Job Duties & Responsibilities
The overall responsibility is to support and guide to the project teams in the commercial and financial aspects of the project.
Understand the commercial terms and administration requirements for the contract to support delivery teams in managing and mitigating risks associated with contract delivery

Ensure that internal cost reporting for the contract meets with corporate accounting and Commercial department requirements and that ongoing analysis is being made to track recovery against costs and highlight and resolve any associated issues in a timely manner
Monitor and provide feedback relative to KPI performance and highlight areas where improvement is necessary to optimise financial return.
Check accuracy of Third Party Invoices against subcontract agreements and approve same as compliance checker where required
Identify where AFE amendments may be required to cover contract changes and provide support in their drafting and submission
Ensure all activities across the project are undertaken in line with client approval process (AFEs) and Petrofac DOA prior to commencement
Liaise with the team to assist in preparation and review of invoices to ensure they presented to the Client correctly and in a timely manner such that they are paid in line with contract terms and ensure approval by project management is obtained
Monitor outstanding debtors and ensure that any commercial problems are addressed, and that cash collection is optimised supporting the delivery teams
Provision of commercial support in the preparation of tenders and new business proposals
Ensure contract commercial reviews are in place and ensure that specific commercial issues, risks and opportunities requiring management are understood and communicated
Ownership of contract commercial structure such as sell rates for on and offshore personnel are updated as required and prepare the rates for the annual rate review process and for purposes of contract variations
Ensure recovery for all indirect costs across the business is managed through rates or commercial structures. IT, Software, PPE, Mob/demob etc.
Identify ongoing opportunities for revenue growth and cost minimisation such that contract margins are enhanced
Ensure Labour and 3rd party reconciliations are done on a monthly/quarterly basis
Perform all tasks and prepare all information in accordance with the company's policies, processes and procedures
Develop reporting capabilities and structure utilising new systems (incl Power BI) and features to improve data and appearance and support consistency across the business and function
Develop and manage the capture of On and Offshore time including reporting
Deliver contract and commercial audit programmes as agreed with the business
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
Experience with budgeting, re-forecasting, cost-reporting and monthly accounts, and IFRS

Summary
Responsible for preparing, planning, forecasting, executing, monitoring, and managing all the technical activities (and resources) aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
This role requires thorough understanding of "typical" engineering execution procedures, and relationships between multidiscipline predecessors and successors. As a multidiscipline leader, this individual is expected to function in this capacity with minimal supervision, mentor less experienced engineers, and promote innovative thinking and problem solving. When required, during new technology development phase, the incumbent will provide mechanical design expertise and later will transition to an expert project engineer role to support execution and completion of the developed technology.
Job Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership to drive and review mechanical technical design.
Perform technical studies and prepare reports.
Evaluate equipment and systems to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
Create and update the standard documentation related to the product design and performances, including user manuals.
Develop technical specifications for all equipment and components related to Hydrogen Liquefaction.

Review supplier drawings and calculations of equipment, following industry codes plus clients technical and safety standards.
Coordinate development of all technical deliverables during engineering, design, fabrication, and commissioning phases of projects. This includes assisting the PMO in the development of the PEP (e.g. deliverables list, schedule input, procurement plan, project specifications, etc.) and the ongoing delegation of engineering deliverables and approvals to the Project Engineers on staff.
Develop and manage the Technical Scope of Work, Schedule, and Execution Plan.
Provide technical instruction and guidance, for all Engineering and Design resources assigned to the project; to enable them to complete their required deliverables most efficiently.
Analyze and interpret client requirements for implementation, including communication to the technical project team.
Excel at client interaction and management.
Review of all technical deliverables (Engineering & Design) to ensure that they comply with the technical SOW, applicable codes, practices, policies, and performance standards/specifications.
Perform engineering calculations to ensure products and systems conform to client and customer specifications.

Actively attend 3rd party inspections and FAT's, as required, to satisfy the Project ITP, and the Company quality initiative.
Support Project Manager, responsible for the overall project, as required with regular updates on engineering and subcontractor progress and schedule and budget recovery planning.
Responsible for the project technical Management of Change.
Serve as the backup to the Project Manager should the need arise.
Provide on-site startup and commissioning support.
Thoroughly understand and execute swim lane responsibilities in the Project Execution Plan Workflow in a timely and accurate manner. Foster collaboration and healthy synergy between all project team members.

Experience Requirements
8 years in technical project settings for engineered equipment/projects
Minimum of five (5) years Chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas experience
Experience specifying process equipment in cryogenic services including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and cold box.
Knowledge of safety related design elements in hydrogen processing is desired.
Working experience with materials of construction used in cryogenic hydrogen services.
Experience specifying hydrogen storage, piping and transportation systems.
Knowledge of Hydrogen production technologies is a plus.
Experience in gas purification such as PSA, TSA, NRU, Cryogenic gas processing or others.
Familiar with project management tools (MS Project)

Manage the maintenance program for the substations and inspection and repair of the powerline infrastructure.

Primary Duties
Leading the E&D staff with full responsibility for the value the group delivers across the project/order portfolio. The roles included are process engineering, project engineering, 2D process design and 3D package design.
Oversee all efforts within the E&D group across the project portfolio to assure technical excellence, timely completion of deliverables/reviews, appropriate use of resources, and responsiveness to customer/portfolio needs.
Communicate all pertinent technical, organizational, resource, and personnel issues to the Sr. Director of Eng.
Interface with the PMO and Applications and Proposals teams to provide a smooth handoff of orders to project operations.
Collaboration with leaders of the PMO, fabrication and field services to support a positive and productive culture during project execution.
Collaborate with the Director of Fabrication & Field Services to support the over-flow QAQC, commissioning and startup tasks required of Project Operations.
Ensure the E&D group executes the events, deliverables and responsibilities of the E&D according to Project Workflow in a timely and collaborative manner across the portfolio.
Oversee development of department policies, procedures and standards.
Continually recruit contributor and management engineers, designers and 3rd party contract resources to fulfill the mission of the E&D groups.
Professional development of the E&D staff through planning, timely performance feedback, coaching, continued education and counseling. This will include both the department managers and contributor personnel.
Ensure compliance initiatives and training requirements are implemented within E&D group.
The full duties of a principal project engineer (PPE) on the subset of projects self-assigned as the lead project engineer:
Develop and coordinate the technical execution plan of a project (e.g. E&D deliverables list) in collaboration with E&D resources.
Understand the roles and contributions of each project team member and 3rd Understand the technical deliverables that each team member must produce and how they inter-relate with each other.
Coordinate with PMO, fabrication and field service providing the optimum project technical solution with respect to cost, specification requirements, schedule and constructability.
Conduct regular customer visits and provide feedback and understanding to the project team of customer's requests/perspective.
Monitor the project metrics (e.g. ECN count, unfunded vendor change orders, schedule adherence, budget adherence, etc.) to gauge and directly influence the technical health of the project.
Secondary Duties
Sales support as required (e.g. estimation, schedule building, PEP development, visits to potential customers and suppliers).
Engagement in various special projects as required by executive leadership.

Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering; Master's degree/certification (e.g. MS, PE) preferred.

Areas of experience required:
Direct management of engineering and design staff including the leading of departmental managers (10 people).
Experience in the midstream sector of the oil and gas industry with direct experience in gas processing and liquids handling equipment.

We are looking for all levels of Process Engineers for our office in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will begin to take direct engineering responsibility for the design of process technologies.
During Feed, Design & Post Startup Phases:
The Senior Process Engineer is the technical contact for all matters related to the process technology including but not limited to H2 liquefaction, gas processing, acid gas removal.
Reporting to Process Engineering Supervisor, the Process Engineer is responsible for coordinating process design activities for Hydrogen production and liquefaction projects during various phases of development, including conceptual development, FEED (Front End Engineering Development), and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).
The Process Engineer is also required to support projects during commissioning and startup as well as provide post startup support on site.
Participating in development of project and process design premises.
Obtaining and defining process design data as needed.
Preparing conceptual level simulations to evaluate technology options, such as
Optimal compressor/driver configurations
Process efficiency options (waste heat recovery, optimal staging, etc.)
Preparing reports and evaluations of process schemes.
Assisting with input for validation of project economics.
Preparing PFD's, UFD's, H&MB's, Material Selection Diagrams, & Preliminary P&ID's.
Preparing specifications and datasheets for long lead time process equipment.
Working with the EPC Contractor to establishing accurate preliminary hydraulics.
Participating in safety and risk assessments.
Maintaining progress, integrity, quality and accuracy of process design work.
Ensuring minimum standards are maintained throughout the design process.
Preparing and/or checking process design and rated case simulations.
Preparing and/or checking design and performing ratings.
Working with EPC Contractor to ensure accurate and appropriate line sizing, routing and differential pressure profiles across equipment.
Preparing and ensuring that specifications for process equipment are met.

Required Education and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, higher education is a plus.
8 to 15 years of process engineering experience with process engineering assignments of increasing responsibility, complexity and scope.
Proficiency of overall process design, including Hysys simulation, process controls, equipment specification, P&ID and HAZOP.

The Principal Rotating Equipment Engineer is the lead engineer accountable for the success of the technical scope of the project and has significant client interaction. Job Responsibilities:

Summary

Primary Duties
Leading the E&D staff with full responsibility for the value the group delivers across the project/order portfolio. The roles included are process engineering, project engineering, 2D process design and 3D package design.
Oversee all efforts within the E&D group across the project portfolio to assure technical excellence, timely completion of deliverables/reviews, appropriate use of resources, and responsiveness to customer/portfolio needs.

Oversee development of department policies, procedures and standards.
Continually recruit contributor and management engineers, designers and 3rd party contract resources to fulfill the mission of the E&D groups.
Professional development of the E&D staff through planning, timely performance feedback, coaching, continued education and counseling. This will include both the department managers and contributor personnel.
Ensure compliance initiatives and training requirements are implemented within E&D group.
The full duties of a principal project engineer (PPE) on the subset of projects self-assigned as the lead project engineer:
Develop and coordinate the technical execution plan of a project (e.g. E&D deliverables list) in collaboration with E&D resources.
Understand the roles and contributions of each project team member and 3rd Understand the technical deliverables that each team member must produce and how they inter-relate with each other.
Coordinate with PMO, fabrication and field service providing the optimum project technical solution with respect to cost, specification requirements, schedule and constructability.
Conduct regular customer visits and provide feedback and understanding to the project team of customer's requests/perspective.
Monitor the project metrics (e.g. ECN count, unfunded vendor change orders, schedule adherence, budget adherence, etc.) to gauge and directly influence the technical health of the project.

Position Requirements

During Feed, Design & Post Startup Phases:
The Senior Process Engineer is the technical contact for all matters related to the process technology including but not limited to H2 liquefaction, gas processing, acid gas removal.
Reporting to Process Engineering Supervisor, the Process Engineer is responsible for coordinating process design activities for Hydrogen production and liquefaction projects during various phases of development, including conceptual development, FEED (Front End Engineering Development), and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).

Summary:
California Based EPC is looking to add an Electrical Superintendent to their Construction Team. This organization is experienced in all aspects of the Solar Construction industry including engineering, design and construction of large scale utility Solar Projects. This position is 100% Travel with projects throughout the South Western United States.
Responsibilites:
Working as the lead Electrical representative on solar Utility scale projects up to 1GW
Assist Subcontractors on field activities such as testing, troubleshooting, commissioning and oversight
Overseeing the contractor's work and ensuring the quality
Utilizing electrical tools when necessary
Overseeing multiple sites at a time
Interact with client and ensure their success
Requirements:
Highly knowledgeable in Solar Construction and Electrical operations
Knowledge and ability to use tools in solar construction
3-5 Years' Experience in constructing solar projects: C&I and Utility Scale
Strong communication skills
4 Years working as a Superintendent focusing on the Electrical Scope of Work
Journeyman's License preferred but not required
Ability to preform Arc rated and Electrical protection PPE, Energized work practices, NFPA 70e standards for working on or near Energized Electrical equipment.
Knowledge of 3 Week Look Aheads, Manpower Hours, Materials Procurement, Safety Protocols (OSHA 30 Preferred).

POSITION OVERVIEW: As an Operations Developer II for the company, the successful candidate will be responsible for technically analyzing, enhancing, supporting, and troubleshooting in-house developed solutions and data interfaces with the company's Enterprise Trade and Risk Management (ETRM) systems. The successful candidate will work both directly and indirectly with analysts, business personnel, and other ETRM Developers to evaluate needs, analyze options and provide effective and resourceful technical solutions. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop preventative customizations to the company's ETRM system. These will be modifications or enhancements to the company's ETRM system that prevent or handle specific future user-encountered or back-end process breaks.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and otherwise identify and develop solutions to ETRM system issues escalated to the Operations Development team by ETRM Analysts or other ETRM personnel.
Collaborate with teams in multiple geographic locations. Users are located in both Oklahoma City and Houston offices. Position may include occasional travel to remote offices.

We are currently recruiting for a Process Control/Automation manager to join our team. his position requires an individual with strong technical skills relating to process control systems. The individual will need to support customers throughout the life cycle of project work. This will include providing hardware and software engineering, system start-up, and customer training. The customers may be both external and internal. In the lead technical role, an individual will be a contributing part of a project team but also be responsible to direct, supervise, lead, and review all assigned engineering personnel and their assigned tasks for a project.
