The Module Program Manager shall develop and manage the following external interfaces:
Engagement with the Naval Architect for Met Ocean Report, Module Design Report and any fatigue analysis requirements.
Module Transportation Scopes, including Shipping and Heavy Hual
Insurance and Marine Warranty Surveyors Interface and Scopes
Accountable to ensure the overall module schedule meets the engineering, material, and fabrication milestones to meet the overall construction schedule in the field.
Accountable for vendor engineering documents approval
Managing internal and external changes and correctly forecast budget
The Module Program Manager will expediate deliverables and hold regular meeting between all the above interfaces and the module management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Competent to undertake the design and analysis of equipment typical of the above.

Requirements, Experience & Qualifications
Degree level qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or related).
Chartered Engineer (CEng), European Engineer (EUR ING) or equivalent affiliation with a professional body.
Demonstrable experience in the specification, evaluation and engineering of a range of equipment types in an EPC project environment.
Strong working knowledge of International Codes and experience with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and CE/UKCA marking.
Experience in commissioning or operations within working facilities, able to demonstrate fault finding, issue resolution and decision-making skills is desirable.
Experience with equipment in cryogenic, ammonia or hydrogen service is desirable.
Engineering software skills, examples include: Compress, Aspen, HTRI, ANSYS.

Collaborating with the European Electrical Manager Production, the position encompasses all functional aspects of electrical work on operating plants. Project related

As the Electrical Engineer, you will have:
Electrical Engineering degree preferable with a chartered engineer qualification or equivalent and at least 15 years' experience in an industrial operation engineering position
Proven experience in electrical power engineering in a design function within the industrial gas, petrochemical or an allied industry
Experience in specification and procurement of low, medium and high voltage Switchgear, Power transformers and Power electronics (LCI's, VSD's and Thyristor Controllers)

Experience with construction plans and specifications, tracking RFIs and submittals, and developing project documentation

We are looking for Senior Principal Mechanical Engineers with significant industry experience to join the engineering team based in The Hague, NL, reporting to the Mechanical Engineering Manager EMEA.
There are currently three positions available, each requiring slightly different mechanical expertise;
Static Equipment (pressure vessels, columns, storage tanks, reactors, heat exchangers, flares, vaporisers etc.)

Key Responsibilities:
Requisitioning engineer for the planning, specification and subsequent purchase order management of a range of mechanical equipment which may include Pressure Vessels, Dehydration Packages, Cooling Towers, Water Treatment, Reformers, Adsorption Skids, Clarifiers, Pumps, Compressors and similar.
Competent to undertake the design and analysis of equipment typical of the above.
Reviewing customer technical requirements to prepare execution strategies, technical specification packages for enquiry/purchase and undertaking technical evaluations and risk assessment of supplier proposals, coordinating the necessary cross-functional input to support this.
Ability to act as a lead engineer where required, coordinating workload to meet schedule, quality and budget requirements together with timely reporting on status and progress for themselves and for members of their team who may in the UK or overseas.
Liaising with other engineering functions and coordinating cross-functional reviews of supplier designs and documentation to facilitate the integration of purchased equipment into the overall plant design.
Able to support the Mechanical discipline in the preparation of hours and resource estimates, P&ID reviews, HAZOP, model reviews.
Willing to undertake witness inspections and acceptance testing of purchased equipment.
Resolving customer or joint-venture partner comments on equipment selections.
Providing technical support throughout construction and commissioning phases of projects retaining overall technical responsibility for equipment during and after successful handover.
Willing to undertake international travel to equipment suppliers and site locations at appropriate times throughout the project delivery.
Requirements, Experience & Qualifications
Degree level qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or related).
Chartered Engineer (CEng), European Engineer (EUR ING) or equivalent affiliation with a professional body.
Demonstrable experience in the specification, evaluation and engineering of a range of equipment types in an EPC project environment.
Strong working knowledge of International Codes and experience with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and CE/UKCA marking.
Experience in commissioning or operations within working facilities, able to demonstrate fault finding, issue resolution and decision-making skills is desirable.
Experience with equipment in cryogenic, ammonia or hydrogen service is desirable.
Engineering software skills, examples include: Compress, Aspen, HTRI, ANSYS.
A demonstrable understanding of cross-functional interfaces and overcoming the associated challenges in an EPC environment for process facilities.
Experience leading or supervising engineers both in the home office and overseas would be desirable.
Highly competent written and spoken communication and able to use a range of standard software such as MS Word and MS Excel to prepare technical documents and to write technical reports.

An opportunity has arisen in the European Electrical Engineering Operations Department for a Principal Electrical Engineer. Collaborating with the European Electrical Manager Production, the position encompasses all functional aspects of electrical work on operating plants. You will provide technical guidance and support to electrical engineers, designers, technicians and contractors. Also, you will be required to provide support for breakdown, commissioning, maintenance and installation activities.
The main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Project related
Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager and leading the electrical scope of work on a range of proposals and projects executed in the EMEAI region.
Provide electrical engineering expertise by taking ownership for our operating plants to ensure that the equipment is installed, operated and maintained correctly
Assigning tasks to the Electrical Design teams, providing supervision and technical expertise to ensure delivery against time and quality constraints.
Liaising with existing suppliers and outsourcing partners, seeking additional partners to add value to company and customer projects.
Defining execution models for electrical engineering scope, monitoring performance and developing improved processes where appropriate based on lessons learned.
Plant support related
Work on a wide range of electrical equipment including electrical protection relays, low voltage and high voltage distribution systems, large induction and synchronous motors and generators
Carry out plant electrical load studies, motor starting studies, fault level calculations, protection and arc-flash studies
Provide trouble shooting assistance to field electrical engineers remotely
Become involved in the development of the wider company electrical community and electrical safety reviews and provide feedback to the electrical engineering design office
As the Electrical Engineer, you will have:
Electrical Engineering degree preferable with a chartered engineer qualification or equivalent and at least 15 years' experience in an industrial operation engineering position
Proven experience in electrical power engineering in a design function within the industrial gas, petrochemical or an allied industry
Experience in specification and procurement of low, medium and high voltage Switchgear, Power transformers and Power electronics (LCI's, VSD's and Thyristor Controllers)
The ability to work with software packages for analysis of power systems (e.g. SKM Powertools or ETAP)
Detailed technical understanding and practical knowledge of MV and LV induction & synchronous motors / generators, transformers, switchgears - including protection and control, and experience with variable speed drive and soft start systems and instrument power distribution with uninterruptible power supply systems
Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with fluent written and spoken English
A sound knowledge of hazardous area equipment selection and application.

Trade discipline background, with Degree or similar with equivalent experience in a construction-related position in Electrical, Instrument, Piping/Mechanical disciplines
Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Experience with construction plans and specifications, tracking RFIs and submittals, and developing project documentation
Experience tracking and analysing cost and schedule and knowledge of Microsoft Project
