We are looking for people with at least 3 years cyber experience who can demonstrate they are technical, perhaps with experience in endpoint forensics, network analysis, log analysis, memory or malware analysis. Scripting or programming skills are also of benefit.

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who has a successful track record of increasing NPS Scores (Net Promoter Score). The ideal candidate will use metrics/data to develop, implement, and improve a strategy to optimize the company's overall customer service satisfaction and make huge positive culture changes.

Manufacturing Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Achieve customer service objectives and NPS Scores (Net Promoter) by contributing customer service information and recommendations to the strategic plans.
  • Communicates with all departments to determine efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Utilize the service ERP, ServiceMax with SalesForce and other company ERP's to monitor, report on and manage the customer service function.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
  • Drives focus and continuous improvement.
  • Create new processes to drive improvements with customer first mentality.
  • Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
  • Improves customer service quality results by monitoring and analyzing service metrics and making recommendations for implementing positive change.
  • Review open order reported on key accounts to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  • Manage jobs aging and deliverables to meet customer required ship dates.
  • Verify Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and confirming the Terms and Conditions.
  • Ensure proper training of all direct reports.
  • Coach and provide feedback and training to team members.


Manufacturing Customer Service Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of increasing NPS Score (Net Promoter)
  • College Degree preferred but not required
  • 6-8 years in a customer service role within a manufacturing or an industrial company
  • 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Knowledgeable with ServiceMax, IFS or SalesForce is a plus
  • Program Management experience is a plus
  • MUST have advanced excel skills and working knowledge of Pivot Tables

About the role
We are looking for a Specialist - SharePoint & Web Technologies to support ongoing operations and maintenance of corporate IM Platforms and digital collaboration solutions across Rio Tinto, including Subject Matter Expertise, according to defined SLAs.
The role is a great opportunity to implement and support SharePoint and other Information Management & Collaboration platforms for a large enterprise with over 50,000 users.

Reporting to the Manager - IM Platforms & Collaboration Applications, you will:
· Support the delivery of the ongoing operations and maintenance of corporate IM Platforms and digital collaboration solutions across
· Support the development of solution architecture and roadmaps.
· Act as the SME for IM and Collaboration implementation projects
· Proactively engage with architecture, partners and other teams to ensure the systems and solutions stay up to date aligning with technology roadmaps.
· Create and grow the culture were partners feel they are part of Rio Tinto team and empowered to act as owners. Monitor and report partner performance on contractual terms.
· Supports the development, communication, and maintenance of relevant standards for all enterprise units with Plan.
· Support operational direction to manage all aspects of scope
· Supervise tactical support that ensures system health with current maintenance
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
· Bachelor's degree in IT or related degree
· At least 5 years of relevant experience
· Exposure to IM Platforms with large scale and diverse organizations
· Exposure to technology, information and application architecture domains.
· Working in the IT department of a global diversified corporation
· Ability to effectively work with multiple stakeholders, in multiple regions / time zones
Knowledge of:
· SharePoint Solutions
· Web Technologies
· Digital Workplace Solutions (Microsoft Teams, Yammer etc..)
· Strong ability to drive continuous improvement and application of emerging technologies
· Strategic and organizational agility.

About the role

We are looking for a Specialist, Regional Applications & contract support who will be responsible for managing the support, maintenance, minor enhancement of applications under his/her responsibility, in the relevant region, according to defined SLAs. In addition to these responsibilities, this resource will also support the Manager Regional Applications with contract management for the outsourced providers.

Reporting to the Manager Regional Applications, you will:

  • Ensure support service provider delivers application stability, availability, compliance and quality of service as per defined SLA.
  • Manage support and minor enhancement budgets
  • As expert of your domain, to understand your clients' needs and ensure that support service provider delivers the best solution and within cost and timeline
  • Maintain close relationship with your clients and to act a a liaise between the client and the support service providers
  • Provide guidance and direction to support service providers when required to work with other support teams to ensure the successful delivery of support services in the relevant region.
  • Ensures transition to support from PMO & Delivery team to support service providers, ensuring the support service providers has the required knowledge to successfully fulfill their support requirements.
  • Contribute as an active team member to the IS&T community including knowledge sharing, product development and promotion of standard business systems and processes both within the relevant region and more broadly across the Rio Tinto Group.
  • Ensure all processes and standards are respected in the day to day delivery of support services
  • Contributes to IS&T continuous improvement (for applications, maintenance and support process, customer experience)
  • Work closely with Infrastructure & Cyber Security teams for all activities who impact our applications
  • Support contract activities (rebilling, budget follow-up, RTTMS quality, compliance tracking, SLA management, IT processes)



About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
