Minimum Requirements

Extensive experience in reserves estimation (both deterministic and probabilistic), resource evaluation, classification and reporting (e.g. PRMS, SEC, etc.), solid foundation in classic reservoir engineering, 3D static and dynamic modeling of reservoirs, and experience in enhanced oil recovery, unconventional reservoirs, and/or subsurface gas storage as they relate to reserve assessment.
Hands-on experience in reservoir characterization, petrophysical analysis including log and MDT interpretation and core analysis, fluid characterization including PVT studies and geochemical fingerprinting, and well testing including pressure transient, rate-transient analysis, and wireline formation testing.
Experience working in a large organization with a varied portfolio of reservoirs, or a wide range of experience in smaller companies.

The purpose of this role is to support the project director in the expansion of the Naval shipbuilding industry in Saudi Arabia.
The strategy to develop world class naval shipbuilding and MRO capabilities will involve the development of an existing facility in the Eastern Region, along with ensuring that the development of a Western Region MRO facility is also adequate for naval vessel MRO work. The strategy will also involve building capabilities for sub 70M defence assets by aligning with a local player in the Kingdom. The final element of the strategy will be to develop a solution that enables the National Champion to privatize the more minor MRO work of all defence vessels in all naval bases across the Kingdom.
The technical SME will support the strategy team to ensure that technically the strategy identified and then implemented is viable from an operational perspective.
Therefore, someone who has worked in the development of naval facilities - in terms of yard development, basic design of the facility, FEED and actual construction would be most appropriate.
Alongside this a good understanding of the process required in naval ship building & MRO across all categories, as well as previous alignment with Naval forces in terms of minor repairs in naval bases is also essential.

Technical Operational SME SUPPORT - Naval Shipbuilding

Permanent Staff position
The purpose of this role is to support the project director in the expansion of the Naval shipbuilding industry in Saudi Arabia.
The strategy to develop world class naval shipbuilding and MRO capabilities will involve the development of an existing facility in the Eastern Region, along with ensuring that the development of a Western Region MRO facility is also adequate for naval vessel MRO work. The strategy will also involve building capabilities for sub 70M defence assets by aligning with a local player in the Kingdom. The final element of the strategy will be to develop a solution that enables the National Champion to privatize the more minor MRO work of all defence vessels in all naval bases across the Kingdom.
The technical SME will support the strategy team to ensure that technically the strategy identified and then implemented is viable from an operational perspective.
Therefore, someone who has worked in the development of naval facilities - in terms of yard development, basic design of the facility, FEED and actual construction would be most appropriate.

Technical Operational SME-Vessel Building (Leisure)
The purpose of this role is to support the project director in the expansion of the leisure building sector in Saudi Arabia. The strategy to develop a leisure vessel building industry is part of a wider strategy to develop one entity that will be the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's National Champion.
The technical SME will work on the development of the leisure building facility from feasibility phase, through facility location identification, layout, build strategy, partner selection and implementation.
The technical SME will support the strategy team to ensure that technically the strategy identified and then implemented is viable from an operational perspective.
Therefore, someone who has worked in the development of leisure vessel shipyards - in terms of yard development, basic design of the facility, FEED and actual construction would be most appropriate.
Alongside this a good understanding of the process of constructing and repairing leisure vessels (yachts, ferries etc) in terms of project management and production process design is also essential.

Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluate plays for subsurface resources, as well as for low carbon (including but not limited to geothermal resources, carbon capture & sequestration and Hydrogen exploration) potential through a fully integrated workflow
Create play chance maps for both conventional and unconventional plays, using relevant discipline products (stratigraphy, structure, facies -source, reservoir & seal and charge modelling
Place play-based exploration work into play venture context and report actionable play-level plans to management including risk, resource and confidence.
Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Geosciences or related field (e.g., Geology, Geophysics, or other related science and engineering fields), an advanced degree is preferred.
You will have a minimum of 15 years of experience, with extensive experience in regional studies and at least 5-10 years of professional experience in play-based exploration, including an extensive formal experience in regional integrative geoscience analysis and a good exposure to different sedimentary basins (most importantly passive margin, foreland and rifted settings)

Experience in effective decision making in land, transition zone, and marine (OBC, OBN) seismic imaging.

Minimum Requirements
You must hold a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
You should have a minimum of 15 years' experience across the refinery and/or petrochemical industries, specifically in asset integrity of stationary equipment, with at least 10 years of field experience working on plants major turnaround and field troubleshooting.
You must have a thorough knowledge of best engineering practices, solid industry codes and standards background (ASME, API, NACE, ASTM, ISO) and use of engineering software (Caeser II).

Conduct benchmarking and best practices exchange workshops internally among Global Manufacturing facilities (wholly-owned and affiliates) having Isomerization process technologies.
Provide on-demand remote and/or field technical advisory support to Global Manufacturing facilities on matters concerning the operation of Isomerization plants which may include but not limited to process troubleshooting, start-up and shutdown activities, capacity test runs, technology pilot testing, and process design improvements. Issue service reports for every support activity provided highlighting the facilities need, actions taken, results, and lessons learned.
In collaboration with Global Manufacturing facilities engineers, propose cost optimization or process improvement initiatives focusing on 'low-hanging fruits' with no or minimal capital investment required, through operational adjustment or design modification.
Conduct internal assessments on Isomerization process using Client's engineering standard references. Highlight any deviations or better standards applied by affiliates for endorsement to facility management or Client's Central Engineering.
Act as the overall coordinator for cascading and driving Global Manufacturing and Corporate programs to the Isomerization operating facilities for execution and effective monitoring.
Participate in Business Plan development and coordinate with stakeholders for any capital investments on assigned process units and support techno-economic evaluations.
Be aware of technology developments in Isomerization process plants. Perform evaluation and approval of technology developments to Central Engineering and facilitate field deployment.
Support arrangement and facilitation of technical knowledge exchange workshops with Isomerization process technology licensors and Global Manufacturing facilities.
Participate in hazard operability (HAZOP) and safety integrity level (SIL) studies as required by Isomerization unit operating facilities.

We are seeking a Process Engineer specializing in NGL Fractionation to join our Client's NGL Fractionation Department.Client's NGL Fractionation is responsible for providing Ethane, Propane and Butane product to our local Petrochemical industry through fractionating and treating Natural Gas Liquids (NGL). In addition, Client has the capability to export Refrigerated Propane and Butane through export facilities.Your primary role will be to support plant operations through analyzing and troubleshooting process parameters as well as performing management of change and process improvement studies. Key Responsibilities As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Perform in-depth plant monitoring and optimize the performance of assigned units by overseen unit's operation and economics losses.
Issuing detailed reports to recommend changes supported by simulation models' result to optimize unit operation.
Lead unit operations troubleshooting and investigating off-spec. products and plant trips/ upsets and manage the required deliverables.
Support Operations during turnaround and unplanned Shutdowns / Startups by understanding the unit operating conditions and transient effects to recommend operations improvements
Perform specific tasks such as, but not limited to catalyst/ desiccant forecast/ evaluation, test runs, de-bottlenecking studies, due-diligence assessment, enhancement studies, HAZOP studies.
Assigned the Lead Role in process safety management overseeing HAZOP, PSR, SIL, PSSR, RA, and Alarm Rationalization. Lead HAZOP/Process Safety Reviews of plant operations as well as new modifications.
Propose and manage major projects to improve safety, reliability and profitability. Prepare design request, budget justifications and detailed implementation plans for economically justifiable projects. Develop detailed engineering design packages for in-house process-oriented projects and follow up on implementation.
Carryout process simulation using Aspen software package.
Liaise with vendors and technology licensors for process enhancements and changes.
Minimum Requirements
You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.
You should have a minimum of 15 years of total NGL/LPG process units experience (process engineering and operations) with at least 10 years' experience in handling gas processing and NGL Fractionation.
Exposure to different licensor technologies for gas processing and NGL Fractionation is a plus
You should be a certified PHA/HAZOP leader.

Responsible to review actual vs. planned progress and productivity of the engineering groups as they relate to the assigned area design plan. Responsible to approve discipline time sheets for all work pertaining to the assigned area.
Responsible to provide engineering management projections as to overruns or underruns based upon component productivity and work scope variations and coordinate development of project variances for the assigned area facilities.
Responsible to review/approve technical recommendations for procurement of project materials related to the assigned area of the project and ensure that multi-discipline inputs to procurement are adequately satisfied.
Experience
Total of 20 years' Experience and 10-15 years Offshore experience
BS in engineering is required
Master's degree in engineering or MBA is a plus

Your profile:
Broad experience of Engineering, Design, Manufacturing and Construction together with relevant Commercial experience in Contracting / Procurement.
Experience must enable the ability to relate to Customers, Senior Executives, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, External Engineering Organisations, Suppliers and Contractors.
An ability to handle a wide range of demands and commitments and to have the skills to manage these while maintaining the confidence of Senior Management and the support of the Project and Site Teams.
Ability to act with the highest regard to the safety of the work undertaken, the health of employees, contractors and him/or herself and for the environment.
A high personal standard of integrity.
Experience gained in similar project environment is a large advantage.
As Construction Manager your main responsibilities include:
Direct and Lead the operations in KSA reporting to the Project Manager and Project Director to achieve excellence in Construction performance, against KPI's related to EHS, Cost, Schedule and Quality
Lead and direct the operations in KSA in the accurate assessment of safety, execution, resourcing and financial and schedule performance to ensure timely reporting to the Project Manager and Project Director
Support and drive improvements in the organisation across the functions to ensure ongoing improvements in EH&S and Engineering excellence
Engage with third parties as appropriate (Clients, local authorities, subcontractors and suppliers) in order to execute the Project scope of work
Qualifications
To be eligible for the position of Construction Manager in KSA, applicants must have a bachelor's degree or above.
A Degree/Master's Degree in the fields of Electric or Industrial Engineering is required.
Certificate holders for electric engineers and construction engineers will be preferred.
Applicants who are Arabic speakers and with English communication full proficiency will be preferred.

Responsibilities
Manages the overall engineering activities and lead the development of the professionals and implements a strategy to grow and enhance technical capabilities in support of operational excellence and competitiveness.
Meets the mandated Saudization requirements and supports the technical development of Saudi employee's.
Manages day-to-day operations of all engineering disciplines of the office.
Ensures all projects are adequately staffed with appropriate technical resources.
Reports the technical services status of the office and the ability to meet its strategic and operational objectives regularly.
Implements corporate policies, procedures, and organizational structure, building awareness and support from affected constituencies.
Assists in the establishment and ensures compliance of operational short-term and long-term goals within overall corporate objectives.
Coordinates and collaborates with other divisions of the company in establishing and carrying out responsibilities.
Leads, coaches, develops and appraises the performance of technical services personnel and provides the necessary coordination between activities.
Maintains appropriate communications within area of responsibility.
Influences, motivates and informs employees about the company/business unit plans and progress.
Participates in the development of long-term plans for the business unit and establish service objectives and priorities to coordinate teams.
Maintains strong knowledge of existing and emerging regulatory requirements/best practices.
Provides technical support to the Business Development team.
Education/Experience
BS in Engineering and registered as a professional engineer with significant experience of 20 years.
Has demonstrated experience in the oil / gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure industries in mega projects and has overall expertise in design engineering technologies.
Experience in a technical leadership position in the consulting industry with a minimum of 200 employees.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement significant organizational change.
Proven ability to recruit, train and motivate personnel in order to balance staffing strength with profitability and growth.
Results oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations.
Strong professional presence in the industry with clients and regulators.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a demonstrated understanding of principles of employee engagement.
Good understanding of accounting principles.
Solid understanding of the drivers in the oil and gas industry
