Petroplan are currently recruiting for an IDM Specialist for a contract position based in Belgium;

Description:
* Looking for an Identity Management (IDM) specialist.
* Current Identity Management solution based on Sun IDM needs to be replaced.
* A study has been done in 2019 to select the new IDM tool. UserCube and Microsoft IDM were identified as potential candidates.
* The present request aims at refreshing the first study (UserCube and Microsoft IDM being still our preferred solutions) within that new context and needs an IDM specialist. The first study document will be made available.
* The IDM specialist should know and understand how the IDM product works currently at Client. As-is documentation and contact names of people knowing the client's IDM context will be provided.
* The IDM specialist is expected to perform the study within the following scope:
o Recommend a product to replace the current IDM functionalities and add identity governance and re-certifications (revalidation whether access rights and group memberships are still required for a valid business purpose) functionalities by:
? Interviewing Architects and Operational support people in order to collect requirements.
? Collecting future Client's needs
? Reviewing again the IDM Market, knowing that UserCube and Microsoft have improved their IDM tools
? Analysing the costs, tools, implementation, licensing…
? Defining the Pros and cons of the selected solutions
? Build a high-level implementation plan and a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).

* The IDM specialist is expected to provide the following Deliverables
o Deliverable 1: Technical report
o Delivrable 2: Build a presentation for the Architecture management board

  • Ensure the processes of receiving, issuing, returning, transferring MRO inventory in MAXIMO system are well managed
  • Perform MAXIMO MRO data analysis & propose solution to continues improvement of MRO inventory management
  • Work with all other section, division, department to ensure coordination works will be perform smoothly
  • Work with all internal & external auditors

Qualifications:

An experienced IM lead will be responsible for:

  • Manage and develop a team of IM resources to provide quality document control, as-built drawing processing and information (data) management services for our projects;
  • Work with our engineering contractors, their vendors and subcontractors to ensure documents and data will move in time and without quality issues;

Senior Contracts Manager

Role Details

The Senior Contract Manager SMA role is located within the operations and maintenance department and the main purpose of the Senior Contract Manager role is to provide support during the negotiation phase of the SMA with OEM (original Equipment manufacturers), with a focus on the contractual and commercial requirements.

Assist the Lead Project Manager SMA in the negotiation of the WTG SMA, focused on conditions of contract and commercial requirements.

Leading the updating and re-drafting of SMA conditions of contract, including the identification of issues with highest risk and/or items for escalation.

Assist the Lead Project Manager SMA in obtaining RFIs (Requests for Information) to develop the OPEX estimations for FID.

Develop the BoP contracting strategy, liaising with Purchasing and each project work package to ensure a robust handover process to O&M.

Supporting development of the overall project O&M strategy.

Experience

This is a 1 year contract.

Responsibilities/Job Description:

The Integrity Data Technician provides technical support to the Facility Integrity Management Program with day-to-day pressure equipment integrity data entry and maintenance in the pressure equipment integrity database (Visions).
The responsibilities of this position will include but not limited to:

  • Input pressure vessel, boiler, pressure safety valve (PSV), piping, and atmospheric storage tank integrity static data onto templates to be uploaded into Visions.
  • Upload relevant equipment drawings and manufacturer data report (MDR) from Electronic Document Management (EDM) system into Visions and link them to the respective equipment;
  • Digitize relevant historical paper copies of documents and records into electronic formats ready for data upload into Visions when required;
  • Upload reviewed inspection and NDE reports into Visions and link them to the respective equipment;
  • Input non-destruction examination (NDE) data, including condition monitoring location (CML) readings from reviewed NDE reports;
  • Perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) on pressure equipment integrity data from inspection reports and data validation reports to ensure accuracy and consistency before data entry;
  • Ensure consistencies of common data between the pressure equipment integrity database (Visions) and the work management platform (SAP);
  • Compile reports on compliance and key performance indicators (KPI) when required;
  • Maintain constant communications with Asset Data Management (ADM) to provide up-to-date technical guidance on Visions and SAP data management to the Facility Integrity Team;
  • Support integrity data management enhancement projects by ADM with user inputs and feedbacks.
  • This position will also require the individual to:
  • Review and process large amount of data day-to-day while maintaining attention to details;
  • A demonstrated ability to follow technical directions communicated both verbally or in writing; proactively seek information from appropriate subject matter experts when further information or clarifications when required
  • Ensure data being entered into the integrity database are accurate and complete with all due diligence; thoroughly understand the importance of data accuracy and completeness to the effective implementation of an integrity management program.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education diploma or University degree
  • 2 or more years of pressure equipment integrity data management experience
  • Proficient with Visions integrity database or other pressure equipment database
  • Proven track record of following a safety culture
  • Skilled with commonly used computer software such as MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint
  • General awareness of relevant industry standards and regulations such as CSA B51, API 510, API 570, API 653, Alberta Pressure Equipment Safety Regulation, and BC Power Engineers, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Safety Regulations
  • Good interpersonal skills

Senior Operations & Maintenance Engineer

Job Title: Senior O&M Engineer

Location: UK - Home based initially but will move to London when appropriate

The position will be working in the O&M package of a major Wind Farm project Offshore UK.

The O&M team are responsible for taking the project through the Pre-FID stages and readiness phases to ensure the project is fully prepared for operation.

The project OPEX business case and overall O&M strategy needs to be developed for the FID in 2021. The main purpose of the O&M Engineer role is to assist the Lead Project Manager Interfaces in the development and documentation of the OPEX model, logistic strategy, Operations facilities and Yield in the pre-FID phase. This role will also work closely with the O&M commercial department in developing the business case for the project. Tasks will include input into modelling of logistics scenarios, fuel estimations and transport mean capabilities analysis and documenting OPEX assumptions and cost information in preparation for the FID investment dossier.

The job holder will be required to:

  • Work with the Project Manager interfaces in developing the project factbook, including the identification of issues with highest risk or items for escalation
  • Work with the Commercial department on updating and re-drafting of the project Factbook
  • Help to develop operational strategy with regards to the Service contracts negotiated
  • Assist in the development and execution of the Operation and Maintenance Strategies for both the Windfarm and the transmission assets.
  • Maintenance strategy development throughout WTG Group
  • Development of Yield on the pre-FID phase.
  • Ensuring the O&M facilities and assets meet the operational requirements.
  • Must have sound knowledge of Offshore Wind Operations and Maintenance
  • Experience, knowledge and understanding negotiation of large commercial contracts.
  • Highly developed communication skills and interpersonal, particularly related to multicultural relationships, and ability to present effectively to management teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing working environment and demonstrate a positive approach to change.

Experience

  • Must have an engineering orientated Bachelors (BSc/BEng) degree level or demonstrate significant experience in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum five years offshore wind experience is preferred, alternatively significant experience in a relevant discipline
  • Offshore wind experience is preferred

DIVISION: Asset Integrity Division

Requirements:

  • Experience required minimum 15 years in relevant section of Refinery with prior experience in engineering/mechanical/chemical experience and engaged in actual field operation for 5 years which includes not only routine operation but also trouble-shooting, trial operation, preparation for daily and turnaround maintenance.
  • Specialty/Qualification Bachelor's degree in chemistry/ mechanical/metallurgy engineering or equivalent Skills

Skills:

  • Require specialized skills in inspection and practices including API, ASME, EEMUA, NORSOK, DNV, ASTM, NACE, AWS, AWWA, EURONORM, PED, ISO 9001 standards inspection and international inspection codes and standards.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Materials selection - Experience of Common (RT, MT, PT, HT, UT) & some advanced NDT
  • Excellent Knowledge of Welding and fabrication practices - Excellent Knowledge of Corrosion (including high temperature mechanisms)
  • Knowledge of Inspection in common crude oil refinery equipment
  • Experience of Cathodic protection strategies and monitoring
  • Experience of coatings application and monitoring
  • Experience of corrosion-inhibitors, their application and monitoring

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to provide support services to Deputy Inspection Manager and to advise the other engineers in the Inspection Group as well as staff throughout the refinery.
  • Advise inspection staff, especially particularly engaged in performing routine and specialized technical procedures, including planning inspection work, evaluating work perform and handling procedural and inspection problems.
  • Develop standards, workflows and procedures with cooperation with other section/division and other processes according to NSRP management manual, included how to respond to incidence/failure regarding inspection activities.
  • Design appropriate work schedules for inspection staff and plan daily work assignments in order to maintain an adequate personnel complement for inspection activity.
  • Monitor quality control, quality assurance, safety and inspection control practices to assure compliance with internal and external regulations.
