Petroplan is now accepting resumes of an entry level Material Conditioner to join a well known Oil Field service company. This position is contract and will be located out of the Powell, WY office. Prospective candidates will be responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities:
  • Confirm material received
  • Read blue prints, instructions etc.
  • Manuel labor
  • Adhere to all HSE rules and regulations
  • May operate forklift or crane when needed

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months - 1 year of previous manufacturing or similar industries
  • previous experience with basic hand tools
  • Forklift or crane certification
  • Great communication skills and ability to work well with others

Measurement Technician II - North Dakota

Petroplan is currently accepting applications for an entry level Measurement Technician I to join a market leading Oil & Gas company. This position is a year long contract and will be located in Dickinson, ND. Prospective candidates will be responsible for maintenance and repair of measurement station, and associated equipment including and not limited to EFM (Electronic Flow Meters), meter tubes, composite samplers, radio communications, PD meters, Coriolis meters, and auxiliary pressure transmitters. Also, candidates will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining various types of measurements equipment.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Associates Degree
  • General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology and procedures used within the departmen
  • Ability to work in the US

  • Ability to solve problems and make basic decisions
  • Performs routine and light duty maintenance on equipment. Prepare equipment for maintenance and surveillance of operating equipment

Material Prep/Finisher - Lafayette

Currently accepting applications for Material Prep / Finisher to join a well known Oil Field service company. This position is contract, M-Fri (4pm - 12:30pm) and located in Lafayette, LA office. Prospective candidates will be required to deburr, sandblast and prep finish goods for final inspection
Responsibilities:

  • May use various gauges to verify or visually check parts for compliance to quality and workmanship standards
  • General housekeeping
  • Operates and maintains various equipment to cut, clean, and deburr material
  • Ensure proper quantities and appearance
  • Operate Forklifts and Crane


Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year prior experience
  • Ability to read gauges and drawings
  • Ability to work independently

Prospective candidates will be responsible for well operations, gas lifted wells, ESP's, three phase separation, gas compression, control board operation, pipeline operation, minor maintenance of valve, pumps and rotating equipment and assisting the other operators and craft personnel in their duties.

Prospective candidates will be working on a multi billion dollar Natural Gas Pipeline project. Prospective candidates will act as a representative of the Company and is expected to establish a professional business relationship with contractors, suppliers, vendors, other stakeholders and other personnel.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated qualifications in either pipeline/plant construction or construction inspection. Areas include; utility inspection, pressure testing, welding inspection, tank inspection, coating inspection, pressure or vessel inspection.
  • 5 years of heavy industry inspection in areas such as road building, mining, logging or blasting.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for extended period of times
  • Desired qualifications of one or all of the following:
    • API 1169 Certification
    • NACE or SSPC Level 1 Certification
    • AWS CWI Certification
