Key Accountabilities:
Providing technical discipline engineering management and support across the full lifecycle of developments and assets; predevelopments, development and operational assets, in doing so acting at the Facilities Engineering Authority for the company.
Providing technical discipline engineering management and support across all technical disciplines, i.e. well sand-face through to point of sale.
Management of the delivery of technical engineering packages of work in a structured and efficient project definition and execution manner.
Ensure the key process safety information is maintained current and accurate across the infrastructure, in support of our obligations as license holder.
Fit for purpose and standardised technical design basis/company specifications incorporating key lessons learned following execution/operation of the development projects.
Technical management of change process is effective, with specific focus on the impact to major accident hazards and SECEs (topsides & subsea).
Oversight of proposed changes (MOCs) within the outsourced duty holder(s).
Technical oversight & assurance of brownfield modifications arising from approved technical changes.
Establish and maintain key technical records/models for the offshore infrastructure, e.g. company standardised basis of design & associated specifications, engineering cost estimation, network capacity model and decommissioning cost estimates.
Identification, development, evaluation and priorities of technical improvement opportunities & any technology evaluation and adoption.
Act as an educated/informed customer for value adding, efficient and cost effective use of external technical support services. Including contract management/performance management of contractor organisations.
Provide technical assurance/verification & proactive input to the Dutyholder and Terminal Operator in support of operational issues including trouble-shooting, debottlenecking, incident investigation, root cause analysis etc.

Works with company teams to peer review and mature developments to and through the select gate.
Budget: Contract holder for range of technical/engineering support contracts

Experience of technical engineering discipline management across both projects and operations. Has a broad understanding of all technical disciplines required to safely and efficiently manage on and offshore projects & assets.
A strong appreciation on major accident safety and the support/decisions to manage technical risk at all asset lifecycle stages.

Qualifications and Experience:
Broad experience of civil and structural engineering covering all aspects from foundations to steel structures, site preparation and earthworks, roads, drainage and buildings. Should also have a good understanding of geotechnical matters and an appreciation of architectural design.
Conversant with British, European and American design codes.
Self-starting, motivated individual who can be flexible in a challenging environment and working on a new technology area.
Able to take undertake civils design work on projects with minimal supervision.
Would be advantageous to have worked on projects from Feasibility phase through Basic Design and FEED to Detailed Design and Construction.
Demonstrable experience using STAAD.Pro or SAP2000 is essential for this position. Experience using Foundation 3D or Mat3D would be advantageous but is not essential.

African or international experience would be advantageous.The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For * Source and execute Rigs, Wells and Exploration (RWE) contracts and the daily execution of RWE Procurement objectives and strategy. * Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for sourcing and contracting for RWE contracts.Demand Planning/ Concept/Strategy Development * Review annual business plan to understand forward demand and document key findings, priorities and assumptions from spend and contracts. * Analyse the RWE business landscape, spend by sub-category and supplier to feed into category strategy and identify value optimisation opportunities. * Develop contract strategies and tender go-to-market plans for complex RWE contractsContracting/Sourcing/ Tendering * Develop and execute complex (high value and or high risk) RWE tenders, this includes tender requests, tender evaluation, negotiations and supplier due diligence. * Incorporate Local Content during sourcing events and ensure that the contracts meet the Local Content requirements. * Secure complex RWE contracts (drafting and development) and ensure proper storage of contracts and associated documentation in-line with company requirements.Stakeholder Relationship Management * Drive complex RWE contracts management with end users to ensure that suppliers deliver their performance obligations and comply with the terms and conditions of the contract. * Provide oversight and conduct RWE contracts renewal and closure and communicate the updates with relevant stakeholders. * Collaborate with and develop suppliers to create sustainable long-term relationships where applicable. * Identify opportunities to create synergies across the business to obtain increased value from the overall Procurement contract portfolio. * Support internal and external audits where required. * Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for RWE sourcing and contracting.Leadership/ People Management * Assist in the development and implementation of capability development initiatives to improve Procurement outcomesSkills * Formulating, evaluating and negotiating complex contracts. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with diverse business drivers and variables. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form and articulate and present solutions.Education and experience * Proven experience in upstream oil and gas industry, predominantly contracts formulation and negotiation, and contract management. * Very good understanding of significant legal and commercial issues within supply chain. * International exposure within an Oil and Gas contracts and procurement environment. * Drilling and operations contracting experience, coupled with contracts management activities. * Proven experience of negotiating complex contracts.Academic qualifications * Degree level qualification. * Preference for additional SCM related qualification, eg. CIPS, MBA.

Responsibilities As a Senior Supply Chain Engineer for Offshore floating wind market, you will be globally responsible and accountable for the Power Cable Category by providing final delivery as per the requirements of the Project or Tender: with competitive solution (price, schedule), assessing quality, contractual and HSE risks, securing access to plant with achievable solution for the project. The main responsibilities include:
Develop and become as an expert on Power Cable Category for Floating winds project
Source activities of complex "engineered" materials and services
Set up Contract for Procurement
Create an internal Network with region to capitalize the experience
Coordinate with other internal disciplines (technical, quality, contract, HSE)
Foster relationship with key suppliers
Contribute to clear and high-quality presentations and reports
Your profile
Degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering or Business), minimum 5 to 7 years of experience
Technical awareness of Electrical Power & Distribution system or in contract management would be a plus
Strong team player with effective communication and relationship skills
Understanding of the technical consequences of a business decision as well as the business consequences of a technical decision.
"Cost saving" oriented, and capable of challenging requests.
Ability to understand complex subject
Demonstrate good communication skills / verbal & written communication skills in English
