Group Senior Tax Accountant

  • Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and Operations terms.
  • Manage tax compliance, reporting and filing works for the Group.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personnel income tax and GST/VAT returns.
  • Establish appropriate system or processes tax risk management for the Group.
  • Acts as key point of Contact and support for our local and regional taxation matters.
  • Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support to the Group.
  • Manage external tax authorities and Consultants locally and regionally.
  • Review current and deferred tax provision.
  • Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the Group.



Qualification/Requirement

  • Degree in Accountancy
  • Minimum of 4 years' tax experience
  • Knowledge of International taxation laws and regulations.
  • Prior experience in tax strategy implementation, planning support and project management will be advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, Communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous.
  • Mature, proactive, resourceful and hands on with good initiative.
  • Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.
  • Fast worker with ability to work well under stress.

Location - Houston

Role - Permanent, DevOps/Configuration Manager

This is a really exciting role for someone who really enjoys innovation and also leading a team.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Defining requirements, functional specifications and testing documentation for engineering software applications.
  • Ensuring the technical softwqare development process is followed
  • Process improvement
  • Designing, coding and testing
  • Developing project plans functional specifications and schedules
  • Determiniing product needs and enhancements

What we are looking for:

* Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field or
equivalent technical professional work experience required.
* Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile ALM development methodologies.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in build/release engineering and configuration management experience on
Windows platforms. Linux experience is a plus
* Minimum of 5 years experience with TFS Build controller/agent set up and configuration, Jenkins server
configuration and build set up
* Ability to create build solutions .NET Framework including packaging and signing assemblies.
* Minimum of 5 years experience writing complex MSI based installations with installer tools: InstallShield,
Wix.
* Experience with package management and tools such as Nuget and Artifactory
* 3 years applied scripting experience in advanced scripting languages (eg. Python, Powershell, JSON,
JavaScript)
* Experience with managing VM Ware virtual environments and Azure cloud deployments.
* Working knowledge and experience managing multiple release pipelines with TFS release management.
* Must have PowerShell scripting experience and Bash / Perl scripting and the use of build scripts
* Proficiency with TFVC, and GIT source code control tools. Thorough understanding of branching, merging,
and labeling best practices.
* Administer, configure, manage, and implement changes to the TFS platform to support DevOPS and
Enhancement software lifecycles.
* Preference will be given to candidates with Docker and Kubernetes experience.

Plans, supervises and controls the execution of services such as accommodation and hospitality, housekeeping, hygiene sanitation and cleaning of offices, accommodation, kitchen, mess halls, clubs, plants and other facilities projects related to kitchen and messing facilities, office furniture requirements and catering and messing services. Assists the Sr. Facility Services Supervisor and Sr. Catering Services Supervisor in the preparation of specifications for catering and service contracts and yearly budget forecasts ; monitors expenses and supervises Contractors and joint ventures back charges accounting for accommodation and messing. Forecasts all the requirements at the assigned offshore location and coordinates ans schedules activities to ensure uninterrupted and adequate availability of all required services, items and equipment as and when required. Implements and ensures compliance to Food Safety and Quality Management Program.

Minimum of 10 years in catering activities within similar industry or contract catering organization. Offshore experience is a plus factor. 2-Intermediate level certification in HACCP.
