Drilling & Completions Wellsite Leader (WSL) The Wellsite Leader (WSL) is accountable for leading all activities, HSSE, operations, and logistics at the well site for all related well construction activities (drilling and completion), with the goal of meeting or exceeding performance metrics. The WSL is the site representative for Wells organisation and will lead Wells and Contractor Personnel to assure that well operations, which are under their control are carried out in a manner that adheres to Values and Behaviours, is conformant with the requirements of OMS, practices and procedures and is compliant with local government regulations. The WSL is a safety critical role due to the impact of the decisions they make on operations. While working at the rigsite, the WSL is embedded in the operations team and accountable for supporting planning and execution activities for well construction activities (drilling and completion), workover and intervention activities. Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Desirable Education: Degree in a qualified in engineering, science, or technical discipline; Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels to be able to effectively project manage multi-disciplinary scopes of work. Valid Supervisory Well Control Certificates for both drilling (subsea and surface) and well servicing. (WellSharp or IWCF L4) BOSIET or HUET training. Responsibilities;
Responsible for the identification and the tracking of all CPI, permanent items, equipment, material, installation aids & consumables used for and during the Project, throughout its movement from mobilisation to demobilisation locations.
Liaise with all parties within the project to consolidate, update and follow the Master Material List which is the exhaustive list of items mentions above.
Ensure all parties are informed in due time of the flow of material in and out, especially the local logistic entities, to allow smooth and efficient flows.
Provide on a regular basis, at least once a week, the Master Material List and report any delays or particulars which could affect the project or part of it.
Identify issues at an early stage and highlight them to the relevant stakeholders in order to develop mitigations and reduce impacts to schedule and operations.
Liaise with countries and ships/ barges organisations (in-countries logistic teams, ships/barges/yards storekeepers) to track all movements and storages.
Ensure that all paperwork necessary for identification, clearance and transportation such as cargo manifest, packing list, airway bill, material certificate, dangerous goods declaration, are available to local countries organisations and to Project's entities.
Support the issue of a comprehensive & exhaustive demobilisation plan in close co-ordination with OPS Logistics and PMT.
Ensure, jointly with Field Engineers and/or Project Engineers, that equipment material & remaining consumables are demobilised as planned returned to their origins in a timely fashion to avoid extra costs to the project.
Be aware of other projects requirements (in the same region or other regions) to find synergies for equipment demob/mob.
Qualifications and Experience:
First level technical or logistic or similar university degree
Preferably experience in a similar position (logistic, store keeping, inventory control and material control task).
Preferably, experience in Oil and Gas business.
Excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities;
Responsible for the identification and the tracking of all CPI, permanent items, equipment, material, installation aids & consumables used for and during the Project, throughout its movement from mobilisation to demobilisation locations.
Liaise with all parties within the project to consolidate, update and follow the Master Material List which is the exhaustive list of items mentions above.
Ensure all parties are informed in due time of the flow of material in and out, especially the local logistic entities, to allow smooth and efficient flows.
Provide on a regular basis, at least once a week, the Master Material List and report any delays or particulars which could affect the project or part of it.
Identify issues at an early stage and highlight them to the relevant stakeholders in order to develop mitigations and reduce impacts to schedule and operations.
Liaise with countries and ships/ barges organisations (in-countries logistic teams, ships/barges/yards storekeepers) to track all movements and storages.
Ensure that all paperwork necessary for identification, clearance and transportation such as cargo manifest, packing list, airway bill, material certificate, dangerous goods declaration, are available to local countries organisations and to Project's entities.
Support the issue of a comprehensive & exhaustive demobilisation plan in close co-ordination with OPS Logistics and PMT.
Ensure, jointly with Field Engineers and/or Project Engineers, that equipment material & remaining consumables are demobilised as planned returned to their origins in a timely fashion to avoid extra costs to the project.
Be aware of other projects requirements (in the same region or other regions) to find synergies for equipment demob/mob.
Qualifications and Experience:
First level technical or logistic or similar university degree
Preferably experience in a similar position (logistic, store keeping, inventory control and material control task).
Preferably, experience in Oil and Gas business.
Excellent communications skills.

Role Overview/Purpose To coordinate all General Services management activities in a landmark office building located on the Basing View business park development in central Basingstoke, Hampshire, UK. The building was constructed and completed in 1983 and is under a long-term lease from Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council to our client. The premises comprise of seven main floors Basement through to Sixth floor of occupied and fully furnished office space with a basement cafeteria, extensive parking and external landscaping with two further floors above the Sixth floor, which houses major plant and equipment as well as the lift motor and equipment room. A total working space of c 10,000 sqm. There is room for approx. 650 personnel, a mix of owner occupier, project client personnel and other tenants. Duties include, but are not limited to

Raising purchase orders and other procurement documentation

Directing small building works projects

Key Responsibilities:
Either a Lead Engineer on a project or reporting to the Lead Engineer typically on larger projects, execute process engineering design for feasibility, concept, FEED, detailed design or EPC projects.

Identifies and resolves discrepancies and divergences from original proposal by raising technical queries with projects / client.
Capable of participating in Factory Acceptance Test's.
Participates in multi-discipline Engineering Design Reviews and provides all necessary process engineering input and support to close out of actions.
Requirements:
Master's degree in chemical engineering

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide planning support as required by the Project Services Manager and Operations Manager.
Input planning data: activities, tasks, logic, resources, key dates, progress etc.
Analyse planning data and modifications as required to achieve imposed targets through time-based analysis and/or resource limited based scheduling.
Manage computer output of programmes in graphic/printed form for barcharts, histograms, networks and 'S' curves at all levels from detail to management /presentation.
Maintain progress data on live programs and produce progress reports.
Set up of progress monitoring and forecasting systems to suit Client requirements.
Maintain Primavera and Microsoft Project computer planning systems.
Ensure planning & progress measurement requirements, as stipulated by Contract (and/or by Project Management) are met.
Comply with company planning procedures or develop project-specific procedures if required by project.
In consultation with relevant parties, support development of overall Project Schedule as an accurate model of all required project timescales, taking account of resource requirements.
As frequently as required, provide accurate progress measurement updates and compare with the plan. Highlight deviations from Baseline Schedule and investigate alternatives for minimum impact on project targets.
Ensure all changes, and their impact, are reflected in the Baseline Schedule progress updates. Re-baseline the schedule if circumstances dictate that the original no longer reflects the outstanding scope of work. Subject to contractual conditions.
Qualifications:
Education equal to a bachelor's or master's degree in planning engineering or administrative/financial discipline. Long and relevant work experience may be considered.
Relevant planning experience.
Ability to lead and function within a planning team and across multiple projects.
Ability to prioritise own workload, manage time accordingly.
Manage changes within own remit on a project. Inform team members where constraints will affect a project in terms of programme or budget.
Demonstrable ability to work within time/budget constraints.
Knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.

As Senior Planning Engineer you'll be accountable for managing the overall Master Control Schedule, collation and reporting of progress against this Control Schedule. You'll develop the project Master Control Schedule and facilitate the operation of the project planning and progress measurement systems.

The purpose of the function is to ensure the organization, coordination and reporting of the Quality Control within the Project Delivery Team's scope.
Implement the multi-disciplinary the project Quality Control strategy within the Project Delivery Team.
The project is using modular construction so the PIC will also be responsible for co-ordinating owner inspections at the module yards (which will probably be in Asia) and also at the construction site in Antwerp. The PIC will organise a team of the company engineers supplemented with employees of a Program Inspection Agency (PIA) for global QC inspection activities.
Coordinate within PDT that Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP) of (Sub-)Contractor are reviewed and approved by qualified persons and organize attendance at Pre-inspection meetings (PIM) and during inspection Hold, Witness, Surveillance and Review points.
Coordinate with the company QC manager that changes in legislation or regulations are implemented by the EXECUTE Contractor and organises the company RTPO (Recognised Third Party Inspector) visits to evaluate Contractor's regulatory compliancy.
Follow-up of the company' QC department NCRs (Non Conformity Reports) to the Execute Contractor's, corrective actions and closure of NCRs during weekly meetings.
Performs periodic reporting on the progress and findings of the QC activities, evaluates with the Project Manager and the company QC manager the effectiveness of the program and adapt where required.
The Project Inspection Coordinator reports to the Project Manager and is supported for the development of the program by the IPMT QC Manager. Regular (weekly) travel will be required to contractor's offices in Europe and less often to vendor premises and module yards globally.
The project will be overseen by a Program approach, with each individual project having its own schedule. the company has created an Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) with a Project Management Contractor (PMC) to manage the coordinated delivery of the individual projects.
In addition, each of the individual projects will have its own Project Delivery Team that will oversee the project work during the various phases from DEFINE to Project Close out. The IPMT will coordinate the individual projects, working together with the PDT's, to capture Program synergies and other opportunities while ensuring an integrated execution.
The Program team (IPMT) will be led by the the project Project Director and includes the senior Project Manager (PM) of each project delivery teams, together with Engineering Manager and other leading roles. IPMT will include both the company and Project Management Contractor personnel. Project Delivery teams will include the company, PMC and a large number of Feed Contractor/EPC companies personnel. The project teams will be spread in different locations (e.g. Belgium, UK, France, Germany, France, Netherlands, China ) depending on the selection of the different EPCs.
This role's team will be concentrated in the PDT's Contractor's location and temporary site offices during EXECUTE. This project will be the first mega project for the company and therefore as well as development of the project, this role must also evaluate the new company processes, procedures and modern engineering specifications to deliver a new business function.
C. Accountabilities of the job:
* Establish and manage a team of the company and external (PIA) inspectors to support the Quality Control (QC) during the execute phase of the project.
* Manage the relevant interface(s) with the company stakeholders, for instance: Ensuring the reporting to the PM of the overall QC performance of the contractors, NCR follow-up and the progress of the QC program.
o Evaluate the performance with the Construction management team and adapt the QC program where required.
o Organizing the planning of required QC activities in close collaboration with the Contractor's QC single point of contact.
o Coordinate with the IPMT QC Manager the internal (between PDT's) and external (with third party supplier e.g. Elia, Waterlink) interfaces.
* The PIC shall ensure that all ITP's are reviewed by the necessary discipline engineers and approved before starting of any manufacturing or fabrication activity.
* It's the PIC's responsibility to schedule all activities in an optimized way, clustering the global manufacturing and fabrication activities in respect to available the company resources and additional required PIA resources. As a result the planned inspections will be timely executed and within the approved budget.
* The PIC shall focus on the Contractor's deliverables for the regulatory requirements and coordinate this activity in close contact with the the company RTPO and the company HSE and Integrity Department.
* Major project experience with engineering/procurement background and a broad understanding of multiple disciplines and their interfaces
* Proven track record of delivering leading SHE performance at company level.
* Experience of supervising work in a Contractor's Design Office
* Experience of supervising work in a Module Fabrication yards
* Experience of supervising work in a Vendor Fabrication shops
* Experience of field engineering and/or construction on a major Construction Site
* Experience in Operation and maintenance activity Specific Role Requirements:
* Degree qualified and chartered or equivalent in Engineering Discipline, preferably mechanical.
* Team player with more than 10 years' experience in Inspection coordination activities (planning and scheduling ) in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical setting.
* Experience with application of regulatory requirements and compliancy check by Authorized inspectors

Job Overview
You will be responsible for assisting with the accurate & timely preparation of monthly financial accounts and associated reporting for a number of Group companies involved in the Upstream business.
Responsibilities;
Month-end duties including
Preparing bank reconciliations and intercompany confirmations
Booking and reconciling Joint Interest Billing Statements (JIB) & preparing Cash Calls
Booking Depreciation and Decommissioning entries
Recording memo journals in relation to gross and net entitlement produced and lifted volumes
Calculation, preparation & input of journal entries for E&P companies
Revenue bookings
Update financial models on a monthly basis
Running of the financial reports and exception reports to ensure system controls are being adhered to
Co-ordination, collation and delivery of various management reporting packs
Review and document internal controls to ensure compliance with policies and standards
Book E&P Overheads, Travel & Entertainment entries and corresponding monthly reports for review.
Manage accounts payable function for the Oil Asset department, including obtaining approvals from relevant department heads, communicating payment details to Treasury and ensuring vendors are kept updated.
Submit monthly accounts to the Group via Hyperion.
Work with engineering department on cost review and tracking
Support annual group year-end audit and ad hoc Joint Venture, cost recovery and tax audits

Maintain accurate and complete supporting documentation for all of the above
Qualifications and Experience:
Economics/accounting/ business degree desirable (min 2:1) and strong A-levels (incl. maths)
Familiarity with oil production sharing contracts - highly desirable
Previous experience as a Finance Analyst (E&P company or similar business environment preferred)
An interest in or already studying either CIMA or ACCA
Strong numerical skills which will be tested at interview stage
Good Interpersonal / communication skills
Advanced IT skills with a demonstrable aptitude for accounting systems, Excel and PowerPoint and a keen interest in developing financial analysis skills as it relates to the budgeting and forecasting process
Familiarity of basic valuation / return terminology

Key Responsibilities:
