Detailed knowledge of the Responsible Care ethic and safe work standards & practices for plant and equipment operation. Assess emergency situations and evaluate appropriate response techniques as a member of emergency response team. Adopt approved, safe work practices and monitor actions of other team members and contractors to identify any potential safety issues, bringing these to the attention of responsible persons. Experience required minimum 10 years in relevant section of Refinery or petrochemicals with prior experience in engineering/mechanical/pressure equipment under boiler code fabrication (eg ASME VIII division 1 & 2, CODAP 2000, AD MERKBLATT etc) and engaged in actual field operation for minimum 5 years which includes not only on stream plant but also trouble-shooting, projects and preparation for daily and turnaround maintenance. Specialty/Qualification Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. They are looking for an experienced candidate with strong manufacturing experience to drive their Reliability programme. This will be a challenging senior position within the Site Managerial team to ensure the functionality of the site and to enhance manufacturing processes.
