-Lead the development, implementation and management of relevant metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the information security management systems, risk management and related compliance programs.

-Develop and implement appropriate operational metrics and KPIs and provide regular reporting on the risk posture and compliance.

-Experience with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources for the purposes of documenting results and analyzing finds to provide advanced threat intelligence.

-Intimate knowledge of the Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK Framework and other relevant network defense and intelligence frameworks.

-Establish relationships between Cybersecurity and other groups both internal (network security, email, Law) and external (law enforcement agencies, Threat Intel sharing organizations and government sponsored threat sharing organizations) to develop shared metric and performance assurance standards.

-Research best practices, conduct trend analysis, and identify gaps in developing future-state risk posture and specifications.

-Identify potential new sources of information and integrate numerous types of cyber security data sources into cyber threat analysis products.

-Communicate to team members and senior leadership both quantifiable and qualifiable cyber risk to the enterprise through briefings and reporting.

-Work with Business and IT Stakeholders to understand Cybersecurity requirements, data sets, key success criteria and issues which can be solved using analytics.

-Help to create intelligence reporting methods that communicate effectively to every level of the organization.

-Blend cyber threat and technical intelligence to create products that provide actionable intelligence and situational awareness.

-Respond to and ensure requests for information are answered in a thorough and expedient manner.

-Collaborate using information and knowledge sharing networks and professional relationships to achieve common goals.

Project Manager - EPC - Power & New Energy Projects - Muscat - Oman


Our client, a market leading EPC company, are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their Power Project Management team in Muscat, Oman.

Essential Skills / Experience:

  • Experience with power plants (Gas and Steam Turbines, Boilers, HRSG) and New Energy (Wind and Solar) Power Plants.
  • Experience in LSTK projects involving FEED verification, detailed design, procurement (issue of Material Requisitions, TBE's, and award recommendations) is essential.
  • Experience in construction and commissioning on both Greenfield and Brownfield sites for similar projects would be advantageous.
  • Minimum of fifteen years' experience in the project management field.
  • Proven and demonstrable HSE, risk management and cost control skills.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • PMP or other industry PM Certification is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent ability to work well without direct supervision and interact with others including clients, consultants, contractors, government agencies, co-workers, executive management, partners and vendors.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.

HSE Technician

Supports HSE Supervisor and HSE organization.
Conducts HLO duties, including leading new passenger orientations. Maintains HSE filing system. Participates in Incident Command System (ICS).
Responsible for HSE equipment inventory, calibration and conducts Permit to Work site inspections, maintaining a 10% audit. Utilizes STOP system process and perform positive interventions. Participates in JSA reviews. Facilitates HSE tracking log review with management. Responsible for HSE data gathering.
Plans emergency drills. Participates in MOC Process. (i.e. PSR PPSR). Conducts materials requisition. Owns incident investigations, audits and inspections.
Records and reports environmental discharges. Audits waste segregation onboard. Uses Impact for information pertaining to incidents and audits.
Typically 5 - 7 years of experience. Experienced level. Provides more technical/functional support than administrative support.
Demonstrates a thorough working knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures required of job function.
Performs varied and more complex tasks. Makes decisions within broad parameters.

Responsibilities
* Partner with Construction, Operations & Well Engineering team in implementing Health, Safety and Environmental Management System
* Ensuring that the HSE processes of hazard identification, incident investigation and auditing are executed at maximum efficiency
* Oversee BU HSE systems to ensure that adequate levels of high reliability are occurring and timely learning and sharing of information is taking place
* Ensure communication and consistency in HSE culture across all field operations teams
* Support senior field operations management in their HSE roles
* Interface with regulatory agencies to ensure a strong and cooperative relationship is maintained
* Liaise with contractors to ensure expectations are understood and that their HSE management systems are fully developed and implemented while working on sites
* Ability to positively influence others and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions
* Proven networking skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Demonstrated leadership qualities
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office & HSE Management System

Environmental Advisor
This is a part time position - 2-3 days a weeks for 6 months.
The position will report to the Team Lead, Environment and Regulatory and will provide environmental support to East Coast Operations. Programs in which the incumbent will be involved include environmental protection planning, compliance monitoring, environmental effects monitoring, chemical management, seabird monitoring and rehabilitation, fisheries liaison, environmental research and environmental stakeholder engagement, including applicable regulatory agencies. The incumbent will also be responsible for corporate and regulatory environmental reporting, stewardship reporting, environmental audits and support of emergency and oil spill response initiatives.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Manage environmental programs and support the regulatory approval process for offshore production, drilling and exploration activities.
? Coordinate regulatory and corporate reporting requirements.
? Evaluate and screen chemicals to be used on all offshore operated facilities.
? Participate in the review of proposed environmental regulations, determine implications for operations and develop company responses.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
? Completion of a Master's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering or equivalent.
? Experience working with an oil and gas company as an Environmental Advisor in Newfoundland and Labrador.
? Experience conducting consultations and regulatory engagement with the C-NLOPB, Natural Resources Canada, Environment and Climate Change Canada, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Transport Canada, Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency, etc.
? Experience in working in the marine environment and knowledge of offshore oil and gas environmental issues.
? Knowledge of corporate and regulatory environmental reporting requirements would be an asset, including GHGs and NPRI.
? Knowledge of the environmental assessment process. ? Knowledge and experience in emergency response.
? Experience coordinating environmental monitoring and research programs.

In this role you will be supporting the implementation, testing, remediation and reporting of all internal IT controls including Sarbanes Oxley.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supports the implementation of IT Internal Controls in support of the IT SOX Compliance program
  • Evaluate IT Internal Controls and develop detailed test plans.
  • Executes IT general controls testing.
  • Supporting implementation of segregation of duties.
  • Evaluate test results and control deficiencies and determine an action plan for remediation.
  • Identify and evaluate changes to processes and controls, coordinate with Process Owners for revised documentation and update test plans.
