Overview:
This SCADA Specialist position is for the Dickinson/Dunn Center, North Dakota office/location, and is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Bakken Asset SCADA system and Facility Controls. Overview:
This SCADA Specialist position is for the Dickinson/Dunn Center, North Dakota office/location, and is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Bakken Asset SCADA system and Facility Controls. This will be a field-based position and will require daily travel to field locations. The SCADA Specialist works closely with production operations, I&E technicians, and SCADA Administrators. The position reports to the Bakken Construction and Engineering organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team in the commissioning of production facilities
Supervise and direct SCADA/electrical contractors assisting in the FCO process
Set clear HES performance expectations. Ensure all HES policies and procedures are understood and followed in the field
Conduct and document function checkouts (FCO) on new and existing facilities and equipment
Work with SCADA admin to ensure all data is coming into SCADA accurately and matches the C&E
Review C&E documents and ensure facility program has proper set points and ranges
Perform PSSR's on all-new facility and equipment installations and major maintenance work
Notify and work with Engineering on document discrepancies and redline all field changes
Responsible for modifying the RTU and HMI program from a master template program
Ensure proper calibration of all measurement instruments and end devices
SCADA Freewave Radio System Communications Support
Maintaining Oil / Water pipeline systems and control platforms
Mentor for I&E technicians on all field instrumentation and control systems
Work closely with Facility engineering for the design and testing of programs in the SCADA Lab prior to deployment in the field

Roles & Responsibilities
The experienced Senior LNG Project Manager will be part of the Major Projects team, supporting the development, execution, and governance of LNG Projects, providing direct influence and detailed line of sight on project risk management.
This person will represent interest on development opportunities; day-to-day execution of projects; provide oversite on behalf of leadership for the execution of project post-FID through handover to operations.
Success in this role will be achieved by developing a sustainable, ongoing, trust-based relationship with leadership, project sponsor, project execution teams, and project partners in the safe, transparent, and predictable delivery of the project execution plan.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPFC/CM) project management or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non-degreed
Demonstration of successful performance as project manager on a minimum of two (2) medium sized projects or multiple project assignments in a significant role on large sized EPFC/CM projects - LNG project and marine facilities project experience is preferred
Has strong knowledge/experience on project design, engineering, procurement, material management, construction, commissioning, start up, turn over work processes, sequencing, and interfaces of LNG, gas compression and gas processing facilities
Worked on $1.0 Billion EPC projects

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably 3 years' experience working with hydrocarbon or chemical processing.
Well versed in working with process engineering software packages such as HYSYS.
Competent user of standard computing packages (e.g. Microsoft Office).

The Safety Technician will provide Health, Safety, Environment & Security support, guidance and leadership to the assigned site(s). RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyzing and validating mineral ownership, conveyance documents, property and production information related to our core business processes. This includes review of all leases and related contracts captured in Quorum Land System and how to obtain and apply that information.

Analyzing various legal descriptions related to spacing and unit map information and apply that information to our core business processes.
Responding to phone calls, emails and correspondence from mineral owners and working interest partners regarding title issues, inquiries, and account questions.
Clearly and effectively communicate with both internal and external business partners as well as property owners to obtain needed information and/or documents or to convey information.
Adhere to internal document management process to ensure correspondence, instruments, records, and all other data are filed, imaged, and indexed appropriately for retrieval and analysis.
