Job Duties & Responsibilities
The overall responsibility is to support and guide to the project teams in the commercial and financial aspects of the project.
Understand the commercial terms and administration requirements for the contract to support delivery teams in managing and mitigating risks associated with contract delivery
Proactively provide advice and support to the Project Teams regarding the contractual and commercial aspects of the contracts
Collate all relevant start-up information for jobs/phases and instigate contract set up as appropriate
Ensure all contract documentation is managed via the contract database and that access rights to the database are maintained for the project

Ensure that internal cost reporting for the contract meets with corporate accounting and Commercial department requirements and that ongoing analysis is being made to track recovery against costs and highlight and resolve any associated issues in a timely manner
Monitor and provide feedback relative to KPI performance and highlight areas where improvement is necessary to optimise financial return.
Check accuracy of Third Party Invoices against subcontract agreements and approve same as compliance checker where required
Identify where AFE amendments may be required to cover contract changes and provide support in their drafting and submission
Ensure all activities across the project are undertaken in line with client approval process (AFEs) and Petrofac DOA prior to commencement
Liaise with the team to assist in preparation and review of invoices to ensure they presented to the Client correctly and in a timely manner such that they are paid in line with contract terms and ensure approval by project management is obtained
Monitor outstanding debtors and ensure that any commercial problems are addressed, and that cash collection is optimised supporting the delivery teams
Provision of commercial support in the preparation of tenders and new business proposals
Ensure contract commercial reviews are in place and ensure that specific commercial issues, risks and opportunities requiring management are understood and communicated
Ownership of contract commercial structure such as sell rates for on and offshore personnel are updated as required and prepare the rates for the annual rate review process and for purposes of contract variations
Ensure recovery for all indirect costs across the business is managed through rates or commercial structures. IT, Software, PPE, Mob/demob etc.
Identify ongoing opportunities for revenue growth and cost minimisation such that contract margins are enhanced
Ensure Labour and 3rd party reconciliations are done on a monthly/quarterly basis
Perform all tasks and prepare all information in accordance with the company's policies, processes and procedures
Develop reporting capabilities and structure utilising new systems (incl Power BI) and features to improve data and appearance and support consistency across the business and function
Develop and manage the capture of On and Offshore time including reporting
Deliver contract and commercial audit programmes as agreed with the business
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
Experience with budgeting, re-forecasting, cost-reporting and monthly accounts, and IFRS

The main duties of the Construction Project Manager are to plan and coordinate all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to project completion for renewable energy construction projects. Snr Project Manager Engineering (Contract) Location: PheonixDescription This contractor position is on a temporary basis and will work remotely, at the jobsite in Arizona with occasional business trips to a Toronto, ON Canada Engineering office.
Responsible for day-to-day leadership, management and direction of both the detail engineering and the engineering execution phases of a major mining and metallurgical process facilities project, reporting to the Project Director, and functionally to the Director of Engineering. The scope of this position includes all aspects of the project life cycle with a specified technology vendor, from early scoping and definition stages through detailed engineering and procurement phases and finally to field erection and commissioning support.
Review the development of the engineering work packages (EWPs) for all deliverables and time-based functions with technology provider. Review and analyze project requirements to establish tasks and subtasks and project timelines.
Responsible for the scope, cost, schedule, safety, and quality associated with the project as influenced by the technology package engineering.
Monitor the technical work performance and verify controls for tracking and reporting the advancement of engineering deliverables.
Interfaces closely with site-based leadership, health and safety personnel and other internal organizations to ensure that work is executed in a manner consistent with the expectations of the operating property and in a safe and environmentally responsible manner
Participate in design reviews, and execution planning discussions to ensure well-conceived and logical schedule development

Minimum Qualifications

Summary

Develop and manage the Technical Scope of Work, Schedule, and Execution Plan.
Provide technical instruction and guidance, for all Engineering and Design resources assigned to the project; to enable them to complete their required deliverables most efficiently.
Analyze and interpret client requirements for implementation, including communication to the technical project team.
Excel at client interaction and management.
Review of all technical deliverables (Engineering & Design) to ensure that they comply with the technical SOW, applicable codes, practices, policies, and performance standards/specifications.
Perform engineering calculations to ensure products and systems conform to client and customer specifications.
Effectively communicate with the Project Manager, and other shareholders within the project team, to provide technical support.
Recommend design improvements to reduce cost and/or improve quality.
Provide technical/functional definition for all procured equipment and services, through the development of RFQ Packages and purchase requisitions.

Actively attend 3rd party inspections and FAT's, as required, to satisfy the Project ITP, and the Company quality initiative.
Support Project Manager, responsible for the overall project, as required with regular updates on engineering and subcontractor progress and schedule and budget recovery planning.
Responsible for the project technical Management of Change.
Serve as the backup to the Project Manager should the need arise.
Provide on-site startup and commissioning support.
Thoroughly understand and execute swim lane responsibilities in the Project Execution Plan Workflow in a timely and accurate manner. Foster collaboration and healthy synergy between all project team members.

Experience Requirements
8 years in technical project settings for engineered equipment/projects
Minimum of five (5) years Chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas experience
Experience specifying process equipment in cryogenic services including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and cold box.
Knowledge of safety related design elements in hydrogen processing is desired.
Working experience with materials of construction used in cryogenic hydrogen services.
Experience specifying hydrogen storage, piping and transportation systems.
Knowledge of Hydrogen production technologies is a plus.
Experience in gas purification such as PSA, TSA, NRU, Cryogenic gas processing or others.
Familiar with project management tools (MS Project)

Primary Duties
Leading the E&D staff with full responsibility for the value the group delivers across the project/order portfolio. The roles included are process engineering, project engineering, 2D process design and 3D package design.

The full duties of a principal project engineer (PPE) on the subset of projects self-assigned as the lead project engineer:
Develop and coordinate the technical execution plan of a project (e.g. E&D deliverables list) in collaboration with E&D resources.
Understand the roles and contributions of each project team member and 3rd Understand the technical deliverables that each team member must produce and how they inter-relate with each other.
Coordinate with PMO, fabrication and field service providing the optimum project technical solution with respect to cost, specification requirements, schedule and constructability.
Conduct regular customer visits and provide feedback and understanding to the project team of customer's requests/perspective.
Monitor the project metrics (e.g. ECN count, unfunded vendor change orders, schedule adherence, budget adherence, etc.) to gauge and directly influence the technical health of the project.

Position Requirements

Snr Project Manager Engineering (Contract) Location: PheonixDescription This contractor position is on a temporary basis and will work remotely, at the jobsite in Arizona with occasional business trips to a Toronto, ON Canada Engineering office.
Responsible for day-to-day leadership, management and direction of both the detail engineering and the engineering execution phases of a major mining and metallurgical process facilities project, reporting to the Project Director, and functionally to the Director of Engineering. Minimum Qualifications

Summary

Leading the E&D staff with full responsibility for the value the group delivers across the project/order portfolio. The roles included are process engineering, project engineering, 2D process design and 3D package design.
Oversee all efforts within the E&D group across the project portfolio to assure technical excellence, timely completion of deliverables/reviews, appropriate use of resources, and responsiveness to customer/portfolio needs.
Communicate all pertinent technical, organizational, resource, and personnel issues to the Sr. Director of Eng.
Interface with the PMO and Applications and Proposals teams to provide a smooth handoff of orders to project operations.
Collaboration with leaders of the PMO, fabrication and field services to support a positive and productive culture during project execution.
Collaborate with the Director of Fabrication & Field Services to support the over-flow QAQC, commissioning and startup tasks required of Project Operations.
Ensure the E&D group executes the events, deliverables and responsibilities of the E&D according to Project Workflow in a timely and collaborative manner across the portfolio.
Oversee development of department policies, procedures and standards.
Continually recruit contributor and management engineers, designers and 3rd party contract resources to fulfill the mission of the E&D groups.
Professional development of the E&D staff through planning, timely performance feedback, coaching, continued education and counseling. This will include both the department managers and contributor personnel.
Ensure compliance initiatives and training requirements are implemented within E&D group.
The full duties of a principal project engineer (PPE) on the subset of projects self-assigned as the lead project engineer:
Develop and coordinate the technical execution plan of a project (e.g. E&D deliverables list) in collaboration with E&D resources.
Understand the roles and contributions of each project team member and 3rd Understand the technical deliverables that each team member must produce and how they inter-relate with each other.
Coordinate with PMO, fabrication and field service providing the optimum project technical solution with respect to cost, specification requirements, schedule and constructability.
Conduct regular customer visits and provide feedback and understanding to the project team of customer's requests/perspective.
Monitor the project metrics (e.g. ECN count, unfunded vendor change orders, schedule adherence, budget adherence, etc.) to gauge and directly influence the technical health of the project.
Secondary Duties
Sales support as required (e.g. estimation, schedule building, PEP development, visits to potential customers and suppliers).
Engagement in various special projects as required by executive leadership.

Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering; Master's degree/certification (e.g. MS, PE) preferred.

The Senior Project Engineer provides design deliverables to support commercial-scale solar electric systems. The Principal Rotating Equipment Engineer is the lead engineer accountable for the success of the technical scope of the project and has significant client interaction. Job Responsibilities:

Assist with project controls, planning, cost control, change management and cost estimating plans and procedures as well as provide input into other key PMT plans and procedures
Develop and maintain project work breakdown structure (WBS) and cost breakdown structure (CBS)
Manage AOP budget and annual goals, including annual and monthly budgets, to ensure proper recording and forecasting of actual costs, commitments, accruals, trends, forecasting, and contingency draw down
Coordinate cost estimates for new scopes of work and other changes working with other PMT members to build supporting documentation
Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting in a timely manner
Prepare cost and schedule reviews and participate in Senior Leadership Reviews
Identify and mitigate risks related to potential impacts to scope, cost, and schedule
Coordinate integrated asset short, medium, and long-term schedules, track progress, facilitate operating rhythms and review sessions.

Job Requirements:
10 years of project experience in the project controls discipline preferably with an O&G operator
Strong knowledge and experience in planning, cost engineering and controls with heavy budgeting, cost forecasting, change management, cost estimating, and scheduling experience
Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects), Primavera planning software, and other specialized cost software packages and prior experience in SAP
Major Project Planning and offshore operation experience preferred
Ability to build relationships quickly in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural, and multi-company environments

This organization is experienced in all aspects of the Solar Construction industry including engineering, design and construction of large scale utility Solar Projects. POSITION OVERVIEW: As an Operations Developer II for the company, the successful candidate will be responsible for technically analyzing, enhancing, supporting, and troubleshooting in-house developed solutions and data interfaces with the company's Enterprise Trade and Risk Management (ETRM) systems. Contract position managing all contracts for assigned capital projects from conception through execution and completion. Responsible for post contract administration and management of all contract matters relating to the obligations and duties of both parties.
