It involves preparing contract packages including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Preliminary Cost Estimate, Evaluation Criteria in line with approved contracting strategy and procurement manual.
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Coordinate and work closely with Turnaround Engineer / Planning team to prepare Requests For Proposals (RFPs) for Turnaround services.
Coordinate and prepare contract terms and conditions for the requested services for approved turnaround scope.
Prepare / develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimate.
Coordinate and work closely with Contract Advisor to manage all activities related to bidding process.
Route contracts for signature, track work progress and submit regular reports.
Participate in Pre-qualification requirement and development of approved bidders list to maximize competition.
Participate in Job-Explanation meeting & site visits with intended bidders.
Provide & coordinate for clarifications, questions & answers during bidding process.
Participate in evaluating offers, bid review team member, reviewing pre-award packages in line with approved contracting strategy and procurement manual.
Participate & Coordinate Kick Off Meeting with the awarded contractor, establish deliverables for the contractors to be ready to fulfil the contract requirement.
Assist in preparing, developing and measuring Key Performance Indicators for contracting.
Maintain computer records of contract information and update all involved parties and stakeholders with current status of contracts and expectations of completion.
Assess contractor's performance during the execution of work to ensure that all contractual requirements are being met.
Verify and review Contractors' Proposed Variation Orders and submit a Variation Order Status Report.
Provide technical advice and guidance on contracting processes and related issues to Turnaround Team.
Assist in formulating and improving contracting strategies for turnaround in order to optimize cost and reducing risks in line with procurement manual.
Minimum Requirements
You must hold a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial).
You should have a minimum 10 Years of Experience in Turnaround, out of which at least 6 years in contracting.

Your primary role will be to provide technical evaluation, monitoring, and enhancements to the Analyzers (process analyzers and chromatographs) of the operating departments in the refining, NGLF, and petrochemical plants.
Job Requirement Minimum Requirements You must have a bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or its equivalent. You should have a minimum of 12 years of experience with Analyzers with at least 7 years of experience with online Process Analyzers in the oil & gas, refining, or petrochemical industry, or related industries. Overview
We are seeking a Corrosion Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing Organization (GM) under Technical Support team.
The technical support team is a multi-disciplinary organization with interface to technical, and in some cases business, support requirements for our Global Manufacturing Admin Area. Its function caters mainly to the technical needs of GM Operating facilities.
Your primary role will be to provide technical support to operating facilities, projects, technology deployment, and talent development of new corrosion engineers. You will also conduct special studies and analysis in a specialized corrosion control field, such as cathodic protection, water treatment, chemical inhibition or materials selection. Additionally, you will provide specialized technical corrosion control services and consultation.
Key Responsibilities
Implement corrosion management program and on-stream monitoring.
Troubleshoot and provide technical support for running HC facilities
Conduct risk-based inspection based on API-580 methodology.
Review and approve recommended solutions for coating failures and cathodic protection.
Participate in HAZOP review sessions and ensure that all issues are addressed.
Manage water treatment program and recommend solutions to overcome challenges.
Review design packages and validate materials selection based on current code and standards.
Validate corrosion controls, corrosion loops and corrosion damage mechanisms frequently.
Assess feed composition changes and approve recommend solution to assure assets integrity.
Develop scope and description of technology items, and lead field implementation.
Develop and transfer knowledge about use of coating, CP, corrosion inhibitors and other corrosion controls and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate you must hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical engineer.
You should have a minimum of 12 years' experience, with a strong preference for 15 years' plus, in processing in Oil/Gas industry, material science and metrology, different NDT technology and their applications and knowledge in engineering aspect of welding.
Knowledge of the international standards and codes NACE, ASME, API and ASTM especially inspection and corrosion standards such as API-571, API-580, API-570 and API-510 is required.
You should hold a valid NACE Specialist Certification or NACE Senior Corrosion Technologist or combination of NACE Corrosion Technologist, API-571 and NACE CP level II.
