Petroplan are looking to hire an excellent Inspection Advisor to work in Vietnam.

This will be to report into the Deputy Section Manager

Its a residential position in country offering a full package.

Experience required:

A Minimum of 15 years in relevant section of Refinery with prior experience in engineering/mechanical/chemical experience and engaged in actual field operation for 5 years which includes routine operation but also trouble-shooting, trial operation, preparation for daily and turnaround maintenance.

Qualification Bachelor of Chemistry OR Mechanical Engineering

Data Control Engineer

Data Control Engineer is to assist Cost Esurance & Cost Control Leader to P Prepare, maintain, update data of the maintenance record in Maximo and ensure its compliance with the Company document and budgeting process. Manages and safeguards documents generated by the Division, contractors and suppliers to support the day-to-day operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the data in Maximo including asset, job plan, preventive maintenance program, resource, Workorder actual resource. Recommend for improvements data, program in the Maximo system.
  • Analysis to standardize Maximo data, coordinate with IT to find out any trouble to solve it as soonest
  • Develop KPI report to tracking monitoring maintenance performance in Maximo system including (work management, preventive maintenance compliance, resource utilization
  • Coordinate with budget controller for preparation of budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Develop workflow/procedures, technical documents in order to manager maintenance record and database
  • Perform maintenance record data entry, data search, extraction, retrieval or modification through Company's E-documents Management systems (The CMMS, CDMS, EDMS, Company's portal, etc.)
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Division Managers and/or other superiors.

Technical and IT background related oil and gas industry

Work Experience

:

At least 5 years of experience in Data Control

Skills

:

− Minimum TOEIC - 750 or Equivalent

− Excellent knowledge in Maximo

− Communicate well in English with coworkers, supervisors, and other external partners in both speaking and writing; can handle effectively fairly complex business situations in English.

− Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook; SAP

− Strong skill in analysis and Data control on the system

Contract Duration: 2 years residential/ renewable

Purpose and responsibilities:

  • Manage the maintenance estimation cost including analyzing estimating cost gaps between Originator requested and corrected estimation. Recommend for improvements in the cost estimation process.
  • Review proposed estimation cost submissions, consolidate into a complete estimation for Managers' approval.
  • Identify factors affecting costs, such as maintenance duration time, materials, service, and labor
  • Maintain records of estimated and actual costs, recommend ways to reduce costs
  • Consult with maintenance engineers, engineering engineer, contractors, and subcontractors to changes and adjustments cost estimates.
  • Effectively communicate the approved cost estimation to concerned parties.
  • Review, update and propose enhancements to the maintenance cost model.
  • Coordinate with budget controller for preparation of budget and financial forecasts and report variances
  • Develop workflow/procedures, technical documents in order to prepare maintenance cost estimation.
  • Perform maintenance cost estimation data entry, data search, extraction, retrieval or modification through Company's E-documents Management systems (The CMMS, CDMS, EDMS, etc.)

  • Identify factors affecting to lead different maintenance costs for each type of equipment, such as operation condition of equipment, process problem, engineering design, etc.
  • Maintain records of actual costs, recommend ways to optimize maintenance costs
  • Consult with operation, maintenance engineers, engineering engineer, contractors, and subcontractors to improve maintenance program, optimize waste time, stand by time during conduct maintenance activities.
  • Review, update and propose enhancements to the maintenance cost model.
  • Coordinate with budget controller for preparation of budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
  • Develop workflow/procedures, technical documents in order to monitor maintenance expense.
  • Perform maintenance expense data entry, data search, extraction, retrieval or modification through Company's E-documents Management systems (The CMMS, CDMS, EDMS, etc.)
