The Integrated Asset Planner reports to the Project Controls Manager and will be responsible for planning, budgeting, change management, cost control, and cost estimating all asset/hub activities.Responsibilities:

Manage AOP budget and annual goals, including annual and monthly budgets, to ensure proper recording and forecasting of actual costs, commitments, accruals, trends, forecasting and contingency draw down.
Coordinate cost estimates for new scopes of work and other changes working with other PMT members to build supporting documentation.
Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting in a timely manner.
Prepare cost and schedule reviews and participate in Senior Leadership Reviews
Identify and mitigate risks related to potential impacts to scope, cost and schedule.
Coordinate integrated asset short, medium, and long-term schedules, track progress, facilitate operating rhythms and review sessions.
Establish schedule compliance metrics.
Qualifications:
10 years of project experience in the project controls discipline preferably with an O&G operator.
Strong knowledge and experience in planning, cost engineering and controls with heavy budgeting, cost forecasting, change management, cost estimating, and scheduling experience.
Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects), Primavera planning software, and other specialized cost software packages and prior experience in SAP, as required.
Major Project Planning and offshore operation experience preferred.
Ability to build relationships quickly in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural, and multi-company environments.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Collect the vendor/supplier production schedules and collate into the Master Production
Plan and submit to Project controls for inclusion in the Project Schedules.
Update and maintain the Master Production Plan, Master Procurement Plan, ITP schedule, and the Progress Reports with the bi-weekly and monthly inputs from the vendors/suppliers.
Maintains metrics/KPI's for team performance and continuous improvement.
Plan and coordinate production schedules for materials and various assemblies.
Work closely with supply chain to ensure materials needed to meet production schedules are on-hand and consistent with quality specifications.
Manage the work order process from start to finish to meet the customer required delivery dates in the master schedule and all documentation to match for monthly and quarter closings and yearly audits.
Introduce and support process improvement initiatives to Operations and other related business processes which help to drive efficiencies, reduce operating costs, and increase production.

Education and Experience
BS degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or other relevant field of study and/or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; preferred experience in a scheduling capacity for engineered equipment production.
Lean, Six Sigma green belt or black belt preferred.
Experience and proficiency with ERP systems; SAP experience a plus.

Handling intake, scanning, verification, issuance and storing documents
Filing and archiving relevant documentation
Retrieving files for other employees and contractors when needed
Designing templates for documents, file types, and document databases
Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance
Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the various contractors, vendors, or departments
Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage
Maintaining the security of confidential documents

Prepare transmittal forms when distributing documents and maintain file of signed transmittal forms
Prepare various reports as needed (i.e. document review status) and provide input to progress report and time schedule
Follow up of document review process regarding progress achievements and critical paths as applicable. Control and monitor deadlines to ensure schedule milestones
Assist and provide input to mechanical completion monitoring system to ensure completeness of individual engineering and construction steps
Receiving as built documentation of construction contractor and integrate into overall filing structure
Assist QA/QC department in structuring and filing of QC document packages for handover
Always present a professional image to clients and vendors and maintain a positive reputation of the company
Work with a multi-disciplined team to organize, initiate and develop the work execution of Capital Projects
Follow all relevant company policies and procedures
Assists other departments and other administrative personnel, as necessary.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, library management or computer science is required

About the Role

Position Summary
The Instrument and Control Engineer is a critical member of the Engineering Team based in Houston, Texas. Core Duties and Responsibilities
Act as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Instrument & Controls system engineering, providing guidance and advice on related issues.
Participate in Control System Design reviews.
Develop and approve specifications of process control equipment including valves, relief valves, process instrumentation, analytical systems, and DCS & PLC.
Perform system tests to ensure that software and automation solutions are effective and reliable both pre and post deployment.
Support the Maintenance & Operations teams with Instrument & Controls systems assistance to maintain the operability of liquefaction Units.
Refine system automation and software solutions based upon field data and stakeholder input.
Develop design documentation (installation details, instrument index, databases, I/O lists, panel drawings, wiring and loop diagrams, control narratives, cause & effect diagrams, junction boxes drawings and cable tray layouts, etc.).
Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing of Process Automation equipment (DCS, Analyzers, plant equipment control systems)
Develop, read, and interpret Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and Electrical Schematics as needed.
Relevant practical site commissioning experience, while not essential, would be of benefit.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Automation Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safety on site of team members reporting into this role by ensuring that corporate and local Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policies and regulations are applied on project activities
Develop and optimize the Brownfields Stage Gate Process for CP1
Provide governance, direction, leadership, and management of the Brownfield Capital Works Program
Direct all projects from front-end engineering through to execution and handover in the field ensuring that the Company's technical performance and integrity requirements are met
Liaise, communicate, and operate in conjunction with all other Directors to ensure a satisfactory teamwork operation for the effective execution of all projects to achieve the Company's Corporate and project profitability and schedule requirements.
Responsible for assisting coordination to all stakeholders and vendor personnel allocated to the individual projects and ensure that the safe progress of the works proceeds according to the overall schedules and achieve the objectives of the company

Job Description
Regional Project Contracts Manager - Americas - Bi Lingual Contract: 12 months, with a view to extendDescription This contractor position is on a contract basis and will be located remotely, with frequent business travel to engineering offices and jobsites.Provides leadership and mentors multiple teams of contracts managers and administrators responsible for all engineering, construction and services contracts on assigned capital projects across (insert region) regions. Responsible for writing, implementing and overseeing the policies and procedures across projects and reporting to the Director Project Contracts. Essential Functions (for all projects within assigned region)
Develop and maintain Contract Management standards and procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures, Contracts Manual, Guidelines and Training materials.
Manage the implementation of Company policies and Standards on all Capital Projects within the assigned region as part of the project setup and audits for compliance during the different stages of the projects.
Facilitates training to the key Contracts Team members on large Capital projects and coordinates the training and orientation of Junior team members by the appropriate Contract personnel on the different projects.
Works closely with project contracts teams and all relevant departments to analyze all major contracts to identify areas of risk such as ambiguities, conflicts, or deviations from the scope of work. Makes recommendations to the Project Contracts Managers on the mitigation of these risks. Closely monitors and supports remedial actions and recommends appropriate actions to reduce Company's liability.
Supports the Director of Project Contracts Management to establish and develop strategies to achieve the annual goals and objectives.
Develops and manages appropriate mechanisms to monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions by the different project contracts teams. This includes driving proper contract administration though control of the back charges, claims, correspondence, weekly meetings, proper documentation and other critical activities as dictated by the Contracts Manual.
Leads the development of the strategic approach to engineering contracting for large capital projects (E, EP, EPC, EPCM contracts).
Liaises with management within Engineering & Construction as well as other support services groups such as Legal, Risk and Sites, to ensure contract compliance, risk mitigation and service management.
Participates in project management meetings and provides contractual points of view and recommendations on strategic discussions regarding planning, execution and close out of contractual matters including claim prevention and dispute resolution.
Supervises and provides guidance to other project team members to ensure technical competence and consistency of administration across different projects and contract packages within large projects.
Supports the project contracts teams to develop the lessons learned document at the end of each project.
Job Scope Information

Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and sixteen (16) years' experience in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering, OR
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering and twelve (12) years' experience in Supply Chain or the related fields of Business, Accounting, or Engineering
Knowledge of the principles and practices of commercial contracts management
Work involves frequent travel, domestic and international
Proficient in the use of personal computers in a business environment. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, essential
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing E, C, EP, EPC, EPCM and CM contracts from negotiation though close out for large mining, oil and gas or industrial projects.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry practices
Prior experience in other people management roles
Leadership, team building and delegation abilities
Superior analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

They should have in-depth knowledge of either Rotating or Static Equipment and associated mechanical systems, including design, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures. The Mechanical Engineer will provide technical leadership and discipline expertise to less experienced support staff, maintenance, and production groups. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for assisting mechanical equipment maintenance; this includes supporting the Senior Mechanical Engineer and Reliability Engineer to develop and help administer inspection & preventative maintenance programs for rotating or fixed equipment. They will be an integral part of the predictive and preventative maintenance program to improve the reliability of mechanical systems, including all associated documentation.
