About the Role:
We are seeking a Solar Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale solar projects. This role involves managing all aspects of solar construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage solar construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  
  
  
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
  
  
• Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  
  
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address them.
  
  
• Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management, including progress reports, budget status, and any issues encountered.
  
  

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in construction project management, with a focus on solar energy projects.
  
  
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar energy systems, construction processes, and relevant regulations.
  
  
• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both Italian and English.
  
  
• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  
  

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with large-scale solar PV installations.
  
  
• Knowledge of energy storage systems and hybrid projects.
  
  
• Familiarity with Italian energy market regulations and permitting processes.
