Overview:
This SCADA Specialist position is for the Dickinson/Dunn Center, North Dakota office/location, and is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Bakken Asset SCADA system and Facility Controls. This will be a field-based position and will require daily travel to field locations. The SCADA Specialist works closely with production operations, I&E technicians, and SCADA Administrators. The position reports to the Bakken Construction and Engineering organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team in the commissioning of production facilities
Supervise and direct SCADA/electrical contractors assisting in the FCO process
Set clear HES performance expectations. Ensure all HES policies and procedures are understood and followed in the field
Conduct and document function checkouts (FCO) on new and existing facilities and equipment
Work with SCADA admin to ensure all data is coming into SCADA accurately and matches the C&E
Review C&E documents and ensure facility program has proper set points and ranges

Assist SCADA Administrators with routine tasks and provide backfill support for them when needed.
Work with Maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and repair any SCADA and Communications issues in a timely manner to optimize facility and pipeline uptime and data accuracy.
Knowledgeable about Autosol and Wonderware SCADA systems

Crimson Software and related red lion products
Ability to Program and monitor all facility control systems in the asset.

Assist with investor relations activities including maintaining investor presentations, scriptwriting, etc.

Work with operations, planning, treasury to explain the key financial variances of production, lease operating expenses, and capital expenses related to budgets/forecasts
Lead the monthly meeting to explain the variances to executive management
Analyze and report company performance relative to peers and competitors
Support management in performing ad-hoc analysis
Assist in planning and developing the annual budget and long-range plan
Lead corporate level economic look back of capital investment to aid in understanding of development program return
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience of Economic/Financial Modeling
Minimum 8 years' progressive experience
Experience in Oil & Gas (E&P), energy investment banking a plus
Experience in Spotfire, Combo Curve, or Mosaic a plus
Education/ Training: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

Overview:
This SCADA Specialist position is for the Dickinson/Dunn Center, North Dakota office/location, and is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Bakken Asset SCADA system and Facility Controls. This will be a field-based position and will require daily travel to field locations. The SCADA Specialist works closely with production operations, I&E technicians, and SCADA Administrators. The position reports to the Bakken Construction and Engineering organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team in the commissioning of production facilities
Supervise and direct SCADA/electrical contractors assisting in the FCO process
Set clear HES performance expectations. Ensure all HES policies and procedures are understood and followed in the field
Conduct and document function checkouts (FCO) on new and existing facilities and equipment
Work with SCADA admin to ensure all data is coming into SCADA accurately and matches the C&E
Review C&E documents and ensure facility program has proper set points and ranges
Perform PSSR's on all-new facility and equipment installations and major maintenance work

Responsible for modifying the RTU and HMI program from a master template program

Work with Maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot and repair any SCADA and Communications issues in a timely manner to optimize facility and pipeline uptime and data accuracy.

Review contract details relevant to the company's ability to deliver under the contract.
Prepare project schedules.
Review project requirements and assess equipment requirements.
Communicate with design team/client as well as effectively lead the trades.
Review/approve and expedite all shop drawings/samples and approvals.
Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule (on a weekly basis).
Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings and prepare and issue minutes for all meetings.
Inform the Consultant(s)/Client of any errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant(s) design drawings.
Review/approve and expedite all PCO's and CO's. Maintain current CO logs.
Ensure completion of and track all independent inspections and testing as required.
Issue monthly progress draws and invoicing to consultant and client (including holdbacks).
Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.

Required Skills & Abilities

The Senior Workday Analyst will support our Talent (HR) team, other internal business partners, and company management in the development, on-going maintenance, and operational and technical support of all aspects of the Workday HCM system. In addition, this person is expected to take a critical role in the design, implementation, deployment, and documentation of key Talent projects that leverage the Workday platform.Responsibilities
Serve as the Workday HCM system expert and point-of-contact for day-to-day support of business processes, integration support, reporting, and dashboards to ensure consistent, high-quality business operations

Qualifications

Strong Workday Reporting including Advanced Reports, Matrix, and composite reports.
Work experience at a company that has implemented Workday HCM
Understand Workday security, compliance, and controls to effectively manage and maintain security and roles.
Familiarity with Workday integrations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Experience working with confidential information and critical business operations and processes
High attention to detail and sense of urgency
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements or objectives
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with aggressive timelines and delivery dates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to set clear expectations with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
