Job Summary
This position is primarily office based and involves administrative support for the Operations Superintendent, Operations Supervisors, Team Leaders, Staff and Operators including general clerical duties, filing/scanning documents, ordering supplies, maintaining computer processes and files, and recordkeeping/documentation to ensure the Operations Department runs in an efficient manner.
Location/Travel Information:
This position is based at the Quintana LQF Terminal with frequent travel to off-site locations as required. This position requires the incumbent to hold a valid, unexpired driver license at all times in order to perform the essential functions of the job.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Secretarial and office duties for the Operations Department and Lab employees including e-mail, calendars, Content Server, supplies, filing/documentation, travel and training
- Assist in compiling a list of daily activity for monthly reporting and work with Ops Day Staff to create and send out F&O report
- Assist Ops to prepare for Terminal Audits by ensuring all pre-work and lists are complete before the audit and helping close out any action items after the audit
- Collect and process all Operations? service/maintenance receipts (7 trucks) and Operations Superintendent Shift Supervisor P-Card statements
- Collect and verify all expense reports for Operations Superintendent?s signature and ensure receipt of expense checks.
- Maintain a spreadsheet for spending and assist Operations Superintendent in budget planning
- Maintain all paperwork for each Export and Import Ship ? Work with Ops Planner and Gas Controller to understand shipping schedule, gather relevant data for each ship and prepare a binder
- Work with the Ops Shift Supervisors to ensure that all documents are accurate and in order, stay organized
- Complete/close out paperwork after the ship has left; scan documents in the binder and put in the ship folder in Content Server. Maintain hardcopy and electronic folders
- Populate and maintain electronic copy of the Operations Department Roster, Weekly Shift Schedule and Master Schedule
- Assist Operations Planner in maintaining Inspection Reports ensuring all reports are received, properly filled out, scanned and put in Content Server
- Process Engineer Support - Assist with MOC?s and project documentation
- Ensure all MOC?s have been electronically signed off by all Terminal employees and communicate with the Process Engineer when they are ready to close out
- Maintain files for checklists, DCS Board Readings and Outside Readings
- Ensure that all the previous year?s data has been scanned, put in Content Server and archived in the Off-Site Warehouse through Document Control
- Assist in updating P&ID?s for the Facilities by working with Document Control
- Assist Ops Shift Supervisors with Task Manager by updating tasks in Content Server as Supervisors dictate and maintaining a hardcopy file of all tasks in the MCR
- Audit and organize recent Safe Work Permits in the folders in the MCR and manage older daily/monthly permits for UGS/Terminal and Stratton Ridge
- Help with Safety incident reporting/scripting and filing
- Help prepare for Friday safety meetings
- Maintain Ops Portal Page in Content Server
- Update and maintain all Department documents and procedures in CEP/Cat 10 to ensure that all procedures are correct and are reviewed on an annual basis
- Assist in entering Work Orders and I/T tickets as needed
- Update Operations page, assist in update and change all information
- Create SES for all invoice for Operations and Lab.
- Assist with company functions (Company Picnic, Thanksgiving Luncheon, etc)

This role will serve as the Data Engineer for the initial development of the Data Driven Operations Program (DDO). The Data Engineer for the Data-Driven Operations Program will be responsible for the technical realization of our clients Midstream vision for using real-time data to drive better business decisions.
This includes:
· Develop and exploit knowledge of the various Midstream data sources, their governance, quality, availability and capability to be aggregated with other systems to realize Midstream operational excellence and growth goals.
· Ability to see patterns and highlight where cost savings and predictions can be made.
· Working with the Product Owner and key stakeholders to understand data-driven decision needs, use cases, key performance indicators and priorities.
· Lead the definition of supporting technical strategies, objectives and roadmaps for Big Data, dashboards, real-time, visual, and computational analytics and data management.
· Collaborate to define and execute the necessary initiatives and projects.
· Work with our internal solution architects and security teams to ensure security requirements are followed and are properly transitioned to the production environment and operational support.
· In being the primary expert in Big Data and analytics technologies and practices, the Data Architect must balance confidence and collaboration to gain buy-in for decisions and recommendations, and maintain strong relationships with key Business and IT stakeholders. In addition, this role will collaborate with other Midstream Technical Architects to facilitate best practices in data integration, management and modeling, and assure data-related architectural synergies and standardization across projects.
Responsibilities may include:
· Defines processes for developing and maintaining data governance.
· Organizes data at the macro level to facilitate good design and architecture for the DDO program.
· Provides logical data models as a standard for the source systems and for consuming applications to inherit
· Provides a logical data model with elements and business rules needed for the creation of DQ rules
· Understand key business requirements and makes architecture suggestions and other key IT options to address them appropriately.
* Develop and maintain the program data architectural roadmap, which will meet Midstream's goals and IT standards.
* Ensure quality and Change Management standards are met.
* Ensures all business and IT security standards are understood and followed by the teams.
* Ensure deliverables meet or exceed audit requirements.
* Identify key technical risks, identify mitigations and bring forward to Product Owner.
* Contribute, as part of the team, to completing projects on budget and schedule.
* Understand implementation of Agile Scrum and collaborate with the Product Owner and the development teams to maximize velocity while delivering high quality software.

* 5 years of experience in development organizations, with at least 3 years as a data architect.
