Profile:

  • You are a senior Engineer.
  • You have a Master of Science degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and many years of experience as Maintenance Manager from working within the process or oil refining industry. Experience from other branch can also be relevant.
  • You have at least a fifteen years experience as a manager and experience of upper management.
  • You communicate fluently in English and Swedish.
  • You have a strong commitment to process and personal safety. You have a documented record of implemented maintenance improvements.
  • You are interested in- and have the ability to develop other people, organization and implement new technology.
  • You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • To do well in this position you need to be self-reliant, analytic, and accurate, have the ability to work independently as well as in teams, sometimes under time constraints. You are structured and result oriented with strong communication skills. You should have a drive for results, a concern for doing a good job.

Nature of the job:

  • That the refinery's facilities are maintained by the workshops' resources with effective methods so that the planned availability can be maintained.
  • To work with preventive, corrective and development for all equipment within area of responsibility.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the Maintenance organisation at the refinery.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that subordinate staff have the necessary skills and instructions to be able to take independent responsibility and carry out their tasks towards set goals.
  • Be responsible for ensuring safety and working conditions for subordinate staff and for work environment and self-control work in their own area.
  • Be responsible for necessary and targeted competence development within their own area of responsibility. Manages training and training of subordinate staff. Decide for education within a given framework.
  • Be responsible for applying established personnel policy within the own organization.
  • Re-prioritize and adapt organization to existing operating conditions, and take the necessary action in the event when required.
  • Prepare budgets for own business area. Suggest improvements to procedures and tools within the department.
  • Hold regular Appraisal with subordinate staff.
  • Initiate and drive improvements in your own organization. Develops and documents its own group's working methodology.

Maintenance Manager should also

  • Actively work for quality and environmental improvement tasks even outside the direct area of responsibility.
  • Prepare budget, check budget outcomes for the mechanical technical service group and propose investment budget for the Nynäshamns refinery.
  • Be in overall responsibility for the process "Maintaining Facilities / Maintain Assets" at Nynäshamn's refinery.

Job summary:

  • Responsible that maintenance is performed in a cost-effective manner from preparation, planning to execution within the agreed time and quality framework.
  • Responsible for monitoring that the workshops' preventive maintenance is carried out according to schedule and, where appropriate, to propose re-prioritization of work placement.

Profile

The successful candidate has a good knowledge and understanding of Mechanical equipment and have hand-on knowledge and several years of experience within a process industry. Your experience must include a strong knowledge and understanding of all static equipment like Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Piping, Heat Exchangers, Boilers, Flares and Valves. You should hold an Engineer BSc degree or has equivalent work experience and training. You should be familiar with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems such as JDE, SAP or Maximo. Today you probably have a similar position at a production plant or work as a Maintenance or Service Engineer in a process or heavy industry.

Key responsibilities

  • The Static Equipment Engineer will be a subject matter expert and have strong experience in design, root cause analysis, brownfield modifications, equipment and materials specifications and standards, you must understand the risks associated with mechanical equipment integrity within an operating process facility.
  • Be responsible for the review and management of equipment and maintenance data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (JDE)
  • Identify and investigate equipment performance, and contribute to equipment reliability.
  • Develop and apply best practices for installation and maintenance of Static Mechanical equipment.
  • Be responsible for the Preventive Maintenance for Static Mechanical equipment.
  • Be a proactive team member within the Maintenance Technology team.
  • Closely cooperate and support the Mechanical Workshop and other organizational departments.
  • Maintain documentation and asset management systems.

The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will help support our suite of business intelligence reporting tools. Responsibilities includes managing and supporting the tool platform, as well as having an in-depth knowledge on how to develop, modify and implement reports and dashboards for both internal and external clients. They will manage multiple concurrent projects and field a variety of platform-related requests. This position will also be involved in the development, deployment and maintenance of our data warehouse and the related processes that populate the warehouse with data.

General Duties And Responsibilities

  • Deep understanding of report creation processes, including data & report formatting, drill-downs, filters, report scheduling, etc. Creates derived/calculated dimensions & measures using available software functionality in support of the reporting process.
  • Creating and maintaining SSIS packages.
  • Functions as a subject matter expert (SME) for the business intelligence platforms. Functions as the primary support resource for other internal team members on business intelligence platforms.
  • Manages data visualization and reporting projects (and potential other developers) from project inception through operational implementation. Leads the ongoing support of clients in the application and execution of marketing reports and dashboards using software.
  • Strong understanding of data, multiple database structures and their applications in the reporting environment.
  • Works collaboratively with the database development and solution architect teams to ensure data model and structures are designed and architected to meet the reporting and dash boarding requirements.
  • Play a key role in evolving current and future business applications with a focus on creating of business value by matching business goals with IT solutions.
  • Manage Application projects from a high level to ensure timeliness, technical direction, and emphasis on customer service for the business. Often participate in these projects as the lead technical resource as well.

Position Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong knowledge SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS.
  • Able to write, tune and debug SQL codes.
  • Knowledge of SQL profiler, Performance Monitor, SQL traces.
  • Ability to maintain and create jobs in both - SQL Agent and windows task scheduler.
  • Able to debug existing ETL and SSIS packages.
  • Working knowledge or exposure to BI 360, Power BI or a similar business intelligence tool.
  • Basic knowledge of C# or VB Script.
  • Exposure to data warehouse concepts and processes.
  • Oracle experience a plus but not required.
  • Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Experience/Education

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or Bachelor's degree and related experience required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience is required.
