as required


The ideal candidate will have:

  • B.S. in Engineering
  • At least 3 years of Wireline Logging experience
  • Must have experience in the Permian Basin
  • Must be willing to travel (50% ); Reside near Midland is highly preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA. CLIENT WILL NOT SPONSOR
