This position is contract, shift work (10 days on / 4 days off) and will be located out of the Fort Stockton, TX office. Prospective candidates will be responsible performing duties to conduct laboratory tests following prescribed procedures.
Responsibilities:
  • Build equipment and/or perform basic material or environmental tests using basic techniques with electrical/electronic, chemical, and mechanical equipment.
  • Documents test data for reporting purposes
  • Maintains files and documentation related to test equipment and test results of equipment
  • Slurry preparation, calibration, maintenance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree of Science
  • 1 year of previous or current experience as a Lab Tech
  • Ability to work within the US

Prospective candidates will be working with the manufacturing department to enhance delivery and quality performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather data as it pertains to manufacturing quality, lead time, on-time, and customer satisfaction performance.
  • Develop or improve work instructions, assembly, test, or training procedures, routers, and other manufacturing documentation to enhance customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within manufacturing processes working in a quality related environment
  • Knowledge of and experience reviewing Material Test Report (MTR) to ASME and other industry standards.
  • Knowledge of and experience reviewing Non-Destructive Test(NDE) Report to NDE procedures (like Penetrant testing, Magnetic particle testing, hardness testing, Ultrasound testing and Radiography testing procedures)
  • Knowledge of ASME, API, ABS, and DNV standards.
  • Experience within Oracle and Glovia
