Our client is a US headquartered, mid-sized independent operator who is looking to expand their Accounting/Finance team by bringing on an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst.

Financial Reporting Analyst Job Description:

  • Key responsibilities for this position would include: coordinating with financial accounting and external auditors, drafting of various financial statements, and financial budgeting.
  • Responsible for drafting accounting memos for financial statements
  • Maintaining forecasts as well as budget details in both Microsoft Office Suite and their internal system

Financial Reporting Analyst Job Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelors' Degree in Accounting
  • An MBA or CPA is strongly preferred
  • Must have no less than 3 years' of experience in overall Accounting with 2 years' of auditing experience, as well as experience working for a big four

  • Responsible for producing rolling forecasts, creating monthly income statements and underlying cost structures.

As a Equipment Operator, you will participate as a crew member in well site and rig up/ rig down operations. You will operate a company vehicle on a daily basis between the district and work site to deliver products, service tools, and equipment. This position will also operate designated equipment as assigned by the Service Supervisor.
Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the safe operation of assigned equipment on all locations while under the supervision of the Service Supervisor or other crew members

  • Ability to learn the disciplines of driving and rigging up equipment on location and assist during the rigging up and down of service lines and equipment at the well site

  • Perform all Pre-job and Post-job maintenance duties and reports

  • Responsible for maintaining equipment and the cleanliness of the equipment

  • Complete all Pre/Post trip reports for all equipment

  • Properly maintain Driver DOT Logs

  • Maintain satisfactory driving record

  • Must be willing to obtain knowledge of pumping standards

  • Ability to learn to operate auxiliary equipment: stake bed, acid transport and sand truck

  • Ability to learn to operate different types of equipment and support well site activity

  • Ability to maintain condition of treating iron


Requirements:

  • Experience is preferred but not required

  • Able to pass H2S certification

  • Valid Class A, able to acquire HAZMAT

  • Pass Crane Training and other Qualifications as Required

  • Must have an active telephone and the ability to be on 24 hour call

  • Ability to work a "24 hour on call" rotational schedule, flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours and nights and weekends

  • Required to travel to job sites for a week or more at a time in a designated area

  • Must be able to perform physical labor involving frequent lifting (over 50lbs.), carrying, bending, and shoveling

  • Work environment with chemicals, fumes/gasses, noxious odors, heights, noise, radiation, and exposure to weather conditions such as cold, rain/dampness, heat/humidity, and wind

  • Review the pre-award tender terms and conditions
  • Identifying and mitigating commercial risk of the contract
  • Assess the client's obligations and liabilities, including insurance requirements, bank guarantee wordings, payments terms, etc.
  • Finalize/review contracts/sub contracts of agencies, consultants, sponsorships, bidding documents, MOE and other forms types of agreements.
  • Drafting of Contract Agreement, JV, Consortium, Heads of Agreement review and preparation for signature
  • Contracts and Subcontracts management and administration
  • Preparation of variation/claims
  • Advise and assist Project Managers on contract conflicts and claims with clients, etc. Evaluate defence, negotiate and resolve company claims. Knowledge of FIDIC, INCOTERM and other international contract norms, codes and specification is must.
