Title: Senior Global Reward Specialist
Location: Houston, TX
 
Petroplan is working exclusively with a global energy company in search of a Senior Global Reward Specialist professional for a position, based in Houston who meets the following criteria.

Position Overview:
 
The Senior Global Reward Specialist will partner with HR to provide comprehensive advice focussed on reward and benefit design, implementation and best practice.
 
Responsibilities:

• Implement global employee HR policies and reward structures.
• Administer the remuneration, policies and processes for the Group of Companies
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislative, statutory and corporate governance requirements
• Continuous improvement opportunities to be identified, assessed and implemented where approved
• Reward and benefit program design and implementation
• Lead delivery of reward projects, to develop and implement new and revised regional reward policies, programs and practices ensuring alignment with the Woodsides reward framework as well as regulatory compliance.
• Source, analyse and interpret market data to inform reward program and policy development.
• Monitor and respond to internal and external developments in emerging best practice and regulatory requirements.

• Provide regional reward expertise & support to the HR team.
• Drive the reward culture within the organisation.
• Project work as required.

Qualifications 

• 5 or more years of relevant experience 
• Exposure to practices and policies in a global organization.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and experience advising on reward-related topics
• Attention to detail
