Provide expertise for the Project in the domain of Instrument discipline. * Ensuring that the general instrumentation design of the AGUP phase 2 facilities comply with maintenance and inspection requirements, specifically during the engineering and construction phases. * Review of Packages specifications with regards to area of expertise in FEED phase and follow-up in EPSCC, expediting visits to vendors premises, kick-off meetings. * The Service holder shall liaise actively with operations team regarding all matters related to the operability, availability and maintainability of Field Instruments and equipment packages, raising consequently necessary comments on general layout and 3D review in order to ensure its whole consistency. The Service holder shall bring assistance on t subject as and when required. * Assist the project management in Vendor selection. * Review and comment vendor documents that have been assigned to them and assist package engineers in technical problem solving at all stage of work. Attend to vendors meeting as required. * Review and propose response to TQs and deviation requests for project management approval. * Perform regular visit at the WORKSHOP and WORKSITE. Inform package engineer of any concerns that might jeopardize the quality, the cost or the project schedule. * Support preparation and participate in Project technical reviews, provide answers and ensure timely implementation of the findings in discipline. * Manage punch-list (from reviews or meetings) clearance that they has been assigned. * Ensure work is performed is consistent with other disciplines.
* Provide support to the commissioning team in development and resolution of technical findings. * The Service holder participates also in the review, preparation and implementation of all the maintenance and inspection means (procedures, contracts, resources...), for the start-up and the operational phases. * The Service holder is also accountable for demonstrating individually an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules & requirements, and for ensuring their application within scope of responsibility. * To adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE requirements. * To provide a strong HSSE leadership and to define and ensure the effective implementation of the Project HSSE policy and commitment, by providing all necessary resources. * To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy and to promote and enforce the Corporate Anti-Corruption Program within the project team.Organization: To co-ordinate all the activities of the Instrument team by informing, supporting and directing personnel in their roles, responsibilities and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* A minimum of 10 years of related oil & gas facilities experience preferable on onshore activities.
* English mandatory.
* Specialist with extensive experience of field instrumentation as well as control and safety systems.

Incorporate Local Content during sourcing processes and ensure that the categories meet the Local Content requirements
Secure complex Strategic Procurement contracts (drafting, negotiating and signing) and ensure proper storage of contracts
Conduct large Strategic Procurement contracts price revisions according to 'rise and fall formulas'
3. Stakeholder Relationship Management
Drive complex contracts obligations and comply with the terms and conditions of the contract

The Senior Energy Market Modeller will support the UK Development Director and team in managing the development of renewables projects across the UK (initial focus is on stand-alone utility scale battery storage and large scale co-located solar and battery with onshore wind projects within the next 24 months) and will be directly responsible for all the energy market analysis and support our internal Financial Modeller in modelling revenues of the projects, creating sophisticated models based on hard data about energy trading, modelling scenarios for changes to specific assumptions, deriving the financial viability of projects from initial project appraisal all the way through to operations.

Able to develop new model for specific purpose by introducing new markets into the trading models by writing unit tests for the models and collaborating with DevOps and data engineering to deploy them.
Able to transform scripts to coherent pieces of software including providing advices and making sure coding practices are up to highest standards.
Understanding of the commercial implications of the various project elements and contribute to project investment decisions as well as being able to appraise project financial risk, would be a plus.

The ideal candidate will need to assist with the management of the design aspects of the projects, instructions surveys, grid connection application and planning. The design provided will have to meet the feasibility and profitability, and comply with the current regulations and standards in the UK.
Responsibilities:
* Designing PV systems, particularly industrial and agricultural.* Preparing single-line diagrams, equipment layouts, and shading analyses.* Keeping up to date with the latest design software, PV technologies and UK regulations.* Providing technical support and training to other team members.* Being the go-to technical and design expertise person for any support required in the development of projects.* Technically reviewing new equipment and, where warranted, using the latest equipment to roll out design improvements.* Undertake initial yield assessment of potential solar sites
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, or related discipline.* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in utility-scale solar farm* Proficiency in using CAD, PVSol, PVsyste software* Proficient with MS Office and comfortable at creating models on Excel to assist with your designs/assessment.* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.* Knowledge and experience in working with distribution network operators (DNO)* Team player with great communication skills and a structured way of working.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in designing control systems for Offshore platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas: * Responsible for SAS system design and integration * Participate in fire and gas safety reviews. * System design of process, utility, and electrical systems (interface, FS, SCD and HMI input) * Follow-up system design for equipment packages and electrical automation system * Designing solutions according to our client's requirements * Follow up vendors and vendor technical documentation; participate in test activities/FAT. * Ensure that vendor and engineering information required for progress of the work is identified and communicated to the project. * Interface to other disciplines, suppliers, and client * Perform and complete engineering documents and data registers.
Supporting risk assessments such as SIL, LOPA, and HAZOP. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to Norsok standards/work processes.

Support the customer with the module fabrication yard tender process.
Update as required the contract Invitation to Tender documentation

Updating the project modularisation strategy
Conduct module fabrication yard site visits as and when required
Develop the project path of construction
Development of site plans for execution phases of the project
Prepare and conduct the project constructability workshop(s)
Participate in project risk reviews
Provide construction input to the various engineering disciplines
Previous FEED experience working on FPSO is essential. The position may also require frequent visits to site.

The Service holder shall bring assistance on t subject as and when required. * Assist the project management in Vendor selection. * Review and comment vendor documents that have been assigned to them and assist package engineers in technical problem solving at all stage of work. Attend to vendors meeting as required. * Review and propose response to TQs and deviation requests for project management approval. * Perform regular visit at the WORKSHOP and WORKSITE. Inform package engineer of any concerns that might jeopardize the quality, the cost or the project schedule. * Support preparation and participate in Project technical reviews, provide answers and ensure timely implementation of the findings in discipline. * Manage punch-list (from reviews or meetings) clearance that they has been assigned. * Ensure work is performed is consistent with other disciplines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* A minimum of 10 years of related oil & gas facilities experience preferable on onshore activities.
* English mandatory.
* Specialist with extensive experience of field instrumentation as well as control and safety systems.

Job Purpose:
Responsible to source and execute Operations strategic contracts and the daily execution of the Operations Procurement objectives and strategy

Responsibilities / Key Objectives: 1. Demand Planning/Concept/Strategy Development
Review annual business plan to understand forward demand and document key findings, priorities and assumptions from spend and contracts and build the contract strategy
Analyse the Strategic Procurement category business landscape, spend by sub-category and by supplier
Develop and execute complex strategic categories' go-to-market tender strategy
2. Contracting and Souring/Tendering
Develop and execute complex (high value and or high risk) tenders, this includes tender requests, tender evaluation, negotiations and supplier due diligence
Incorporate Local Content during sourcing processes and ensure that the categories meet the Local Content requirements
Secure complex Strategic Procurement contracts (drafting, negotiating and signing) and ensure proper storage of contracts
Conduct large Strategic Procurement contracts price revisions according to 'rise and fall formulas'
3. Stakeholder Relationship Management
Drive complex contracts obligations and comply with the terms and conditions of the contract
Provide oversight and conduct complex Strategic Procurement contracts renewal and closure, and communicate the updates with relevant stakeholders

The Senior Energy Market Modeller will support the UK Development Director and team in managing the development of renewables projects across the UK (initial focus is on stand-alone utility scale battery storage and large scale co-located solar and battery with onshore wind projects within the next 24 months) and will be directly responsible for all the energy market analysis and support our internal Financial Modeller in modelling revenues of the projects, creating sophisticated models based on hard data about energy trading, modelling scenarios for changes to specific assumptions, deriving the financial viability of projects from initial project appraisal all the way through to operations.
Apart providing top quality modelling insights to extract maximum value of the client's assets with energy trading experiences and background, the ideal candidate will be instrumental to the set-up of the internal energy trading platform.
The goal of this role is to exploit the use of mathematical programming techniques and machine learning to optimise different aspects of the business.
You will be exposed to the different parts of the business and contribute to the financial model of each project including updating the Board on changes in the UK energy market and advising on the likely energy market future outlook as a result of in depth market analysis, including identification of future market opportunities.
We expect the successful candidate to be:
A commercially savvy and technically strong energy trader and analyst modeller with experience in energy trading in renewables projects, ideally in the UK, preferably with experience in energy trading desks of large traders, and from the energy trade SaaS providers.
A team player with a hands-on approach to develop an energy trading modelling tool and platform.
Able to develop new model for specific purpose by introducing new markets into the trading models by writing unit tests for the models and collaborating with DevOps and data engineering to deploy them.
Able to transform scripts to coherent pieces of software including providing advices and making sure coding practices are up to highest standards.
Understanding of the commercial implications of the various project elements and contribute to project investment decisions as well as being able to appraise project financial risk, would be a plus.

Petroplan are recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst to join partnered with an established Solar Project Developer to identify a Senior Financial Analyst to support their activities right the way across Europe.
Our client have a long history of successfully developing Utility Scale Solar and Battery Storage Projects, and are active in over 10 countries globally with the majority of their attention focussed within Europe.
They have recently secured new funding to grow their brand and pipeline in a number of new regions across both Western and Eastern Europe - meaning they can hire this position in any of their offices throughout the UK, Spain, France, Austria, Hungary or Poland.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze prospective investments and prepare the Investment Committee Memo, including analysis of commercial, financial, and operational characteristics, and contributing to the structuring, due diligence, and documentation of selected investment projects
Adapt financial models to each project (VBA is a plus)
Support Project Financing all over the financing process, from origination to closing
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
Work directly with the business to create actionable insights for M&A deals
Support Senior Management Team with in-depth financial and business analysis
Ideal qualifications/experience:
MSc/Master finance or accounting
Strong financial modelling skills
3 years of experience in energy industry (or project financing related)
Strong accounting background
The Ability to work under pressure
The Ability to work with multiple teams across countries

Associate Development Engineer (Renewables)Petroplan are delighted to be recruiting for an Associate Development Engineer on behalf of a leading Independent Power Producer based in London.The Associate Development Engineer works within the Engineering and Construction (E&C) team to assist with the management, development and construction of renewable energy (wind and solar), energy storage systems, and hybrid power generation projects. The projects may be at greenfield, part-developed or operations phase. The Associate Development Engineering will support the E&C team members in all project development activities including resource data management, conceptual design, yield assessments, due diligence, technical development, cost assessments, tendering, contract preparation and construction monitoring.The role will also be required to manage third-party contractors and contracts.Main responsibilities
Modelling renewable resources using third-party software (e.g. WindPro, WAsP, Homer, and PVSyst) to estimate and optimise production through plant design
Identify and mitigate spatial risks using GIS software.
Management of meteorological stations and databases.
Review and perform indicative plant design using computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD/Sketchup.
Developing performance models (in house or using 3rd Parties) to be used in the project proforma for the proposed facility.
Developing estimates of probable project EPC costs and Owner's Project Management costs for project modelling purposes.
Identification and recommendation for mitigation & management of all technical risks,
Participating in due diligence site visits to assess the suitability, feasibility and risks associated with potential plant sites.
Investigate environmentally, permitting, and social issues and ensure that they are considered and mitigated during project development.
Providing and validating technical inputs into the project model.
Manage tendering processes for contractors and advisors.
Assist with the preparation of contract documents.
Managing outside technical consultants and engineers contracted to provide services as resources to the project team.
Assisting the E & C team in all development and construction activities.

The candidate will have the primary responsibility for the technical delivery of one or more projects across pre-FEED, FEED and detailed design. The successful candidate will have prior experience in management of engineering teams in the delivery of brownfield electrical infrastructure projects (132kV and below) to international (IEC) standards, preferably in an oil & gas environment.
Key responsibilities to include:
Design management
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures,
Prepare, maintain and communicate an engineering resource plan, identifying required type and timing of resources.
Prepare and maintain an engineering execution plan, describing how the engineering will be executed.
Oversee the accurately measurement, monitoring and reporting of engineering progress.
Recognize and report changes to the scope of work, forecast cost, or forecast schedule.
Design basis
Prepare, issue, and maintain a project design basis document. Changes to the document after issue should be considered changes to the scope of work.
Establish and communicate applicable regulatory requirements to engineering personnel and ensure compliance with those regulations.
Design Method
Monitor the quality of engineering specifications which define the work to be completed by others.
Monitor the quality of engineering product.
Initiate and own the preparation, issuance and update of a major equipment list throughout the engineering phase of the project.

Plan and implement reviews of the engineering method and products

Design Interfaces

Develop and implement methods to effectively interface with (non-engineering) third parties on the project, including Project Management, HSE Management, Quality Management, Procurement & Materials Management, Information Management, Project Controls Management, Construction Management, Licensors, Suppliers and Subcontractors.
Assist in the preparation of bid packages, purchase orders and subcontracts for equipment and bulk items by preparing technical requisition packages and technical evaluations.
