Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer who is specialized in Ammonia to join our Project Management team (PMT). Saudi Aramco Project Management Teams are responsible and accountable for the delivery of best in class capital projects. PMT is directly involved in executing and managing assigned projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards of integrity and compliance. This will involve engineering design, procurement and construction of various sizes ($), types and complexity of small, medium to multi-billion-dollar mega projects. Project Management Team manages and executes projects usually from multiple site offices or engineering contractor design offices, geographically scattered throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The primary role is to lead and manage a unit in charge of executing capital projects. Ensure that engineering design, procurement, construction and project completion is done in compliance with the project objective and contractual requirements i.e. project schedule, cost, HSE, company standards and procedures. Senior Project Engineer role also involves managing the business aspects of the unit consisting but not limited to HR, training, cost control, schedule control, cybersecurity requirements and manpower planning. Key Responsibilities You will be required to perform the following:
Lead the Execution of capital projects according to the scope, schedule and budget.
Manage the team under the unit in executing the projects and provide guidance and directives to ensure successful completion of the project.
Leverage your expertise in ammonia projects and provide the appropriate actions for the team to follow in all phases of the project.

Minimum Requirements EDUCATION: B.S. in Engineering and a higher degree is preferred. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: twenty (20) years of experience in the project management field related to refining and petrochemical industries with a specialty in Ammonia, such that the incumbent is clearly recognized as an expert in this field. SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER EXPERIENCE: Seven (7) years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer of projects in design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and operation with values ranging from $100MM to $billion. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) and no second language is required.

Job Description
On behalf of A major oil operator Petroplan are looking for a Construction Specialist based in Saudi Arabia, the role will be on a Permanent basis and offering a competitive Salary.
The Construction Specialist primary role is to provide technical, administrative and logistical support for the ongoing project(s), by working with the project team to manage the day to day construction activities and resolution of any design or technical issues, thus ensuring that the works are carried out in accordance with all applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Responsibilities;
As part of this role, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the review and demonstration of a sound understanding of the project brief and scope of work. You will be required to contribute towards the creation of a minimum Level 3 Construction Schedule (or above), in addition to managing the construction activities onsite thus to maintain the planned versus actual schedule and critical path. You will need to manage the day to day construction activities onsite, inclusive of both the construction contractor and all subcontractors / service providers, participate in Project Risk Assessments / Hazard Identification studies, review of Job Safety Analysis and safety statistics.
Provide support to the Project Manager and other associated project team members by preparing daily reports, progress updates and information on high level construction related issues, highlights and milestones. Possess the ability to address and resolve technical problems in accordance with the industry best practices and applicable Engineering Standards and or project requirements, inclusive of the review of Technical Queries as submitted by the construction contractor. You will need to monitor the daily construction activities and ensure that the construction schedule is being maintained, whilst communicating and providing a slippage analysis for any delays. Participate in Safety & Quality walkthroughs and inspections, and communicate any findings to the relative person in charge for corrective action. You will need to monitor the material procurement, inclusive of all long lead material items being procured both locally and or Out of Kingdom, thus ensuring that the material procurement schedule is maintained in order not to impact the construction activities onsite and or project progress. You shall also work with the construction contractor, designer and any other relevant stakeholders in order to resolve material related issues, inclusive of proposed alternatives and or substitutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in either Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent) from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred and or more desirable but is not mandatory.
You will have a minimum of ten years of experience in Construction Management, including at least 7 years in the Oil and Gas industry. You shall possess the ability to competently read and understand various construction related drawings. You must have a positive attitude, as a strong commitment to safety, whilst demonstrating he ability to work independently and or part of an integrated Project Management Team. Strong communication skills are a mandatory requirement, as you will be required to liaise with the Project Manager, other project management, proponent organizations and or other stakeholders on a regular basis. A primary function of a Safety Engineer is to provide a daily support to line organizations to help them ensure safety is properly managed.Key Responsibilities
Act as a single point of contact for assigned proponent organizations.
Provide ongoing support to proponent organizations to assist them in implementing the Company Safety Management System, to meet safety objectives and expectations. Job Description
On behalf of A major oil operator Petroplan are looking for a Construction Specialist based in Saudi Arabia, the role will be on a Permanent basis and offering a competitive Salary.
The Construction Specialist primary role is to provide technical, administrative and logistical support for the ongoing project(s), by working with the project team to manage the day to day construction activities and resolution of any design or technical issues, thus ensuring that the works are carried out in accordance with all applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
Responsibilities;
As part of this role, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the review and demonstration of a sound understanding of the project brief and scope of work. You will be required to contribute towards the creation of a minimum Level 3 Construction Schedule (or above), in addition to managing the construction activities onsite thus to maintain the planned versus actual schedule and critical path. You will need to manage the day to day construction activities onsite, inclusive of both the construction contractor and all subcontractors / service providers, participate in Project Risk Assessments / Hazard Identification studies, review of Job Safety Analysis and safety statistics.
Provide support to the Project Manager and other associated project team members by preparing daily reports, progress updates and information on high level construction related issues, highlights and milestones. Possess the ability to address and resolve technical problems in accordance with the industry best practices and applicable Engineering Standards and or project requirements, inclusive of the review of Technical Queries as submitted by the construction contractor. You will need to monitor the daily construction activities and ensure that the construction schedule is being maintained, whilst communicating and providing a slippage analysis for any delays. Participate in Safety & Quality walkthroughs and inspections, and communicate any findings to the relative person in charge for corrective action. You will need to monitor the material procurement, inclusive of all long lead material items being procured both locally and or Out of Kingdom, thus ensuring that the material procurement schedule is maintained in order not to impact the construction activities onsite and or project progress. You shall also work with the construction contractor, designer and any other relevant stakeholders in order to resolve material related issues, inclusive of proposed alternatives and or substitutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in either Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent) from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred and or more desirable but is not mandatory.
You will have a minimum of ten years of experience in Construction Management, including at least 7 years in the Oil and Gas industry. You shall possess the ability to competently read and understand various construction related drawings. You must have a positive attitude, as a strong commitment to safety, whilst demonstrating he ability to work independently and or part of an integrated Project Management Team. Strong communication skills are a mandatory requirement, as you will be required to liaise with the Project Manager, other project management, proponent organizations and or other stakeholders on a regular basis. Experience with specifications and data sheets for Electrical equipment like EHV GIS/AIS Switchgear, Power Transformers, large synchronous/induction motors, HV/LV Switchgears and Control gears, EHV/HV/LV Cables, Bus ducts, EHV GIBs, UPS, Battery Charger, NGR, Panel boards is a requirement.

Experience in electrical engineering calculations like Grounding/Earthing, Battery charger/Battery sizing, Transformer sizing, Cable sizing, Electrical Load schedules, Lighting. Job purpose: Seeking an experienced Resource Planning Specialist to join the company's Project Management Organization. The company's Project Management Teams (PMT) are directly responsible and accountable for the delivery of best in class capital projects assigned to specific departments. PMT is directly involved in executing and managing projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. This will involve engineering design, procurement and construction of various sizes, types and complexity of small, medium to multi-billion-dollar mega size projects.Job requirements:
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Have a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in project planning, including at least 4 to 6 years specifically performing the development of manpower forecast requirements in terms of specialty and disciplines for mega/ capital project in different industries such as Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon, Refinery, Offshore, and Infrastructure.
Experience in Human Resources would be an added advantage.
Should be capable to analyze all levels of project schedules, project resource requirements, productivity achieved, and has the ability to forecast remaining efforts required (per discipline) to complete timely the project, and to reflect outcome through updated Manpower Plan.
Professional certification is desirable from PMI (PMP) and AACE (PSP).

Petroplan is seeking to hire an experienced Environmental Coordinator to join the Project Management team at a major Oil and Gas Client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This is a permanent staff role in country.
The Environmental officer primary role is to implement the corporate environmental policy and monitors compliance, while staying current with all applicable Company and National environmental regulations, standards, procedures, and guidelines as well as all company environmental, environmental health and industrial hygiene programs. This includes the supervision of local surveys and sampling, the interpretation of measurement results, and reviewing (and commenting) environmental aspects of contract documents as well as monitoring the environmental performance of contractor operations.
Key Responsibilities
Help implement the corporate environmental policy and monitors compliance, while staying current with all applicable Company and National environmental regulations, standards, procedures, and guidelines as well as all the company environmental, environmental health and industrial hygiene programs. This includes the interpretation of measurement results, and reviewing (and commenting) environmental aspects of contract documents as well as monitoring the environmental performance of contractor operations. Respond to concerns and requests for information from EPD, and obtains technical advice from EPD as needed. Help organize and participates in major surveys such as Environmental Performance Assessments (EPAs), Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM) surveys, Occupational Health Hazard Assessments (OHHAs), HAZCOM Assessments, Chemical Handling Assessments, Waste Management Compliance Audits, and Environmental Health surveys. Actively seeks to resolve any findings from these surveys. Provide follow-up information and updates reports to EPD as required. Assist in the coordination of all EMS-related activities within the organization as appropriate, including the development of environmental objectives and indicators, tracking of performance and costs, and record-keeping and reporting functions. Assist in special studies for improving environmental and (environmental) health performance of facilities or operation; helps in providing specialized technical service in the environmental field; helps in consulting on complex environmental problems; helps in designs and/or projects; helps in coordination or direction work of other environmental staff. Help in keeping abreast of all environmental issues that pertain to the organization, particularly any non-compliances that may have been identified. Keeps management updated on significant environmental issues. Assesses if PED are maintaining records of all waste (including wastewater) generated by the organization and works (along with the organization's environmental team) with EPD to develop waste minimization plans. Ensures that the waste is managed properly. Review that organizations develop their specific phase-out and disposal procedures for hazardous materials. Provide needed support for the implementation of the HAZCOM program including hazardous materials/chemicals inventory, chemical hazard bulletins, hazard signs and train-the-trainer programs and employee training. Organize presentations and video sessions, distributes information, and sets a good example to enhance environmental awareness. Write formal reports, environmental articles for company publications, and develops/delivers presentations. Attend EPDs biannual environmental coordinators meetings and other related courses and conferences. When applicable] Participate in the company's oil spill protection program and keeps records of the latest response plans for such emergencies. [When applicable] Verify appropriate controls are established for work with NORM, and carries out radiation and contamination surveys as required, including collection and arrangement for analysis of representative samples. Provide information and support on the correct handling and storage of NORM contaminated equipment and NORM waste. And maintain records of all radiation and NORM surveys, NORM contaminated equipment and NORM waste. Implement Environmental Assurance Schedule.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.
10 years of experience in oil and gas, petrochemicals and construction, including at least five years in project-based positions.
Experience of Environmental Impact Assessments
Prepare, review and revise environmental recommendation reports and monitor the progress
Extensive travel requirement to project sites
Knowledge of analytical and scientific software, compliance software and graphic imaging Engineering or scientific related activities preferably associated with the production and processing of oil and construction.
Ability to speak and write reports or articles in English using both scientifically correct terminology and terms understandable.
